Chapter 30: A dream
King Quio had a dream in which she saw her family at a far distance. Her twin sister Ning Shuya walked to her and smirked at her wickedly and pushed her to the ground.
"Sister?" Ning Quio asked in surprise
"Don't call me sister, I am not your sister"
"Sister, why are you angry?"
"Because I hate you, why are you so pure? huh? why can't I be you? why does Han Xu love you so much? he should have loved me"
"Sister, why do you hate me so much? you've taken everything away from me and now you want Han Xu as well? 'm sorry but no" Ning Quio replied boldly.
"How dare you deny me? you don't deserve Han Xu, I do"
Ning Quio looked at Ning Shuya, though they were twins they didn't look alike a bit. Ning Quio was more beautiful than her making her always jealous. Then her family soon began to fade away, she tried to hold them but they suddenly disappeared. Ning Quio fell on her knees crying desperately. She would do anything to get them back.
Meanwhile, Lu Laoyang returned late in the night and saw Ning Quio moving on the bed, it seemed she was having a nightmare.
He walked to her and hugged her, soon she calmed down but was still calling out her mothers name. Ning Quio woke up and saw Lu Laoyang hugging her, she cried onto his chest, he patted her back slowly and softly, she soon fell asleep in his arms. He hugged her and they slept together in each others arm that night.
