Chapter 92: Sealed with a Kiss, Arrival

*Smack*

"MMMMmmm, harder!"

"Quit shaking your ass, Toni, you're making my work harder!"

"I think she's doing it on purpose so it lasts longer..."

"I'm aware, but pinning her down would only turn her on more..."

Yuri was painstakingly resetting the Nightingale Sigil on Toni's ass as the pair of luscious women lay on the lush rainbow grasses of one of Avalon's many forests in their panties. They were not making it easy.

"My ass is bigger, Toni!" Ally grinned

"Mine is firmer," Toni stuck her tongue out in a mature defense.

"Done," Yuri wiped the imaginary sweat off his brow while refusing to comment on whose ass was better, then moved on to the next one.

Ally was no better, which gave him equal amounts of regular and sexual frustration. She was as well behaved as possible while Yuri was enchanting the Sigil on her perky butt that Yuri wouldn't ask either her or Toni to move their Sigils from, but she was also ticklish. Her trembling little booty mesmerized him as he kneaded his fingers into the bouncy and tempting flesh as he forgot what he was doing.

"Yuri? Is this part of the ritual?"

Yuri paused before shaking it off and going back to work.

"Shush, I'm the enchanter..." Yuri mumbled.

Alera let a sweet smirk cross her cheeks and Toni grinned like a succubus with two targets.

In the last few days, they had already collected and at least gotten ankle-deep in every Black Book available, save for Waking Dreams which was an area Yuri confirmed was set aside for Miraak. He had basically holed up while waiting for the Dragonborn to open Waking Dreams while sending his cultists to try and build focal points or kidnap Alera themselves, if possible. But they lost too many men as the girls wandered the island, thus he gave that up and assumed he himself was the only match for her.

Winds of Change and Untold Legends were sort of a set with Filament and Filigree, in that they all worked on the actual machinations of Fate. Herma Mora's very wheelhouse. Winds of Change were the collections of a political analyst and how his forward-thinking began to manifest in a sort of spiritual awareness, or a magical intuition. Or that was the very short summary. With varying success, the gang started to notice that immediate dangers would be foretold by a sort of sixth sense in the back of their head no matter how hidden the danger was. But it only gave a vague direction and barely a second of forewarning. Yuri believed this sort of future intuition would expand to further areas and longer spans of time with experience.

Untold Legends was a bit vaguer. At the end of the girl's dive, they didn't even have to read anything and were directly given an orb of green power. Yuri later investigated it and found that they had gained... charisma. A worldly charisma that draws the information most needed to the reader while making people who know something the reader wants to be aware of more comfortable around them and more willing to share. Yuri could be wrong, but he also believed that Royal or Pure Souls were somehow more attracted to the reader. He was using his and Ally's soul as a basis, but they were already attracted to each other, so the experiment was already biased.

But Yuri did manage to get a combined skill from the three of those books together.

[<Adept of Fate> Skill Created - 15,000 RP]

[<Adept of Fate>: Intuition of future events and results of your own actions has reached an incredible level and will continue to grow. Manipulate the threads of Fate with consent freely, while the knowledge or willpower of an opponent you attempt to manipulate through threads may allow them to resist with varying results. Seeing or using Threads of Fate, or using Fate to perceive a target does not cost mana or mental energy]

"Alright," Yuri got up and wiped the imaginary dust off of his pants while wrenching his index fingers in the air towards both of the girls who were pulling their pants up.

"Are you do-" Toni started to ask before her eyes grew foggy and distant like she was reading something. Ally did at the same time.

"What is this?" Ally asked dreamily.

"Your contracts. Unfortunately, I am also your lawyer as well as the contract giver, so I would advise you to sign it."

Toni started to read out the conditions.

"I will gain access to the inside of the Akashic Champion's Personal Dimension (Inventory) and can go to the designated Realm at any point and exit at the Champion's location."

Ally continued: "I will gain access to the Akashic Champion's Record System's functions except for the Exchange. My Record will earn merit for the Akashic Champion. Every soul I release from their vessel but do not keep will belong to the Record. What is all this?"

Yuri walked towards her slowly and spread a gentle smile, holding her hand with one of his and using the other to stroke the side of her face before resting it near her temple. "You wanted to know what I am. Let's get that out of the way with one of the Sigil's new functions."

Yuri's eyes flashed and Ally's vision changed perspectives.

"What did you do?" Toni asked as Yuri backed away and their blonde bombshell stood there motionless for over a minute.

"One of your Sigil's functions, Info Field. It provides a pretty serious mental shield that only another Sigil holder can casually cross while also helping unravel huge streams of information whenever the Sigil bearer wants. Ally is safe right now, but if she wasn't she could delay the collection and archive it for later. Teaching you ladies techniques among other things will be way easier this way."

"We're going to grow freakishly close."

"Magic is the path to perfection. Perfect relationships are nothing less than what I want for all of us. Lack of transparency tends to kill mortal relationships pretty quickly anyway."

Ally's eyelids fluttered awake after she had digested everything that was sent to her.

It wasn't everything, only spots of the life Yuri lived as well as the entire block of time just before, during, and a bit after Yuri's death. The conversation was filtered to omit areas that stated this world as 'fictional', but the general conversation and how Yuri landed in Winterhold just over a year ago had started to sink in.

Ally was perplexed. Not because she couldn't understand or because she found it too much to handle out of Yuri, but this was beyond even her wildest guess. Yuri's manner of rebirth was outside of any literature or bardic tale or folklore she had heard of, and so was his god.

But now that she knew, she set it all aside.

"If you told me to leave this world with you before we had explored the whole province, I would have refused. But I am much more at home with you guys than anywhere else in Mundus now. Even if you ask me to leave with you, I know we will build a new world, a new family, and a new home while pursuing a never-ending journey. How can I refuse?" She tilted her head up and flashed a sparkly smile with her shining eyes.

Toni cleared her throat while they were sharing a loving staring contest. "You forgot the last condition in his contract."

"Hm?" Ally tilted her head while Yuri gave a bashful and Luffy-sized grin.

"On the condition of a kiss from each contract recipient to the contract giver every day, the aforementioned benefits will be enacted immediately."

"You sly dog, c'mere!" Toni leapt and sealed the first bond with a kiss while piling Yuri into the ground.

Toni let off of him with a victorious smirk as she felt her contract become fulfilled and gained a new message that she gave an odd look to.

"Did it work?"

[Welcome to Yuri's Record, Tonilia Cyrus, Sworn Blade of the Akashic Champion. Map, Status, and an Inventory Section inside of the Champion's Inventory have been granted]

"Uh yeah, I think s-wah!"

Alera pulled Toni off and sensually straddled Yuri while giving him a deep and wet kiss to seal the deal, continuing even after she heard a chime that told of her contract fulfillment.

[Welcome to Yuri's Record, Alera Silius, Sworn Shield of the Akashic Champion. Map, Status, and an Inventory Section inside of the Champion's Inventory have been granted]

Such were the messages they were reading at the moment. They intrinsically knew what each of the functions was and compared their Statuses while bickering mentally. Apparently, Ally had something called <Dragon Blood, Dragon Soul> and <Voice of Truth> while Tonilia only had <Advanced Stamina Recovery> and something called <Mind Eater> which she did not reveal. But the benefits of Yuri's rituals were present and not accounted by the system, so she felt better about that.

Alera released Yuri's mouth which had memorized the taste of her tongue and he spoke, "I promise we'll go on an actual date after we take care of Miraak-"

"I know, baby," Ally rested her hand on Yuri's face and Toni sat on Yuri's knees to wrap her arms around Ally's stomach. "There is still stuff to do here to make this island safe, there's nothing to rush for."

Yuri looked up at the beautiful pair, Toni had her chin rested on Ally's shoulder as they both looked down at him lovingly, and promised to himself to put a baby in both of them as soon as possible.

Both of them. Yes, both of them, felt a rod press them roughly from beneath.

'Ah, my loving thoughts led to dirty thoughts, bad Yuri.'

The girls merely shared a half-lidded and accusatory smirk with him before getting up and asking him about the rest of the functions that they felt were in their sigil. He regaled them with a few of them while kept others as his own secret. They will teleport to Avalon after crossing a threshold bodily or vitality condition, the seal protects from pure soul attacks and will eject the soul to Yuri's Black Star if the body is lost, that the sigil can be used as a conduit from which other contracts with creatures can be made or the life and soul of victims can be siphoned, and lastly that he can instantaneously teleport to the location of the sigil without the need for a portal or being within his range like a beacon. They can even use this function between each other if they have enough mana. He didn't tell them that he can see anything they do in real-time whenever he wants as an extra measure and investigate any action taken with or on their Sigil's, like a shady contract that might slip through its protections. Of course, more could be added later.

What Yuri would also likely never have to tell them, was that being tied to his Record made them more real than they've ever been.

"Okay, I think we're ready to meet Miraak."

───※ ·❆· ※───

Hermaeus Mora crawled from the deep of his realm's black waters and climbed into the air. A split was opened in the book section belonging to his unfilial Champion. Oh, how he would be delighted if Null could take care of one of his-

"Yo."

Herma Mora tweaked his main eyeball with visible shock before tilting his swirling mass of eyes and limbs to the speaker.

"Null... so this is what you appear as. Or is this too... a mere facsimile."

A handsome and youthful man with ivory skin and eyes like molten and furious gold, with hair covered in shadows that waved about like a black flame and a body wrapped in darkness forming into casual flowing clothes that left his chest bare, stepped out into the realm with a fearless grin.

"It's about time we meet."

"...To what...do I owe the pleasure..."

"Yuri is the name, and my game is everchanging. Your Dragonborn contends with mine. I hope you can let whatever comes to pass play out with them."

"Hmm..." Herma looked down and found another contender warping into Waking Dreams through the hole this Yuri left, and yet another joined beside the Dragonborn. "It appears we have a game of Champions? A pity this Dragonborn is already bound to you. No matter the outcome, if Miraak falls here, his soul shall be mine. I would not advise... to renege on this condition. You are in my Realm."

"His soul is yours, but the souls once belonging to the dragons he subdued will be freed upon his death. Care to donate those to the Dragonborn's cause?"

"Cause? End the World Eater... who fled his post for dreams of dominion... and AKA will only bring about a new Alduin... who does not refuse his responsibility. Your actions will end this Kalpa."

"I'd sooner see Time come to a natural end and wrap around to a new beginning than allow the race of men to be dominated for eternity under his rule once again. Besides, I don't plan on letting the scheme of things continue as they have for so long."

"I would like... to see you try..."

"SO YOU SHOW YOURSELF, BAASTAAAAAARRRD!" Miraak shrouded himself in armors of multiple colors as he flexed, appearing with dragon-like scales and horns made from the souls of the dragons he had slain. "GOL HAH DOV"

A giant and solitary mesa of green and bumpy texture stretched from out of the black waters and erected a Tower imitation for Miraak's hubris. Six dragons lay in wait for their master's command prostrate in separate areas with plenty of space. From this Tower, a vessel of ethereal and domineering force catapulted to Yuri's position into the sky as Miraak aimed at the man talking with Herma above them.

Yuri raised an eyebrow while analyzing how Miraak used Dragon Aspect without shouting. He breathed in without hesitation and pushed the world, which pushed the Bend Will shout into the exact same direction it came from, pummeling the sender back into the ground as he was trying to fly up to them.

"Youngsters these days...have no respect," Hermaeus incorrectly assumed Yuri's age to be closer to his own than Miraak's.

"Respect is sometimes earned, but humility is always taught. My Dragonborn is more than willing to educate-"

Across a veritable bay of black waters and well into a field covered in seekers and lurkers, which at the end was capped with a giant platform directly across and below Miraak's tower over the bay, a Voice shook the unfamiliar skies even as it does on Nirn.

"YOUR OPPONENT IS ME! AKAA SVIIR DIIN SEYAAS!"

Herma frowned twice. Once, for he felt the true essence of the Voice come from this woman in a way that hadn't even been exhibited in the days of old. Twice, for the newest challenger/colleague beside him was looking at his Dragonborn not only with pride, but ineffable love.

{Thinking that I'm not including enough Slice of Life into the story. Might add fluff more consistently. Next Chapter, didn't feel the need to change the name from the original: At the Summit of Apocrypha.}
