Chapter 8: 7. New years special
Author here, this'll be a new years special and a normal chapter, so I thank you all for reading my fan-fic and I hope everyone has a happy new year.

(flashback, Diablo pov)
Today is the day I would have a business meeting with madam Bones and I plan on telling her everything I know.
I told her everything and even showed her the memory of Dumbledore feeding me the truth serum with magic, which she hated and after I asked if Sirius Black got a fair trial she almost immediately said yes, but I told her he didn't get a trial at all and if the Potter house was under the Fidelius charm Dumbledore would've set it up, so he knows who the secret keeper was and who were in the wards that were placed on the house, which disgusted madam Bones even more, after this whole ordeal was done I asked mom to show her her bedroom for the next couple of days.
It's finally the last day of the year, I plan on asking Susan if she would be my girlfriend and I must say, I am nervous, the last couple of days I've been preparing and asking her closest friend and her aunt what she liked the most, so here I am before a small table, with candle-lit dinner and something to drink, I asked Hannah who arrived yesterday if she could have Susan put on her best clothes for dinner and she happily agreed and I told her to blindfold Susan so she doesn't know what's about to happen, now here I am, guiding Susan to the table and once she sat down I pulled the blindfold off and gave her a kiss on the cheek before sitting down myself, I presented her dinner and then after we were done I asked her if she would be my girlfriend and she happily agreed, which made me happy and after that we had a quick make-out session before my mom came with a camera and made pictures, but my mom quickly left to tell the news to the rest of the guests or she told them that I had something to say when I would come back down with Susan, I then asked Susan if she would be okay with me asking my parents and your aunt to set up a marriage contract between us two, so we could be together without anyone interfering, she hesitated a bit before saying yes, I must say girls do think a lot about the pros and cons of something, so after we went downstairs my mom told everyone that I had something that I wanted to say, so I told them me and Susan were together to which everyone clapped their hands and congratulated us, after that was done I pulled my parents and the aunt of Susan aside and asked them if they could draw up a marriage contract between us, I told madam Bones that I already asked Susan and that she said yes and if you don't believe me, you can always ask your niece, they told me the marriage contract would be done before the vacation ends and after that we went outside to watch the fireworks we bought, we may have asked the weasly twins for a couple rockets, but the rest is from the muggle world, I could hear everyone gasping and saying woah after each firework we shot into the sky and I couldn't help but chuckle.
After we made it into the new year, we celebrated and wished everyone a happy new year and after that I went to bed with Susan, she looked like an angel while sleeping, I layed her down on bed and after I changed into my pyjama I layed down next to her, she moved a little and rolled over on top of me, so now I can go to sleep while hugging Susan who has her head on my chest which looks really cute.

(Susan pov)
After I got to the Morningstar residence I almost immediately got pulled aside by Diablo's mother and he couldn't help but chuckle a little bit, he asked his mom if she could show me my room and his mom didn't answer but pulled me with her to the room and on the way there, she asked me all kinds of questions, well not a lot, but only about how we met and which house he was sorted in, since he told them he would keep it a secret untill the christmas vacation, I told her he was in the same house as me, Huffelpuff, to which she looked shocked and confused, but after that she told me to rest up since we would have a girls day tomorrow, I thought it would be fun shopping, but I was wrong, immediately after we got out of the house she started asking more questions, she asked me what I saw in her boy and how much I liked him, she asked me about my family, but most important of all, she asked me if I could see myself with Diablo in the future, to which I said yes with a huge blush on my face, after we got home I saw Diablo and he looked at me and smirked a little, but he had a look in his eyes that said, I'm sorry for my mom, but you do look cute with a blush and I almost immediately ran up to the room that was prepared for me to cry like a mad fool while grinning like one too.
Today Hannah arrived and I couldn't help but feel jealous because Diablo immediately pulled her aside to ask her something to which she grinned like a mad fool and after that she came to me and hugged me and then she said to me that she needed to see all my dresses for dinner, I asked her why and she said that I'll know when it's time with a wink, then I blushed really hard, because I started thinking about what Diablo could've planned this time, that night I went all out with the dress, I had a black dress which did show my cleavage a lot, but hey if it hypnotises Diablo, then I'm happy with it, the back of the dress was open and the dress reached the ground, Hannah put a blindfold on me and I asked why, she said that it was part of the plan, then she took me somewhere and said here she is Diablo, to which I felt an arm locking with mine, then he guided me towards a chair and sat me down, then he pulled off the blindfold and gave me a kiss on the cheeck after saying I looked really beautiful, I couldn't help but blush and after that, he sat down too and dinner appeared on the table, after we were done with dinner he asked me if I would be his girlfriend to which I happily replied yes, we then started a quick make-out session, but got interrupted by his mom who started taking pictures of us, after she went back downstairs Diablo asked me if he could ask his parents and my aunt to draw up a marriage contract between us so that we would have no interruptions, I thought about it and said yes in the end, because I wouldn't have to worry about him being stolen by someone else and he could rest happy knowing that I wouldn't be stolen by someone else.
After we got back downstairs, while holding each others hand his mother asked if he had something to say to which he happily said that he and I are now in a relationship, after everyone had said their congratulations he pulled his mom, dad and my aunt to the side and asked them if they could draw up a marriage contract between us, my aunt looked at him with a questioning gaze and he told her that I agreed and if she didn't believe him that she could ask me, she then looked at me and I nodded happily, after that his mother said the contract would be done before the end of the vacation, after that we went outside with everyone for the fireworks show, Diablo told me he bought a couple of fireworks from the weasly twins and the rest of the fireworks is muggle made and I and the rest of the people there couldn't help but be amazed by how far the muggle world has come with this stuff, I also could immediately tell which ones were from the weasly twins and as soon as Diablo launched those he told everyone to take a step back, since these are special ones and made by the weasly twins, he told them he was a sort of test subject for the new invention they created, but it had no pranks this one, which shocked all of us since we all know how bad of a pranksters those two can be, the fireworks from the weasly twins were really good, but after we were done the adrenaline left my body and I fell asleep rather quickly, I then felt someone pick me up in a princess carry and I couldn't help but blush a little, after a couple minutes I felt that that person layed me down on bed, after a couple more minutes I felt that someone else layed down on the bed and I rolled over and put my head on their chest and not even a minute later I fell asleep.
