Chapter 78: Drunk

"Santiago, why do you think Amadeo blocked me?" Persephone asked with teary eyes. She had been trying to contact the boy ever since he left for school but for the last couple of weeks, he had turned extremely cold to her. And today, he straightly blocked her when she texted him. 

Santiago, who had been hiding all the Callum and Amaya articles from Persephone, gulped. He didn't mean to hurt her by showing her those articles because his best friend was already hurting and if she got to know how he had ditched her friend, she was going to lose her shit. 

"Why don't you ask Cali?" Santiago asked. He didn't hear much about Cali these days.
