Chapter 1: Chapters 1 Being Attacked

'Just keep on running. ' I encourage myself as I pushed branches aside. I looked behind and saw the creatures getting closer, panick went through my body as I increase my speed.
How did all this happen, I was running away from a man who adopted me and now... I don't know how.. but when I woke up after a break in a run down building. I found myself in the middle of nowhere in the woods, a-and now I'm been chased by.... Bloodthirsty wolves.
"Ahhhh!!" A scream came out from my mouth when I tripped over something, my head hit a rock really hard letting out a stream of blood to flow down on my face. I moaned in pain and tried to stand up, but my legs gave up and I fell on all fours.
My head shot up at the direction were the wolves were coming, they were gaining on me and at a really fast pace. My heart started to beat wildly in my chest as I saw death come closer to me.
No... this is not the way I wanted to die, scratch that, I am not ready to die. I pushed myself up and started to run again on my already injured legs. Sharp small items continued to stab in my already bleeding feet, but it didn't stop me, because I wanted to survive, survive to put shame on the so called parents of mine, survive to be the person I wanted to be, survive so that I can have a family of my own.
Tears rolled down on my messed up face as I continue to run.
The growls of the wolves were getting closer and closer.
Sasha c'mon..... I fell again and rolled down a slope. When I looked up, the wolves were on top of the slope showing their sharp teeth at me.
I attempted to get up and start running again, as if they knew what I was about to do they quickly surrounded me.
The wolves circled around me thinking a suitable way to end my life. I just sat there as my body started to shiver and endless stream of tears rolled down my face mixed with my blood and the dirt on my face.
Suddenly a grey wolf made it's move towards me. As if my world has turned into slow motion, memories of the time that I was happy started to flash right infront of me.
What people say is indeed true, once you know death is chasing you, your life definitely flashes before your eyes.
Somehow my lips curzed into a smile on my already messed up face and looked at the advancing wolf, it's mouth wide opened ready to bite the life out of me.
At least those so called parents of mine would be happy once they see my dead body, I would no longer be a problem to them. The world is indeed funny, why does the good once always have to die.
The wolf was already close to me that I had to close my eyes to wait for the impact, but, it never came.
I heard a whimper that sounds a bit similar to a dog's, and I knew it was coming from the wolf that almost killed me.
My eyes slowly opened then was greeted by the sight of a naked man that held the neck of the wolf that almost killed me.
A heavy sign come out from mouth when I saw I was being rescued. I felt relieved and my vision started to darken, before I knew it I fall into a pit of total darkness.
