A mafia is an organized criminal organization which consists of the following setup

The city provides a backdrop that blends both glamour and grit, where the illicit activities of the mafia thrive in the shadows.
Neighborhoods: The city is divided into distinct neighborhoods, each controlled by different mafia families or factions. These neighborhoods vary from opulent residential areas to run-down districts plagued by poverty and crime. The borders between territories are fiercely protected, leading to occasional clashes and power struggles.
Headquarters: The mafia operates from hidden or inconspicuous locations within the city. These can range from lavish mansions overlooking the city to inconspicuous fronts like bars, restaurants, or even legitimate businesses that serve as a cover for their illicit operations. Secret meeting rooms, hidden basements, and secure backrooms are common features within their headquarters.
Underground Businesses: The mafia dominates a range of illegal activities, including drug trafficking, gambling, extortion, smuggling, prostitution, and racketeering. They have an intricate network of operations spread throughout the city. This network might include clandestine casinos, speakeasies, nightclubs, and illicit warehouses.
Hierarchy: The mafia operates under a strict hierarchical structure. At the top is the "Don" or "Boss," who holds ultimate authority and makes critical decisions. Beneath the Don, there are various ranks, including underbosses, capos (captains), and soldiers. Each rank has its own responsibilities and holds power within their respective territories.
Rivalries and Alliances: Inter-family rivalries and alliances are integral to the mafia setting. Factions vie for control, resulting in occasional violent clashes, assassinations, and power struggles. These rivalries may stem from territorial disputes, disagreements over business operations, or personal vendettas. Temporary alliances are formed for mutual benefit, but trust is scarce in this world.
Corruption: The mafia exerts influence over the city's political, legal, and law enforcement systems. They corrupt officials, police officers, and even high-ranking government officials to protect their operations and ensure their activities go unchecked. This web of corruption allows the mafia to operate with relative impunity.
Code of Silence: A significant aspect of the mafia setting is the "code of silence" or "omertà." This unwritten rule dictates that members of the mafia must maintain absolute loyalty and secrecy. They are bound by a code of honor and are expected to prioritize the interests of the family above all else. Betrayal of the code is met with severe consequences, often resulting in expulsion or even death.
Law Enforcement and Investigations: Within this setting, law enforcement agencies are engaged in an ongoing battle to dismantle the mafia's operations. Dedicated detectives, specialized task forces, and federal agents work tirelessly to gather evidence, infiltrate their ranks, and bring down the criminal organizations. Having risen through the ranks himself, Franco has built a vast criminal empire, commanding respect and loyalty from his subordinates and striking fear into the hearts of his enemies.
He is the leader of the black eagles....
"Father.....can you please give me a mission...I want to help with your work " Ophelia requested.
"No I can't....It's too dangerous.....Ophelia...Go and live a live a happy life....Women aren't meant to be in mafia...I am not making the same mistake I did by allowing your mother to join the mafia world " Franco said.
"It's too late father....You told me how to use a gun....And like it or I am involved....I will make you accept me.....Whether you like it or not " Ophelia said storming off.
"Ophelia.....Damn it...Issac.....Please follow her and make sure she isn't acting rashly.... " Franco ordered Issac
Issac followed Ophelia and tried to calm her down " Looking beautiful today princess "

"Most men in my father's organization has zero flirting skills...you are different Issac...Stick to your mission " Ophelia scoffed.

However, Ophelia, guarded and focused on her responsibilities, appreciates his efforts but firmly declines his advances. She prioritizes her family and the loyalty they demand, leaving Michael respectfully disappointed.
