In a desperate attempt to call for help, Yu Xin screamed out, hoping that someone would come to his rescue. However, as the oppressive atmosphere continued to suffocate him, he realized that no one was coming. Exiting the office, Yu Xin eagerly waited for Feng Li to join him outside. The realization that they attended the same school filled him with joy and excitement. He mustered the courage to invite Feng Li to meet him during the break at the playground, hoping against hope that Feng Li would agree to his request.
To his surprise and delight, Feng Li accepted the invitation, setting Yu Xin's heart aflutter. Little did he know that the person he had grown enamored with and the one who had saved him from distress was none other than the antagonist of the novel he had transmigrated into.
With anticipation building inside him, Yu Xin couldn't help but spend extra care in his appearance before heading to the playground.
