Chapter 2: A Visit

Tears fell as she let herself fall to the floor and break into sobs. Her hands wrapped tightly around a brown album book that was left on the alter in the room she visited at least three times a day with food, and made sure incense burned. All her memories flooded her mind and made her remember back to that day where everything was dark, the sun even decided not to shine, and everyone wore black even she did. She dared not to look inside the small wooden box that glowed with the white roses being placed inside. The whispering sobs of her husband was on repeat next to her, she tried holding it in, trying so hard as she clawed at her own heart. She believed it was all her fault, it was her fault the polished wooden box was filled now, she never imagined it would be him before them.
