Chapter 31: 30. Book Of Elementary Magic
(Ashley POV)
I woke up in the middle of the night because I heard someone talking. Opening my eyes, I saw Lex and Gwen talking.
Gwen seems to be angry with Lex because he has been out for a long time, and Lex is trying to calm her down.
But then, I saw something that blew my brain. Lex kissed Gwen, and she returned the kiss.
But how is it, they are cousins?
Why have I never noticed that they have such a relationship?
Of course, I saw Gwen look at Lex sometimes, and it was definitely not a sister's glances. But I didn't think it was serious.
And here they are kissing so sweetly. It's almost five minutes now. Their air is endless, or what?

Lex and Gwen finally stopped kissing and went to their beds.

Since the girls are still asleep, I can devote some time to magic.
Therefore, taking the Book of Elementary Magic from the stand where Gwen had put it, I began to read it.
An hour later I finished and I remembered everything that was written there.
The book really was about elementary magic.
First, it described how to test whether a person is capable of becoming a Magician. It's useless for me, I'm already a Magician. Kind of.
Then, if you passed the test, a method was written how to awaken the magic. Also not necessary.
Next, how to feel Mana. Do not.
Point number three is how to start controlling Mana. Also don't.
Point number four is how to increase control over Mana. The method here was not the one I'm using. But in my opinion, my method is better for me, since I am still an Anodite, and not an ordinary person. Magic loves me and everything is easier for me. So, don't either.
But then it was written what I needed. How to use spells.
As I thought, can't read a spell just because. If do this, then nothing will work.
Although this is not difficult. There are only two steps.
The first step, need to give Mana to the hand will use to conjure. The hand should glow with Mana. There is nothing difficult in this, even easier than creating a primitive magic disk.

4. «Camera Oblitera» - a spell that is used to deactivate surveillance cameras. The caster releases a bubble that surrounds the camera, rendering it useless but not breaking.
5. «Camouflat Vaporis» - A spell that allows the caster to create massive amounts of vapor for use as cover.
In this situation, I can only use two spells. Deciding to do the first, I got up from the stump and took out my phone. Turning on the flashlight, I put it on the center of the stump, screen down.
After walking a couple of steps away, I began to chase Mana through the body. Aiming more Mana to my left hand and vocal cords, I raised my hand and pointed it at the phone, after which I said:
- Acerbus. - after casting the spell, the flashlight on the phone went out. My voice sounded rather loud and solemn. It was easy. I like it.
Then I repeated the spell four more times. Having played enough, I decided to cast another spell.
After repeating the whole process, I said:
- Camouflat Vaporis. - and in the vicinity, in the blink of an eye, a dense fog appeared.
Almost nothing is visible through the fog, but I perfectly felt the whole environment. It looks like it's because the fog is infused with my magic. Quite convenient.
Having dispersed the fog by telekinesis, I decided to finish my experiments, especially since it was almost lunchtime.
After 10 minutes, I was already there. The girls are already awake, and Grandpa has just finished cooking.
After greeting the girls, I sat down at the table and began to eat. It looks like it was an octopus, but I'm not sure.
