Chapter 1: Chapter 1: Reincarnation
A nameless soul was currently floating in a place where darkness seemingly expands as far as the eye could see, totally unaware that someone is watching her.
'Hmm? How did a soul get in here? No, more importantly how did it survived the 'Void'?' thought an Old Man that was radiating some kind of divine light around his body while watching the lone soul floating in the eternal darkness.
'I understand now... due to being here for a long time, her soul got strengthened to the point that her soul can't even be erased by any being existing in the infinite realities. I should reward her for surviving this place for a millions of years.' He thought as he appeared beside the soul.
"Hello there." The God greeted the soul who was startled a bit.
"General Kenobi." The soul replied with a bit of amusement on her voice.
"Ho? You still retained your memories huh.. Interesting... Anyways, I'm here to offer you two choices. One, reincarnate in your old world without your memories or two, reincarnating in another world with three wishes?" He offered with a grin on his face.
"I'll choose the second one!" She instantly replied without a second thought.
"I see, then state your wishes." He said as the soul started thinking for her wishes.

After some time later,
"Do I need to use my wish if I want to choose a world where I will be reincarnated?" The girl asked nervously.
"No, you don't need to use a wish for that one." God replied while scratching his beard.
"I see, then for my world I wish to be reincarnated in the world of High School DxD!" The girl exclaimed while thinking, 'Aiyaah, the reason I choose that world was because I just want to meet Ophis though~'
"Okay!" God nodded his head.
"For my first wish, I want a mind ability that gives an individual the possession of a perfect mind that allows me to use 100% of my brain! The ability grants me eidetic memory which allows instant thought speed processing and calculation, parallel processing, perfect concentration and perfect recall. Allows absolute perfect control and mastery over magic and all forms of magic, magical affinity, magic perception and manipulation and magic concepts. It should also grants me a flawless protection against all mental attacks, dominations, and immunity to mental instability." She said and if a small ball of light have a face the soul should be grinning right now.
"Heh, for you're good thinking I'll pitch in some bonus." He said with a wide smile and snapped his fingers. Instantly, a pillar of light swallowed the soul and she can now feel the effects of her first wish and the bonus that God was talking about it was knowledge about different types of magic.
"Thanks for adding some magical knowledge! Here goes my second wish! I want a body that can instantly adapt to absolutely any situation, automatically gaining the necessary attributes to face them. If in a fight, the body should also instantly adapt itself to resist abilities, replicate and enhance them to surpass their opponents, or spontaneously develop specific countermeasures." She said with excitement.
"Granted, what's your last wish?" He asks clearly amused in the wishes of the girl because she's definitely different in the souls he reincarnated before some of them instantly wished for a system, while the others wished to be reincarnated as the protagonist of an anime like 'I wish to be reincarnated as Naruto' blah blah blah. It's always like that shit, he's becoming bored of it already.
"Hmm... can I have my own world where I can do anything I want in it? Like creating animals, stopping time, or changing reality?" She asks the God, well the reason she chose it was to have her own training space though.
"Of course! Entertain me, mortal!" God said while grinning as he snapped his fingers and sent the soul to the world of DxD.
"Oho, her soul was approved by the world's will! She's now able to mess up the plot~ I wonder what will she do? Ah the God of Destruction's seat is still empty, maybe I should give her the 'Authority of Destruction' hehehe... This will spice things up more!!" He exclaimed while laughing as he clapped his hand and sent the Authority to the soul.
"Hmm.... maybe I should give her some kind of status plate to show her current strength. Yeah, I should do just that!" He nodded his head to himself and snapped his fingers again.
"I wonder what she will choose, a villain or a hero? Fufu! It looks like I will not be bored for years!" He started laughing like a madman in the void.
