Chapter 126: A Bit for Everyone

As Red, I decided to stay at Hale's place for the night as the Iron Beast is quite far from their home.

There's an inn nearby according to Glen which apparently accommodates to nobles, but since Hale wanted to stay with her brother and father, I decided to just stay with them.

Because it has been a while since Hale left, she went to her room and cleaned it while I stay with her father in the living room. Glen is currently out because I gave him money to buy alcohol for us to drink.

So now, it's just me and Hale's father looking at each other.

"Apologies for the state of our house. It must be quite a shameful sight."

"No, not at all. This is far better than what I went through during training."

Probably because Hale's father thinks I'm a noble, he's trying his best to be polite towards me. I guess he doesn't want to get on my bad side to ruin my relationship with his daughter.
