Chapter 34: Black Lightning
"Yes, everything that you is indeed true." Hela smirks at him, "It still sickens me that after all this time father tries his best to fix his mistakes he still makes them, only this time, it's an idiot."
Thor growled, "I do not care if you are considered worthy or not, do not speak such lies in my presence."
"Oh? You do not believe that you are my little brother?" Hela smirk if possible turns into a grin,, " That Our dear father has been holding the truth out from you?"
She smacked him against the head with the hammer sending him to the floor, causing cracks appear.
"Has mom ever been this scary before?" Gine whispered, "Yes." Xelera responded flatly, "Oh, " Gine looked on, "I think I love her even more now."
"Gine, you aren't saying that because Uncle Thor knocked you out cold and caused the storm right?" Gohan asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Shut up Gohan, I have every right to feel what I feel." Gine shot back, "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't."
"Technically it wasn't Uncle Thor's fault," Xelera responded flatly, "If you want to blame someone blame grandpa."
"I curse him too." Gine muttered, causing Tina's eyes to widen in surprise, before she smirked.
"…You've got Balls of Steel, little sister." she said with Xelera nodding in agreement respect in her eyes.
Gohan shook his head.
"For once in your miserable life think!" Hela growled, "Look at my hammer, yes my hammer, do you think it would have chose me had I been lying to you for something like this?" .
She smacked him once again with his own hammer he grunted in pain, as the floor cracked once again.
"Let me tell you another truth father lied to you about." Hela growled, "this was mine long before the idea of you was ever formed into existence, but father took it from me, he took everything from me! Simply because I was too much for him to handle. "
She smacked him again, None of these smacks were enough to cause him death, but he still felt huge amount of pain, and blood trickling down his face.
"Peace, Prosperity...Don't make me laugh..." Hela glared at Thor like he was an ant, waiting to be crushed beneath her feet, "I was bred for conquest, Under fathers watchful gaze, we conquered together, everything I had ever learned, everything I had ever been taught, it was taught for conquest!"
She slammed him to the ground leaving him motionless. Love and Peace? Don't make me laugh."Hela snarled, "I was sealed, because my ambition was greater than his! What was his punishment? Oh I regret my actions, i will change now, and I hope my daughter will change so suddenly too!"
She was so pissed off, she never noticed the sudden change of energy, the blue lightning that was sparking grew in power, and the color changed to black.
I looked looked on with slight surprise.
"Black Lightning." Gohan muttered.
"So, Our mother is now the Goddess of Black Lightning?" Tina asked, "That sounds really cool."
"Agreed." Xelera nodded her head
"It's freaking awesome!" Gine jumped in excitement, "It looks so cool..."
Meanwhile with Hela and Thor. Hela had her boot and smashed it against thor causing the cracks to grow larger.
"He never even gave me a chance before he sealed me away. Unlike Kakarot. I owe him everything, for what he has done, for what he has done had caused me to see the light of day. He showed me how to love, how to feel and how to be happy...something I had not felt since the day my mother passed on!"
Hela was panting now.. I put my hand on her shoulder ignorng the black lightning, and squeezed for comfort...
She took deep breaths to calm herself down, she glared at Thor...before she walked out.
I clicked my fingers, and an orange glow bathed the floor, fixing the floor and healing Thor on the spot."
Thor was healed, I helped him up. I looked him in the eyes...I saw that there was no life in them. Like all the life...all the purpose...has been crushed from beneath them.
"I apologize on behalf of my wife." I said, "She got a little bit carried away."
"…No need to apologize mortal..." Thor mumbled, "For she was right, I am a fool."
