Chapter 2: The intriguing adventure starts
Everything around me turned white and the logo of the game appeared. Suddenly a voice sounded saying, 'Please enter your name and age'. Instead of the logo, two fields appeared in which I could enter my name and age.
"Okay, I need to enter my information. But how am I supposed to do that? I can not write anything anywhere. Did I have to fill it out on the computer? But I could not see what was happening in the game from the computer screen. What now?"
Suddenly, a box appeared that said 'Tip. To open the keyboard, place your hands slightly above your stomach on the left side of your body and move them to the right, as in the video below '. After reading that, I sat down and watched it for a while. I closed my eyes and exclaimed, 'Could not you have said that earlier?' I took a few deep breaths and did what it said. I managed to open the keyboard and enter my age.

The leveling system works as follows: Depending on your missions and success rate, you level up and receive experience points and skill points in return. Every ten successful missions correspond to a class advancement, valid up to A-class. For the next levels, you'll have to participate in tournaments with other players or defeat 2 bosses. To increase your spiritual power according to your level, you'll have to buy techniques, defeat several monsters and use your skill points to unlock new abilities. Finally, there are various random events in which all players can participate and for which you'll get prizes according to your participation level."
"Okay, that's enough information for now. Ruby has been waiting for me for quite some time."
I pressed the 'start game' button and almost immediately found myself in a large square with a fountain in the middle. The square was full of people. The streets were paved with stones and the houses were also made of stone and wood. The houses were generally not very big. They had two floors at the most. But these were the houses of ordinary people. In the center of the city there were larger houses, which I logically assume were for the rich, and in the center there was a large castle where the king lived. In general, everything resembled a medieval city.
"Hmmm, now how do I find Ruby? Maybe I should ask the other players if anyone has seen her. But wait, I do not know what she looks like. She's probably changed her clothes."
But I did not have to continue my thoughts, because Ruby tripped and fell over me, causing us both to fall to the floor.

"Okay, done. I am going to do my rolls now. Let me start with the clothes."
I won a robe called 'assassin's robe' which improved my stealth and speed, as a weapon I got a dagger called 'death's touch' which applied paralysis poison on every hit, and as an accessory I got a knife pouch called 'Infernium Circa' from which I could make unlimited knives (pretty overpowered in my opinion).
"Did you get your stuff?"
"Yes, I got everything."
"Which rarity is it?"
"Oh, I forgot to see that."
"Well, the robe and dagger are epic and the pouch is mythic, it seems to me that I got pretty lucky, hehe."
"Not really, the robe and dagger are pretty common as far as I know, but this is the first time I have seen this pouch and I must say it looks very good on you."
"What did you get?"
"As a weapon, this bow you saw that automatically generates arrows when I pull the string, but uses a little of my mana, and a necklace that can generate a barrier when I am in danger, but the cooldown is two hours. And everything is legendary (she said with a smile)."
"What kind of clothes did you get?"
"I'll show you."
With that, she opened the frame again, pressed a few buttons, and suddenly her clothes changed. Her new clothes looked like the clothes of the elves in the games and anime I have seen

So I followed the steps Ruby told me and put on the robe. I must say that I ended up looking great.
"Ooo you look great."

"We have to register in the adventurer's guild."

The guild was not far from the square. It took us about 2 minutes to get there. It was a big three-story building (bigger than the usual houses) and there was a sign above the door that said 'Adventurers Guild'. After reading the sign, I opened the door and went inside. On the first floor, on the left side, there were five small round tables with four chairs each (all occupied by other adventurers) and two large rectangular tables with eight chairs each. On the walls hung paintings of landmarks of the city. On the right side was the reception area.
"This is where we will check in," she said, pointing her finger at the reception desk.
"Welcome to the Adventurers Guild, my name is Iris, how may I serve you?"
"We would like to sign up as adventurers."
"Both of you?"
"Yes."
"I need your information."
"My name is Shinji, and I am an assassin class."
"My name is Ruby and I am a ranger class."
"Okay, give me a moment."
As she went to make our IDs, I got a better look at her. She was a pretty girl, about my age, she had blonde short hair and green eyes. She was wearing a green blouse and a skirt with red stripes along the length. Ruby probably saw me looking at her, because when Iris gave us the IDs, Ruby hastily said 'Thank you' and dragged me out of the guild.
"Good, then we can get started now."
"I am not so sure about that."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
Ruby raised 3 fingers and began counting down. When he finished, the message appeared that it was midnight (good thing I had set an alarm clock)
"Oh crap, I have school tomorrow. Let us get on with it tomorrow then."
"We can not."
"Why?"
"You have an exam in two days."
"Oh, right. Anyway, we will enter as soon as I am done with them."
"Okay."
"Well, then it's time to return to the real world."
And I hit the logout button.
