Chapter 2: Reawakened
"How does it feel, Big Brother?"
"Shut up." said the man in a disinterested mood with ripe scars all over his body.
"You truly are the worst Pillar to ever exist." said the woman in moody manner while holding the man's neck up in the sky with a malicious grin
The man made a evil grin and scoffed, "And you truly are the biggest scum to ever exist."
The woman gripped onto his neck tighter with remorse, "Looks like your journey ends here, big brother."
"The man started laughing louder and louder while repeating "Tamashī Hanko" with weird handsigns
"What happened to you. Since when did you become this weird. It was a good decision to kill you, it seems." said the woman as she charges a projectile in one of her hand and shot the mans head off
"T-There's no way he died that easily, right? Was he even a Pillar?" said the woman and threw his body away with a pitiful look and walks away from the scene of death
Present Time.
"Sooo, you basically sealed yourself in your own skull after dying from that person?"
"Only half of myself, kid." said the aura and swept closer to Haruka
"I can give you all the power you'll ever need in exchange for something really flimsy"
Haruka got shocked of the offer, "And what could the thing you want from me be?"
"Your body." the aura gets intense by tenfold as it said that and starts going around Haruka slowly
"I didnt know the Pillars were perverts.." said Haruka while covering his body with his hands
"I am talking about control over your body, kid." said the aura in a sighful way
"Oh, so you want to take over my body and do whatever you want?", Haruka said and started walking further inside the mist
The aura got extremely intense and gathered up around Haruka's feet as he continued to walk towards the glistening bright light in the mist, "I recommend you to stop before its too late. I can end all of this and make you free of all this leisure."
"You really think I'm going to let you steal the one thing I had to do in life?" said Haruka with a smirk as he ran through the mist without caring of the past being flashbacked infront of him
"How much longer can you run." the aura said and vanished in the mist
"So close.. Almost there." Haruka kept running as he said that and saw the illuminating light glow brighter and brighter as he got closer to it
The bright light illuminating in the middle of the mist suddenly disappeared out of nowhere
"Wait, what's th-" said Haruka and collapsed onto the ground as the death of his loved ones gets shown to him suddenly and every human on earth suffering from the meteorite collapsing down
Haruka heard a snap as he's shivering in fear about the things he saw inside the mist and slowly gets back conscious and opens his eyes, "Oh hi Tsu-" Haruka suddenly starts seeing everything in the filter of purple and with a red mark in their body glowing.
"Congrats, you have passed the first trial of endeavor" said Silver with a mirror in her hand
Haruka looks at himself in the mirror in curiosity on why she's holding the mirror at him "This.. Who's this monster?" said Haruka in shock and starts inspecting himself more
"Why do I have this weird skull on my head?" he questioned Tsuki with a face full of questions
Tsuki gives off a cold sigh and starts explaining Haruka about the ranking order, "The skull on your head is of the Pillar of Temper, the one whom you just met earlier. As he sealed himself in his own skull before dying and half of himself inside you. You still don't possess even a friction of his powers, but you have gained a [Requim] Tier Form that can be enhanced as you train."
"Oh, wait what's the order of the ranks again?" said Haruka with a confused face
Tsuki sits down on a rock as she starts explaining "As your rank is [Requim], let's start from that. The order noted on the Creations tree is [Requim], [God], [Monarch], [Overlord], [Transcendent], [Overseer], [Pillar], [Shinrai].
The Meteorites you saw earlier were from the member of the [God] rank, so you can just imagine the power of the others."
Haruka grins and looks back, "Looks like I have a long way to go, but why are you watching us now?" he says and points at the upleft side of him
The Entity starts clapping as he emerges out of the Spacetime Shaft, "Well done, Dusk."
