The drive towards the restaurant was silent and the tension inside the closed walls of the car was palpable.

Mithran was feeling extremely guilty. He had never touched a woman without her consent before today. And today, he did that unforgivable sin to Chaahat.

And instead of apologising to her, he had sprouted some rubbish.

He had lost his control when she called him cheap.

Well, Mithran Yadav, what else was she supposed to call you? You did a cheap act today and she pointed it out, his alter ego taunted mercilessly.

“Chaahat” He called out softly.

“Yes, Mr Yadav?” the cool and controlled voice of Chaahat infuriated him.

But he was starting to feel different about her.

Far from being an emotionless woman, he is starting to feel that she is a woman who has all her emotions bottled up in her.
