I yawned, opening my eyes to the blurry night sky. I thought it was all a dream, that I was back home in my bed, about to wake up soon.
'Of course it isn't. Why me?'
'Syn, what does the skill [Evolve] do?'

'I need that skill..' I thought as I looked towards the dead centipede near me.
'That reminds me, why can't I see stamina and defense and vitality and also I don't have stat points?'

'Well unhide them! Also, can I have the skill [Examine] on 24/7?'
{Doing it now..}

'Oh, and that reminds me, where is the nearest river? I am really thirsty and realized I haven't had a drink in days.
A digital map appeared, showing me as a cursor. A spot I had not explored yet had a glowing yellow dot in it, presumably the nearest river.
I focused on my centipede, watching it. Suddenly, a screen popped up.

I decided to look at [Bug hater] and put in status points later. I decided to get moving now and wait no longer, so I slowly crawled out of my base and tried to hop while activating [Stealth].

Hey, at least I would get something out of it. I hopped a little faster, disappearing through the line of trees.
I felt a lot more anxious in the forest during the moonlight, while the trees were more spaced out and every bush looked like a monster or a demi-human.
I could finally see a going of something like transparent grass, and using [Accute hearing] I could hear the rush of water. As I got closer, I thought I felt something watching me, but when I turned around there was nothing.
I took a tentative sip out of the rushing water. It was cold and satisfying and was a relief. I drank a lot before my quest was completed.

'Guess I should head back now.'
I started to hop, but then something can out of the line of trees blocking me from the forest. I backed towards the bank of the river.
The moonlight shone on the creature as a blue blob jumped out of the bushes, hopping straight towards me. I got angry.
'YOU AGAIN! YOU WILL FACE MY WRATH!'
{You're letting out a strong murderous aura!}
The blob seemed to freeze, probably scared. But I didn't care. I raced towards it, using [Dash] and [Hop]. I jumped high, then came crashing down with [Kick] and [Demon fire]. The fire pit up my foot and smacked the slime straight in what I hoped to be its face.
It squirmed, not able to absorb me before I jumped off.
There was nothing cooler than a rabbit fighting a slime in the moonlight, no?
