Chapter 34: Chapter 33

Later at night, Camellia cannot fall asleep at all. She tried to close her eyes and empty her mind to make herself eased and comfortable to sleep. After all twist and turn on the bed, she scratch her head and ruffle her hair thinking why she can't sleep for the night. She then suddenly sit up on her bed and lean her head on the wooden headboard while have a deep thinking about her day.

It turns out that she have done nothing much activities that will make her body exhausted enough to help her deep slumber like her other usual day. Camellia stared long on the wall in her dark room that only illuminate by the moonlight that not so bright. She lost in her reverie thinking about nonsense things happen to her.

Soon later, her thought about all the dreams that keep hunted her ever since the last week. She felt weird that she feels like something missing in her heart. Her life felt empty and loneliness wrap around her. From what Jessica tell her, a person changes for two reasons, first someone special came into their life and the second one is someone special left their life.

"But what make her life change? From her point of view, she doesn't have crush or fancy anyone. What make the thing even weird is that it is not just any kind normal dream, but a wet dream that make her body shiver everytime she remember it. And there is even a man. An unknown man. But, who is he? Why is he always in her dream? Urgghh… So annoying." Thought Camellia.

As she think back about all the scenes of her dream, she feel her body give a weird reaction. Her body getting hotter, her legs turns jelly, her panties getting wet and her throat feels dry suddenly.

So, she decided to have some water and read some books at the living room. As soon as Camellia walk out of her bedroom, she heard some voices coming from her parent's room. It sound like they discussed something serious in their whisper voices. That kind of conversation make Camellia curious and make her want to eavesdrop on the topic they discuss.

Camellia walk cautiously towards the door of the room. She take a peek inside the room and saw her parents inside the room and still awake. Her mom sit on the side of the bed with both feet still on the ground while her dad stand tall and straight with cross his arm on his chest looking toward his wife's face. They were both facing each other talking in almost no words coming out of their mouth.

Camellia really want to fulfil her curiosity, so she put her right ear to the wall that have small hole on it. She want to hear the conversation clearly so that she will understand the problems that her parents had been hiding from her. She knew that her parents will never tell her the truth unless she dig them on her own.

"Dear, I think that Camellia will get even more suspicious tomorrow as we still stay at home and we will keep shut her out from the outside world. What should we do? We can keep her inside the house all the time. She always go up the mountain everytime she has nothing to do. She never even miss her school. Not a single day. How are we supposed to stop her from going to school tomorrow and the next other days? She will interrogate us as she get suspicious. She is cleaver and smart to analyse her surrounding as long as she want." Said Camellia's mom with full of worries can be seen on her face.

"Even I don't know how to do that. I just hope that they will stop searching for her already. But no matter what we will find a way to stop her until the day those people give up on the idea to take her away from us. I can't let them take her away. No. Never. Just act like nothing happen and don't tell her anything. Don't let her know about her being search by the government."

"But, even though she did not know about it for now, for how long do you think we can hide it from her. The search is getting bigger everyday. I am afraid she will sacrifice herself for other again. I don't think that we can find another reasons up until the day arrived. We will run out of idea later. Even our food and money might never last until that day."

"I know your worries, dear, but for now just act like we are already have enough money to support everything. Pretend that we already collect enough money for everything. Later on, I will find a way out. If possible, just let me work while you stay at home with her. Just make sure that nobody will see her for now. Stop her from going out. Not even a step out of the house, understand?" replied Camellia's dad as her mom only nodded her head and lay on her side on the bed in the embrace of her husband.

"Good. For now just close your eyes and sleep. We have long day to face in front of us. We need to wake up early for the day. We need to stop Camellia all day long tomorrow. And Jessica, we need to find a reason for them both to stop from meet up at least for these week." Said her dad and sigh heavily again before switch off the light of the bedroom.

"I hope tomorrow will be better than today. And Camellia will be less suspicious of us. I don't want to lose her. She is my child. My only daughter. I can never imagine that she will be taken away from us." Said her mom again. Her voices as if she almost crying but with her dad patted her back she falls into slumber less than a minute she done talking.
