Currently, I was standing on a small island in the centre of the ocean, looking for something.
"That should be the place," I mumbled while looking at a certain part of the ocean.
"The deepest oceanic trench on this Earth,"
If you know how I do things, you should have an idea about what I'm doing here.
Oh, by the way, the Dragon Balls I collected are back to their original locations for Bulma and Goku to search for them at the start of the canon.
The only problem I faced while returning them was with the old woman. She was angry because I returned her a ball of stone in place of the Crystal Ball she had. So, some hypnosis here and some hypnosis there, and the problem was solved without any violence.
The reason I'm here to train is due to the fact that I am no longer able to use the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. So, I thought of using the pressure under the water for my training.
"But first I have to find out if I can even survive underwater without breathing,"
Before jumping into the ocean, I created a metal box and placed my waist bag inside it to keep it safe.
After burying the box in the sand, I jumped into the water without taking a breath.
'Okay, now we wait,' I thought to myself.
I waited for some time and nothing happened, I didn't feel like suffocating, even my heartbeat was stable.
'Does that mean my semi immortality can keep me alive even without breathing,'
'So, I was just breathing because of reflex until now,'
'Good, now I can go to the bottom of the ocean to train myself,'
So, I started descending into the deepest oceanic trench, where a pressure of 23666 psi is waiting for me.

After coming down at the depth of 5200 m, my body started to feel a small amount of pressure, so I stopped descending and created a 5 times gravity field in a 30 m diameter around me, so beings around me won't disturb me while my body slowly gets used to it. Creating the gravity field also increased the pressure, but that is also part of my training.
After doing so, I took the lotus position and started image training to improve my strength faster.
Thus my descent to the bottom of the ocean started.

While taking small stops between different depths, it took me around 2 months to reach the bottom of the ocean.
Oh, by the way, it took me more time than I thought because, after the depth of 8300, the beings living there were strong enough to survive in 5 times gravity, so I had to slowly increase it to 20 times.
So here I am floating just 5 m above the bottom of the ocean.
'Hmm, the pressure is not enough, I need to increase it,'
So I increased the gravity to 30 times.
'This is better,'
Then I closed my eyes and started image training.
Months passed, and I kept training while increasing the gravity surrounding me.

It has been two years since I started my training under the ocean. Although this method is not as effective as the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, it can be used as an alternative to it.
I opened my eyes as today was the day I had decided to finish my training and return to the surface.
'Hmm, which way is up? ' I thought confusingly as I was surrounded by complete darkness.
I spread my magical sense to locate the bottom, after finding it to my left, I rotated myself to get straight and slowly started ascending towards the surface.
After I came out of the ocean, I started inspecting myself.
"F#ck"," I cursed as I saw my pale as white wrinkly skin.
"I will never go underwater to train again,"
I shook my head and headed towards the nearby small island.
After landing on the island, I immediately destroyed my worn-out clothes and then conjured some fresh water to clean my body.
After cleaning up, I spread magic on myself and vanished all the water. As the water vanished my pale wrinkly skin started to shed and a new yellowish-white skin appeared in its place.
'Hah, thank you regeneration, otherwise, I had to move around looking like a vampire, at least I was not sparkling,'
I removed my old wrinkly skin and was about to conjure a Gi on myself when a thought materialized inside my head.
"I have been only wearing Gi for the last few years, let's wear some casual clothes for a change,"
Saying so, I conjured a black T-shirt with denim shorts on myself and white sneakers on my feet.
"Hmm, this is good, now, where the heck did I bury my belongings?" I said and started locating the metal box.
After digging out the box, I flew towards Kame Island.
"It has been 2 years since I met them, I don't even know if they will recognize me or not since I have gone through puberty and have changed a lot,"

[5 Minutes Later]
"MASTER, I AM HERE," I yelled as I landed on Kame Island.
I waited for a few seconds but didn't get any response.
"Hmm, this feels oddly familiar," I mumbled.
"Hmm, who are you?" I heard a voice from behind.
I turned around and saw Turtle, who had just come out of the sea looking at me suspiciously.
"This feels like Deja vu," I muttered.
"Hey, what are you muttering to yourself, speak loudly, do you not know whose island this is?"
"He-he, Turtle, did you forget me?" I asked and moved the hairs covering my face towards the side.
"Hmm, Arlic, is that you," Turtle asked and I nodded my head.
Looking at me nod, Turtle rushed towards me and wrapped his flippers around me, "Ahh, Arlic, I missed you so much,"
"I missed you too, Turtle," I said and patted his shell.
Turtle got off me and asked, "Arlic, how long have you been standing here, why didn't you go inside?"
"Oh, I have just arrived and was about to enter," I replied.
"Hmm, did you call out to Roshi?" Turtle asked and I nodded.
"Hah, he didn't come out to greet you, that old pervert must be watching some kind of perverted show again,"
"Arlic, you stay here, I'll go and teach him a good lesson," Turtle said and hurried inside the house.
Two seconds later I heard a shout of despair.
"TURTLE, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO," I heard Roshi's scream of misery, "You know that show is aired only once a day,"

[SMACK][SMACK]
Followed by the sound of two loud slaps, I heard Turtle yelling at Roshi, "You old pervert, stop watching this and come with me to receive Arlic,"
"Huh, Arlic is here," Roshi repeated, and then I heard his footsteps rushing towards me.
"Hahaha, Arlic, you finally decided to visit," Roshi said as he came out of his house.
"Oh my, look at you, you've grown so much in these two years, puberty has certainly hit you well," Roshi said with a chuckle.
"So, do you want your dashing and handsome Master to help you in courting some girls," Roshi said and wiggled his eyebrows.
"Ahh, no, I don't have time for that now, I'll tell you if I need your help in the future," I replied.
Roshi then looked at me from top to bottom and said, "By the way, I never checked how strong you have become after you left my tutelage,"
"How about you release your Ki for a minute or two," Roshi said while caressing his beard.
"Sure, but first let me erect a barrier," I replied and then created a barrier surrounding Kame Island.
"Okay guys, brace yourself," I said and started releasing my Ki, "Haaaa, HAAAAAAAAAAAA,"
As my Ki released, Roshi's eyes widened and he immediately crossed his hands to keep himself in place, "Oh my Kami, Arlic, stop, stop or I'll get blown away,"
Hearing Roshi's words, I stopped releasing my Ki and suppressed it.
"Haah, such monstrous strength, now I know why Kami himself came forward to choose you as his pupil," Roshi said as he wiped the sweat off his forehead.
"He-he-he, I still have a long way to go," I replied while rubbing the back of my head.
"I don't know anything about Ki, but your Aura looked scary to me," Turtle said as he shakily poked his head out from behind Roshi.
"Yosshhhhh let's celebrate your visit with a party," Roshi said with vigour.
"Haha, sure, I'll cook tasty food for us," I said with a laugh.

[Next Day]
After saying goodbye to Roshi and Turtle, I left for Mount Paozu, and during the journey, I stopped in a city to get myself a haircut. After giving the barber a gold coin in exchange for cutting my hair, I resumed my journey toward Mount Paozu and after flying for 10 minutes I reached the hut of Gohan.
As I landed in front of Gohan's hut, I saw that Goku was doing weight training by lifting a rock on the side.
"Hey, Goku, I came to visit," I called out to him.
"Huh," hearing my voice Goku looked towards me.
Goku placed the Rock on the ground and ran toward me.
"HAHAHA, Arlic, you came after such a long time," Goku said with a laugh.
"Hey Arlic, you have gotten strong haven't you," Goku asked and I nodded, "Haha, I have also gotten strong, how about we see who's stronger?"
"Goku, fighting should not be the first thing that should come to your mind every time you see Arlic," I heard Gohan's voice with a stern tone.
I turned toward the hut to greet Gohan, "Hey, Grandpa, I came to visit,"
"HO-ho-ho, welcome Arlic, how are you?" Gohan asked.
"I am good, what about you Grandpa, how have you been?" I asked.
"Hehe, I am good and healthy as always," Gohan replied and then asked, "Where have you been for the last two years Arlic, you didn't come to visit?"
"Oh, I was just doing some solitary training," I replied.
"Grandpa, stop talking and let me fight with Arlic," Goku butted in between.
"Goku, what did I just tell you," Gohan reprimanded Goku.
"Grandpa, I just wanted to compare my strength with Arlic," Goku replied with a pout.
"Goku…" Gohan tried to reprimand Goku again but stopped as he heard my voice.
"It's okay Grandpa, I accept his challenge," I said to Gohan.
"Yatta," Goku yelled in excitement.
"Come Arlic, let's fight there," Goku said and ran towards the open area near his house.
I shook my head and followed him to the opening.
"Haaah, kids," Gohan sighed while shaking his head and followed behind.

[Third Person P.O.V.]
After arriving at the opening, Arlic and Goku both stood 10 meters apart while facing each other.
'I'm sorry for what I am about to do with you Goku, but it is important,' Arlic thought to himself.
'Haha, I will show you how strong I have become,' Goku thought while grinning with excitement.
"Oh, but before we start fighting, let me patch you up first," Arlic said and raised his hand towards Goku.
A green light shone from Arlic's hand and covered Goku. After the light diminished Goku started inspecting himself.
"Oh, Arlic what did you do, I feel like I have recovered completely," Goku asked confused.
"I used healing magic, Goku," Arlic replied.
"Hah, I don't know what this healing magic is but whatever you did will be the cause of your loss," Goku said excitedly.
Arlic didn't say anything, just raised his hand and gestured to Goku to come at him.
Goku jumped towards Arlic and launched a kick at his head. Arlic just stood there and kept looking at him.

[Thump]
Goku's kick got blocked 1 meter before Arlic as if it was stopped by some invisible force.
Goku landed on the ground and sent a punch towards Arlic, which again got blocked by some invisible force.
Goku got angry and yelled, "What the hell are you doing, Arlic, why isn't my punch reaching you?"
"Nothing, I'm just fighting like a mage should fight, using my magic," Arlic replied.
"Stop using weird techniques and fight me properly," Goku demanded.
Arlic sighed and said, "Fine, I'll fight using Martial Arts,"
Goku grinned again and threw a punch toward Arlic's stomach.
Arlic smiled and used his index finger to deflect the punch to the left. Goku immediately turned around and used his other hand to send a back punch toward Arlic's face. Arlic again used his index finger to block it.
Goku then bent forward and shifted his weight on his hands, then he used both of his legs to kick Arlic's head. Arlic didn't move and just stood there as Goku's legs didn't even reach his face. Goku used this opportunity and jumped up using his hands to kick Arlic's head. Arlic's eyes widened and he immediately shifted backwards to dodge Goku's kick.
Goku then jumped away and looked at Arlic while grinning, "See, I told you you are going to lose today,"
Arlic's eyes twitched while looking at Goku's smug face, he then took a proper Martial Arts stance and again motioned Goku to come at him.
Goku laughed then again jumped towards Arlic and tried to kick his head again, Arlic this time shifted right then caught Goku's tail and yanked it backwards pulling Goku with it, however, he used too much strength and Goku's tail got plucked out of his back.
Goku went flying towards a tree while his tail was left in Arlic's hand.
"Ah, shit," Arlic cursed.

[Bam]
Goku collided with the tree and fainted.
"Goku," Arlic and Gohan both yelled out in worry and rushed towards him.
"Goku, are you okay?" Gohan said as he checked on Goku.
"Grandpa, I didn't mean to do this, his tail, it just came off and then this happened, I am sorry for this," Arlic said with a sad tone.
"It's okay, Arlic, things like this always happen to Goku, his tail will grow again in some time," Gohan said while patting Arlic's head, "Okay, now help me take him inside,"
"Grandpa, let me heal him first," Arlic said and cast healing magic on Goku.
While using healing magic on Goku, Arlic also sneakily used sealing magic on Goku's tail so it won't grow back for the next two years.
