Chapter 2: We don't do that here
Getting out of bed I go downstairs to see some random girl, think her name was Chris something, but I couldn't care less honestly.
"So you're the, 'keep-home' son."She says noticing me, but from her tone it sounded like she wanted something from me, which I didn't care for so I decided to antagonize her like all the others.
"And you're another one-night-stand, guess Tony really can't keep it in his pants, though it may just be you're easy too."I said with fake sorrow.
"Now, now, Alex, what have I told you about talking to the trash?"I suddenly hear Mom, god that's still kinda weird to think about now.
"Not to waste my time on them I know."I said tiredly all the while the chick was getting obviously mad.
"Now you can throw a fit acting like somebody important or you can leave and keep your dignity, either way I need to talk to Tony, Pepper, I'll be going down."I say before going down the spiral stairs and unlocking the door before walking in. Now if your wondering why I didn't call her mom, well it's because there was someone else there and no one but close people know about our relationship, which'd I'd rather keep that way till Tony should start dating her.
"Mornin' Jarvis, turn off the music please."I say as the music turns off.
"Please don't do that."He said not even turning to me.
"To bad I got to something to ask you."
"Oh how interesting, you finally want something again."He said sarcastically.
"I feel like it's warranted seeing as it's my birthday and all."
"It's that time of year again? Well happy birthday champ."He said while continuing his work on his car.
"Don't want your well wishes, but what I do want is your plane."I said being frank with him.
"One, no I need it I'm scheduled for a flight aft-"
"That was meant to leave half an hour ago."
"What do you even want the plane for?"He asked, finally turning to me.
"To go to Wakanda."
"Why?"
"Oh so you finally care about me?"
"No, I-"
"And he admits that he doesn't, Father of the year everybody!"I said sarcastically before leaving and going up the stairs as I see Mom coming down, but I just pass her and go to the boxing/workout room.
"What's up with him?"Pepper asks Tony walking in.
"It's nothing."He said after sighing.
Walking in I see a bunch of different equipment around.
"Great, now time to test my powers."I mutter to myself. Walking over to a 12 pound dumbbell, I first test how much strength my power has. Willing it to defy gravity, I struggle a little, but seeing it come off the ground a little I remember Jarvis and stop.
"Hey, Jarvis?"I said aloud.
"Yes, sir?"He asked.
"Don't tell Tony please."
"Sorry but my protocols are to him and he must be informed of such marvelous power."
"Fine, override protocol 69."I said aloud.
It's a protocol I apparently made when I hacked into Jarvis, yes a kid hacked into Jarvis, but obviously Tony found out but I was able to make this and Tony not notice it. The protocol makes Jarvis' loyalty to me and follow what I say though it only lasts temporarily, wasn't able to make it permanent it so it's basically a one time use, but I'll have enough time till Tony gets kidnapped.
"Now let's continue."I say lifting the weight again but from how much I'm struggling I realize how weak I am. Hearing footsteps I stop and see Mom walking in.
"well your Father should be on his way to being half around the world, what you wanna do today?"She asked me.
"One, please don't call him my Father, you know how much I hate that name for him, second, I don't know, I was thinking of taking a trip to Wakanda, you can join if you want."I answered.
"Does Tony know about this?"
"Sure he does, I asked him earlier and he said yes."I lied.
"Jarvis?"She said, asking if what I said was true.
"What he said is true Ms.Potts."Jarvis replied.
"If he gave the green light then sure, but what do you even want from there?"
"Something."I said, and seeing me want to drop the subject she did.
"Alright then, we can leave in an our, everything should be set up for the flight by then. Also breakfast is already made."She said, starting to do something on the iPad she walked in with.
"Alright, but no staff, just us, Jarvis can fly the plane by himself."I said quickly.
"Okay, though we'll have to announce our departure to Wakanda to the king."Pepper said.
"That's fine."I said before leaving and going to the kitchen and eating. I then go to my room and get out my pajamas into proper clothes and start to download everything from the company and Tony's private servers onto my laptop, and phone which are connected to some sizable USB storage devices which I got from Tony's workshop.
Sticking it all into my book bag eventually as it all downloads, Mom calls me down to leave. Getting in a Mercedes-Benz, Mom starts driving to the airstrip where multiple Stark private planes are while we get on one that's the only one outside a hanger.
"Ms.Potts, are you sure about going without staff?"Someone said waiting at the stairs to go on the plane.
"Yes, we are."I say walking past both of them up the stairs onto the plane with the book bag on my back. Shortly after Mom enters.
"Alright Jarvis, plot a course to Wakanda."She says walking on.
"Certainly Ms.Potts."He responds as the plane starts rumbling.
'Now on our way to Vibranium, hopefully my plan works.'I thought as I settle into my seat as does Mom. Shortly after I feel the certain weightlessness that comes from taking off, but eventually it stabilizes. After almost an entire day, eating the delicious pre-made food on the flight along the way, we land on a pseudo airstrip, it was very run down, but that's the front Wakanda is supposed to put on it's outskirts. As the plane eventually stops, me and Mom step down stairs again as the King of Wakanda stands in front of us with some Dora's along with his wife and kids surprisingly.
"King T'Chaka, Queen Ramonda, Prince and princess. My name is Alex Stark."I said and bowed, though looking up slightly I can see a gleam of excitement in Shuri's eyes.
"I know who you are, but please, we don't do that here."He says, and I realize where T'Challa got it from. But standing straight up, I wait for him to continue seeing him still wanting to speak.
"But if you don't mind me asking, what brings you here?"He asks, and I've already planned for this.
"Well my King, this may seem, unbelievable, but the goddess Bast, showed me a vision, of your city, the Black Panther."I said, and immediately the Dora point their spears at me, which was expected honestly, but T'Chaka raises his hand and says something in Wakandan as they lower them.
"As you can see, your words will not be taken lightly, so if you can't show some proof and take responsibility, I believe it's better if you leave now."He said which was reasonable honestly, though I'm surprised Mom hasn't freaked out yet, I see her phone in hand behind her back, waiting for anything seemingly.
"Yes, I knew coming here I would have to present some form of proof, and though much can't be proven about the visions, I have been blessed with power by the gods."I say as they all, including my Mom looked at me in confusion.
"I believe it's better to demonstrate."I say and open my book bag and take out my phone. Holding it up so everyone can see clearly, I make it float off my hand as I then bring my hand down as everyone's face turn to shock. Eventually T'Chaka starts talking with the Dora and Ramonda in Wakandan before turning to me.
"You still haven't answered why you've come."T'Chaka says.
"It's because while truly showing me what Wakanda is, I've seen the future, in ruins, everywhere, even Wakanda, and half the universe's life gone. Bast directed me here, that with your help, the world can be saved, tragedy prevented. I simply come here hoping to be friends, allies."
"If you're visions are true then you also know my view on outsider's."He responds immediately.
"I do, and I am not asking you to open your doors to the world, those greedy enough would come to try and take everything here, but I simply wish to be the bridge between you and the world, so that when the time tragedy does befall this world, you'd help fight, or at least help me to fight."I said sincerely, though mainly this is to get Vibranium it's also so they may truly help fight at for example the battle of New York. T'Chaka stays silent for a while making me nervous honestly but eventually he speaks.
"Do you know of Vibranium?"He asks simply.
"Yes, it comes from a meteorite that landed in a Mountain in Wakanda that you constantly mine."I answered, and I believe this should put me in the safe since since only a few people in the world know of Vibranium much less its origins unless you're Klaue.
"... We will allow you to stay with us for a while, though you will be confined to only certain areas."He eventually says, and I can't help but mentally celebrate.
"Follow us."He says and turns around as does the rest of them before walking off.
"Jarvis, you can head back home with the ship."I say to my phone while walking behind them as Mom catches up to us and the plane flies off, its fuel levels are still surprisingly high after traveling half the world.
"I'll explain later."I whisper to Mom.
"You better young man!"She yells in a whisper while I get slightly scared, it's never good for you when Mom says young man, whether it's if you're in trouble or in an embarrassing moment, it's never good.
