Chapter 61: Chapter 59
Once the cloaked ship was above the Palace the Spartans along with the 12 Super droids had jumped out of the transport onto the top of the Palace.
Delta Team had hooked up ropes and to climb down the side of the Palace while the Super droids went to take control of the Palace Entrances to prevent anymore enemy forces from coming in into the Palace.
Delta Team had made it down towards a window as they smashed it and made it inside.
The Spartans had fanned out and made sure the area was secured before they started to make their plan.
The Communication's specialists pulled out a device and showed to the Lt "Sir from the scans of the Palace we have detected that the Royal Guards and the Queen are held up here which is below us while the droids are slowly closing in on them"
Lt Kingsley pointed to a position on the map "We will split up into two Teams, the other team will head here and assists the Royal Guards defending this position while the we will go and meet with the Queen"
"Our Mission is to protect the Queen and her Royal Guards" Said Lt Kingsley "That's all I have to say so let's go"
The two teams of Spartans had split up with Lt Kingsley team heading for the Queen's position and the other team heading for the Hanger area.
Lt Kingsley and his team had pushed through with little to no resistance from the droids since the standard B1 Battle Droids of the Trade Federation stood no chance against the Spartans.
After a few minutes of fighting the Spartans had finally made their way near the Queen's chambers where a gunfight between the Royal Guards and the Trade Federation droids was happening right outside of the Queen's doors.
"Let's help the Royal Guards and meet the Queen" Said Lt Kingsley as he dashed around the corner and started opening fire on the droids.
The droids had turned around to face him but the rest of his team also came around the corner and had destroyed the remaining droids.
The Royal Guards upon seeing this figured that these must be the people that the Queen told them about.
"Are you the people who spoke the Queen" Asked one of the Guards as he kept his laser rifle aimed at Kingsley incase he wasn't.
"Yes I am the one" Said Kingsley as he lowered his gun.
"Then the Queen will meet with you now" Said the Royal Guard as he allowed the Spartans to pass.
Lt Kingsley walked into the room where he was met with a bunch of handmaidens and Captain Panaka.
Since she is the Queen of this planet Lt Kingsley had bowed his head to show his respect for her position "Greetings Queen Amidala I am Lt Kingsley, we spoke over the communicator"
"Yes we did and I would love to chat but the Trade Federation could attack again at any moment" Said the Queen.
"Don't worry your highness my team can hold off the droids for as long as you need them to" Said Kingsley as he ordered his team to go and help the Royal Guards who were defending the hallways leading to the Queens Chambers.
Meanwhile the Republic 4th Fleet has entered the System and was about to initiate contact with the Trade Federation Blockade Group.
"Attention Trade Federation Fleet I am Admiral Siket Tide of the Republic 4th Fleet and I order you to cease your invasion so that we can entre negotiations" Demanded Admiral Tide
But instead of a peaceful talk another massive fleet of Trade Federation ship's had exited Hyperspace behind the Republic Fleet and opened Fire on the fleet.
Admiral Tide gripped his command chair as he ordered "Open fire on all Trade Federation ship's and request backup immediately"
The Trade Federation under the influence of Emperor Palpatine has just started a war with the Galactic Republic.
