Chapter 46: Wake up to reality
A knight entered the royal court fully covered in blood...
"My lord the whole city is covered in Vampires...we are doomed..." He died after saying that.
An afraid look appeared on king's face.
In castle's Confrence room a knight looked stressed...
"Where is the Observation Team...?" He asked.
Suddenly a Dragon Landed on the lobby outside the conference room...
"We are here Sir Luke..."
A team of 7 mages and 2 swordsman entered the Conference Room...
"Tell me everything...." Luke asked with a stressed expression.
"It's bad...Seriously very bad." One of the mages spoke.
Luke's expression turned more Grimm.
"Whole City is covered by them...Around 600 Vampires are out there killing our citizens and knights in cold blood...Adventurers are defending City's Borders and About 100 Vampires are covering the Colosseum and there is a Human talking to their Leader." Middle one of them spoke.
"Tell me it's a wise mage from the Royal court..."
"No, it's a child who was also a participant in the earlier Adoption Battle."
"Shit....We are so Fucked." Luke spoke as remorse clearly covered his face.
"Did you find out anything about Defeating them...?" Luke Asked.
"All of the records related to the first Vampire War are either Burned or Stolen....This can only mean one thing that..." Before he could complete his sentence Luke spoke.
"They are Living Among us from a Very-Very Long time...."
"But we still know a way..." One of them spoke.
"What...? What is it...?" Luke got excited.
"Sunlight...if there bodies got exposed to sunlight for a short time they will turn into ashes...."
Suddenly Luke's face turned more Grimm.
"You want us to hold Them back until morning....this whole city will be deserted until morning you fool."
"Have you tried stabbing them into heart...with a magical sword."
"No effect...even a level 3 spell can't stand a chance... their recovery power is so quick and Their raw strength is enough to kill an Giant Jackal with one punch...No matter where you stab them it's like they are immortal." A swordsman spoke.
"No... Nature's First law states that if a thing can be created than it can also be destroyed."
"Then...How do we Destroy Those Fucking Monsters ?" Luke shouted.
"I don't know but there has to be some way..."
In Aaron's Home Basement...
"Mom are we going to die...?" Jimmy and Kimmy asked Jennifer.
"No...boys come here." Jennifer hugged both of them.
Suddenly the Basement's door opened up...
Fred unsheathed his sword...
"Fred...where are you...?" A man entered as he asked.
"Ronald...Did you found him ?" Fred asked.
"No...Aaron is no where." Algar spoke as he entered.
"It's my mistake...All of it...i should have stayed...*sob-sob*..." Hilda spoke as she cried out in a guilty voice.
"No... it's not your fault." Chelsey said as she tightly hugged her.
"Dad did the bad guys took Nii-san ?" Elena asked as tears droped from her eyes.
"No darling don't cry i will bring him back definitely..."
*Thud*
Suddenly a sound came from the main entrance of the house.
Ronald suddenly turned back and tried to open the Basement's door.
"Don't..." Jennifer suddenly shouted.
"What ? It can be Aaron." Ronald asked.
"That's not him..." Suddenly Jennifer's eyes turned crimson red as they sparkled in the dark room.
"Y-You are one of them..." Algar suddenly made a very serious face.
"Wait she is not anything like them..." Fred suddenly spoke up as he panicked.
"Shhh... Step aside from the door." Jennifer spoke slightly.
Algar and Ronald looked at Fred.
"Just Listen to her believe me..." Fred said.
Both of them stepped aside from the door.
"Grrr..." A faint sound came from the other side of the door.
*Boom*
Suddenly the door blew up and a white creature with no eyes no ears and four legs came through the door his body looked thin from his lower half but slightly muscled from his upper half.
*Sniff-Sniff* the creature started smelling the rooms air.
"Keep calm he can't sense us until you have blood on you or you come too close to him." Jennifer said.
"Okay but can't he listen our talking...." Algar asked.
"Can you see any ears on him...?" Jennifer answered.
"What the hell is that thing...?" Ronald asked.
"A Vamp..."
"What if he is the one who eated Aaron....no this can't be...?" Hilda spoke as she widened her eyes.
"No... It's not possible Aaron is a sharp kid I don't think he will get killed by this low-life."
Suddenly Kimmy got scared and moved two steps back as a nail got stuck in his foot but he suddenly withdrawed his foot back.
"Grrrfff..." Suddenly the vamp flinched as if he founded his pray.
A drop of blood came out from Kimmy's leg and the vamp sensed it.
"Tch.."
Suddenly the vamp jumped on Kimmy with a very strong force and high speed.
But before he could even touch him a hand sliced his head from his body.
This hand was none other than Jennifers.
"What is wrong with that speed...?" Algar spoke.
"Who are you ?" Chelsey asked with a serious face.
In the Colosseum...
"We should start sir Aaron..." Detroit said.
"Let's begin this shit..." Aaron lifted his sword.
*Swish* suddenly Detroit vanished from his place and appeared behind Aaron.
*Swish* but before he could even touch him Aaron suddenly disappeared and reappeared on the other side of the Colosseum.
"You Little..." Detroit suddenly vanished again and appeared behind Aaron to attack him.
But Aaron used the same trick again and appeared at the other side because of Aaron's speed in his domain being the highest his body is still of a child so he can only Dodge Detroit's attacks and can only wait for the right time to use his best spell fireball to finish the fight in a single moment.
"You think this is a joke right...?" Detroit asked.
"I don't i am fighting with my life here..." Aaron answered.
"Play time over boy let me show you the real power of our race..."
Detroit suddenly used a spell as his eyes turned pitch black and his coat got ripped apart due to his muscle pressure.
Black viens appeared on his whole body.
He looked like a monster at the moment.
Suddenly Detroit vanished from his place but this time it was harder for Aaron to follow his moments because his speed became 10x of his previous speed.
But Aaron knew that Detroit will definitely appear behind his back so he was a little prepared.
*Swoosh* and as he expected Detroit appeared behind Aaron. Aaron swinged his sword with his full power but Detroit vanished again.
This time Detroit appeared behind his back and slashed his back with his sword.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh...." Aaron cried in pain loudly.
"Wake up to reality....we are the one, the only one, the super one, who will rule this world." Detroit said as he gave Aaron more wounds by slashing his sword on his whole body with an incredible speed.
Will Aaron survive this attack...? Are the reinforcements coming ? Will the royals ever find the way to kill the vampires...? Aaron's parents are they going to Survive or not...?
