peace started running to Mrs Maureen office for the meeting at the said time, peace knock on the day and open it to greet Mrs Maureen.
"Good day Mrs Maureen" peace greeted her while standing.
"please take a seat" Mrs Maureen asked him to sit down. "Do you know why I called you here" Mrs Maureen asked with cold expression.
seeing that gave peace the freak"because my grade is dropping" peace answered with a cautious expression. Mrs Maureen can't help herself and started laughing and that gave peace a relaxed expression.
"Do you know what you're even saying, your grades are dropping am the one putting it at 100% if I want to mark with cheating you would have 108%, even though your grades drop you will still be the first position in my class .do you know what it means to pass the second position with absolutely 20% you were not serious, saying your grades are dropping were you" Mrs Maureen asked while laughing.
"I thought that's why you called me here" peace asked after being relieved.
"No" Mrs Maureen said "your grades are even rising ridiculously.
"ok ma" peace said
"have you ever notice that my style of teaching and setting up exam had changed to the college level" Mrs Maureen asked
"yes ma but why" peace asked
"you" Mrs Maureen said while pointing at peace
"me" peace asked befuddled "but what did I do wrong"
"Nothing" her expression became serious. "let's get to the topic"
"have been trying to check if you can progress pass this high school level of teaching to see if you can almost reached a 2nd year college student" Mrs Maureen said
"but..." peace was cut before he can finish his words
"wait let me get to the point" Mrs Maureen reprimanded him "it is because there is a program I got invited to,the program goes like these; I should bring 3 students to the program,there will be approximately 300 students attending the program and all of you are going to write an exam on biology the top 5 will be sent to Thailand to study.everything will be paid for you,plus your visa, passport and you will be given an opportunity to bring your family along,you will also be given prices" Mrs Maureen said without batting an eye.
"sorry ma what are the prices" peace asked as he became excited.
"hey am not telling you, until I see your parents bring them next week Monday" Mrs Maureen told him.
"but ma" peace said with his cute puppy eyes.
"Am not falling for that" Mrs Maureen said"bring your parents and you will surprise to hear the prices.
"thanks ma"peace stood up and greeted her
"you can go, wait it's almost break take your lunch" Mrs Maureen said
"sigh" Mrs Maureen can't help herself but sigh "thank God the world is fair,is family is not rich but God knows what to do;he gave Mr and Mrs macleen a nice son with wisdom than those rich brat" Mrs Maureen can't help herself again and sigh.
