The sun rises and reflects into a room as two naked bodies are covered with white thin sheets of the bed.
Katherine wakes up with a groan as her head was severely pounding. She stretched out her arm to take a glass of water from the nightstand when she realised there was no nightstand! She took a look at her surroundings and realised she wasn't at Christian's nor her parents house.
The room she was in had a large four poster bed, with a drawer at the left side on which a night lamp was situated. She looked up to see chandeliers up the ceiling of the room.
"This is a hotel room". She inwardly concluded but she didn't remember how she ended up here. Normally, Christian would be at her aid with a glass of water and a pill of Aspirin. She turned herself when she hit a rather limp but hard body. She raised her head up to see Kyle. That was when everything came rushing to her.
The bathroom, the meeting, the bar, when they got drunk, the lust, the drive and finally the hotel room.
"Shit! What have I done!". She run her fingers through her blonde hair. She got out of the bed with one sheet wrapped around her frame as she walked to the bathroom. She got out of the bathroom in a white silk blouse and a black skirt to see Kyle sitting on the bed as if he had no problems at all.
"Hey Katherine!". He said to her and she sighed. "I see you're up. Look whatever happened between us must never happen again because you have a fiancee and I have a boyfriend". She said without holding back although she wanted to do it again but she wasn't ready to break Christian's heart.
Meanwhile on the other side of the city, Valencia was wondering where her beloved fiancee was. He had told her he wouldn't come to their apartment the previous night so where was he?
She sighed as she put on her outfit of the day which consisted of a white blouse and grey plaid pants with black flats. Her friends always told her she wore dresses like a female church member but she didn't care what they thinked because their opinions didn't matter.
She tied her hair into a ponytail, took her bag and put all her necessities inside. She then made her way outside when she saw Kyle.
"Kyle! Where were you? I was so worried". Valencia said and Kyle rolled his eyes.
"I was at-". Kyle cut himself short as he thought about the possibility of what he was about to say.
"I was Vincent's house". He finally said. "Oh, I didn't think about that". She clarified. "I'm going to work". The moment she uttered the word 'work', Kyle's eyes racked up and down her outfit.
"What the heck is she wearing". He inwardly said. Who would wear something like that to a world renowned fashion design company? Couldn't she wear dresses like Kendall Jenner or Selena Gomez or even Madeleine Petsch? Kyle walked pass her without even looking her way. Valencia made her way to her car, sat in and drove to Masters&Co.
Masters&Co was one of the many leading companies in the country with it falling in third place. As she parked her car, she saw a long line of people crowding the entrance. She squeezed her way through wondering what the fuss was about.
"Val!!". A voice called her. Valencia turned around to see Jason, the photographer.
"Jason, what's the fuss about?". She asked. "Regina quit". Jason said. "Regina quit?!". She exclaimed.
Regina Black was one of the most influential women in the country. Whatever she did, ate wore or even drunk would be copied. So that was why Valencia suggested Regina to be part of the company as their ad model but now she quit.
"Come let me show you our newest model". Jason dragged his female friend to where the photoshoot was taking place. "Here she is". Jason gestured to a blonde haired lady dressed in a white lingerie. She positioned herself however the photographer liked it. It was clear to see that the photographer was pleased with her.
"You're gonna be working with her". Jason said to Valencia and she smiled.
