Chapter 9: He's Crazy!
"My wife.. My wife.." Xavier's voice made me almost choke on food, even though I wanted to have dinner quietly without thinking about anything. So what is he doing now? Calling me like we know each other?
Shit! I feel sick hearing his voice.
"My wife!! Honey.. where are you?" Xavier asked again, he immediately ran towards me. When he saw me sitting quietly in the dining room.
"What did you eat? Wow, you like crabs? I never knew werewolves were like crabs." I don't know what he's saying, why should I even ask if I like crabs. He thought wolves couldn't eat anything other than wild animal flesh?
Tskckck… I really want to rip his lips off.
"What's the matter? You messed around in my company?" I asked in a disapproving tone, I was still busy eating crabs and didn't want to see his face again. He sat across from me, pulling the large plate that was near me. The garlic spiced crab should be delicious by now, but damn Xavier instead licked the crab seasoning directly with his tongue, he was staining my food!
Damn it!
"What are you doing, damn it!"
"Eat, can't you see?" Xavier asked, he again licked the spices in the plate.
"Like a dog?" I asked in disbelief.
"Like animals in general, eat directly with the mouth." He said without guilt.
"Are you crazy? What exactly are you saying stupid! Why are you acting like a real animal?" I never understood what was in his brain, is he stupid? But I don't think so, there's no way his stupidity can beat me in one fell swoop.
I can't even do anything right now.
"Why do you think I'm crazy? I'm still very sane, we are animals. What do you think? Humans? Tsk tsk, you are so naive. Animals are animals, don't think you can be fully human." Xavier licked his fingers and wiped the corners of his lips, he looked me in the eye very intently, he seemed very happy to mess up all the things I had. He even had to mess with food!
"Yes, you're right. Finished talking? Can you just go and leave me alone?" I raised an eyebrow while asking him seriously.
"Why should I do what you say? Aren't I your husband? It's only natural that I want to have dinner together, don't you think? My dear wife?" Xavier propped his chin with one hand, he kept looking into my eyes without looking away. I immediately signed tiredly, he could once twist my words.
"If you still want to be here, then stay here. I will go!" I pushed the chair and tried to leave, but my body just stopped. Like something was holding me back, like a very powerful magic spell.
"Shit!! What are you doing, damn it?!"
"Don't call me that, call me honey, my husband, my love. Anything, that sounds sweet to my ears." Xavier said again, he got up from his seat and walked towards me.
His footsteps were very slow, I could feel the tremendous tension. For some reason my body was shaking violently, my guts shrunk when Xavier's body was actually in front of me. We were only inches apart, I could even feel his warm breath.
"What do you want! Aren't you content to take everything from me?" I asked emphatically.
"I'm never satisfied with what I've taken from you, this isn't all. My dear, it's still far from my goal. I want more, more.." His words sounded simple and very low, but I could tell that he loved suppressing my confidence.
Xavier will be a very difficult opponent.
"What's next? Do you want to take my life?"
"Emmm .. not too fun if you take your life immediately, my wife. I prefer to play with my enemies before eating them." Xavier touched my cheek again, he boldly kissed my lips. I can just sit there doing nothing. His kiss really made me helpless, my legs felt weak. I can't stand for too long if I get damn kisses from him continuously.
"You enjoyed it dear." He broke our kiss, then with a snap of my fingers my body was able to move again, more precisely I fell right under his feet. I was really weak and helpless, all the energy in me seemed to be drained forcibly and in a hurry.
