Chapter 9: Chapter 9: Grounded
Olive: Phew!,that was a close one.
I went downstairs and went straight to the kitchen,I served my breakfast and went to the dining table, while eating my food I saw a text message from Kelly saying that "they have tracked the enemies down" then I texted her back saying "that great" .When I was done eating my food I went back to my room for the rest of the morning.
It was 6:00 in the night, I took out my phone and started playing games. After some minutes I put my phone down.
Olive: This is so boring.
Then, I heard a knock on the door it was Olivia she barged into my room.
Olivia :Mom said you should come down for dinner.
I just glared at her and didn't say anything,then,she left my room with a 'whatever' look on her face.
I got up and changed into my P-jamas and went downstairs to have my dinner.I saw my mom,dad and Olivia on the dining table eating their food,I went to my chair,sat down and started eating my food.Then, my mom started the conversation.
Olive's mum: Are you angry with my Olive?
Olive: Why would I be angry with you?
Olive's mum: Because I grounded you.You shouldn't have come home late last night.
Olive: That's because I was at Cleo's house studying.
Olive's mum: Okay, tomorrow you are not grounded anymore.So, you can go out with your friends.
Olive: Thanks mum,I'm sorry for coming home late.
Olive's mum: It's alright.Are we okay now?
Olive: Yes,mom. I love you.
Olive's mum: I love you too
We finished eating our dinner and went to our different rooms. I told my mom I wanted to ask her something.
Olive's mum: What is it?
Olive: Mom, can I go camping with my friends tomorrow?
