Chapter 2: delivery
a quirk I have thought about for quite some time now.
the user can teleport everything he touches, can be living or not
the teleportation has a some kind of change (why its called delivery) which makes the item teleport after a set amount of time for any amount of distance.
10m per second or more the more you train with it.
the user can also slow the delivery down so it will be less then his max 'delivery'.
the delivered item will also keep its momentum, if it stays in place it will be delivered without momentum.
you can also deliver stuff like force as long as its touching you/coming out of you.
examples:
you can use it to throw knifes and the moment you throw them you teleport them to your enemy's and it will not slow down.
throwing out punches without range limit.
