Chapter 123: CH. 117: Stalked During a Date?!
It has now been three days since Akira came to the world of Danmachi and stopped Hades' invasion with the titans. As he was still waiting for the other animes and worlds to progress, he found no harm in staying a bit more in this world; After all, Hestia and Alice were there to keep him company. Not just them but many of the Nox's Familia were gathering in this world like Carrera, Testarossa and Milim, meanwhile Saeko Busujima was still in the original earth and Ultima already was there plotting stuff in everyone's back.
Akira was just resting on a couch working his next plans and the next worlds he should be visiting with Alice beside him. The sleepy girl was clinging to his arm with sleepy eyes and a satisfied smile drawn on her face, "Alice would you like to spend the day with me?" Akira asked, bored.
Alice immediately woke up from her nap and embraced him with force, the smile on her face got bigger and her eyes were gleaming in a thousand lights, "I wouldn't imagine a day better than one where I date my dearest dear fiancé~!" She said cheerfully.
Akira spared her a smile then got up from the couch, smirking. "Alright then, let's go enjoy ourselves." He said. Then he held her hand and teleported her outside of the mansion where their date began.
On their way around the city, Akira cast a stealth ability to avoid unwanted attention so he can enjoy his date with Alice fully. They passed by the Hostess of Fertility and since it was still morning Akira agreed on taking her there for a second breakfast. Alice was no picky eater and no matter what she eats she'll always be grateful for it especially normal human food. Though she still has a favorite dish.
Alice's favorite meal is none other than gods, and yes by gods we mean the immortal deities that govern parts of the universe and Alice just happens to see them as the perfect dish. However she'd still eat mortals and humans every now and then but they're only snacks in her eyes. But of course, the thing or rather things Alice hates more than anything in this world, is Akira's Harem members— she sees them as a hindrance, obstacles and nuisances in her path of dominating Akira, the latter knows Alice just pretends to be friendly and cheerful in front of the others but he sometimes wishes she'd get along with them for real. However, Alice just has to accept them just like how they accept her because Akira would never allow, not even her, to harm his treasures.
"Alice? Alice! *snap* *snap*... Snap out of it dear," Akira says, trying to grab Alice's attention back.
"O-Oh I apologize for that dear. I was lost in my deepest thoughts..." Alice then proceeds to hide her face with her hands in embarrassment, "I'm supposed to be enjoying a nice date with you darling but instead I'm wasting these precious seconds thinking about mundane things," She said.
"Don't worry about it, we have all day long awaiting us" He exclaimed. The second later, they were joined by the overjoyed second persona of Freya that is Syr and the inn owner herself. The two kneeled in front of Akira and spoke very formally, "Your presence here has brought daylight and illuminated our establishment, we can't thank you enough for all the things you've done not only to us but the entirety of Orario. Everything you order is in the house and please eat our food to your heart's desire." Maya said with a serious tone while kneeling in front of Akira out of respect.
Akira's reputation had grown exponentially in Orario especially during the last week. He was reputed for being a merciful god with abilities beyond human imagination. Not only did he slay the one eyed dragon and clear the last and most dangerous levels of the dungeon, but he also resurrected Orario back to its full glory when it was just a pile of ashes on the ground, crumbled upon by Hades and his titans.
Now, the name Nox was spread so much even the children knew who Akira was. Not just in Orario but everywhere in the world.
It could be said that Akira had somehow, truly conquered the world without even trying.
But anyway back to the scene, after a spectacular show of loyalty and gratitude by Maya and her servants, the last two customers seemed to be leaving the establishment with Akira and Alice being the only ones remaining. But after a few minutes, two other customers came in and sat at a table on the edge corner of this inn.
Their behavior was rather strange since they were cloaks to dissimulate their identities on top of poor to null communication with the staff, ordering only the cheapest things in order to stay here. They even used stealth to not be noticed by the two.
[[ ??? POV ]]
"They're just sitting there... Flirting with each other and eating stuff..." Said the first individual who sounded like a petite woman.
"Look at their food!! It makes me so hungry-nanoda! Why can't we order something toooo??" The second cloaked person said, also a girl with uncontrollable love for food and great impatience.
"You know we can't raise attention!! We'll eat all you want later at my place so shut up for now!" Her friend replied.
"Fine fine I get it already-nanoda..." She said with puffed cheeks.
One hour later, Alice and Akira found themselves immersed in the heat and ended up kissing each other on the mouth, and since they didn't value the concept of time that much they just stayed there kissing for more than twelve minutes.
The two girls had their mouths wide up drooling as they watched this erotic show. "W-Wait a second! Milim-chan you can't see this you're still a kid!!" The first girl covered the eyes of none other than a stealthy Milim to prevent her from seeing this adult movie scene. "I bet I'm more grown up than Hestia!! You're so scrawny and have small legs muaahahaha~!" Milim laughed. These two girls were none other than Milim and Hestia stalking this couple's date out of jealousy.
"Huuuh?! My legs aren't scrawny b-baka!!" Hestia replied with an angry expression, "—W-Wait they seem to be leaving!" Hestia added when she saw the two leaving the establishment. She left the money on the table then hurriedly left with Milim.
"Please come back—" Syr wanted to give them a proper goodbye but the two just rushed out of the inn like their life depended on it.
"Do you think Nox-sama will be coming back?" Maya asked with a bit of uncertainty.
"I don't know Maya-sama, but he and his friends will always be welcomed to the Hostess of Fertility at any time~!" Syr replied.
"Is that so? I've been thinking for some time now and I think we should add a special lounge for the very important people like nobility, powerful gods and high ranking adventurers." Maya replied.
"But doesn't Nox-sama need his OWN lounge for himself and no one else?" Syr asked.
Maya raised a brow and put a finger on her chin as she thought about this, "You're right, Syr. We need to give Nox-sama his own free space in the establishment and not just put him with the poor wannabe adventurers at night." She replied.
Syr smiled happily and expressed, "That's a wonderful idea Maya-sama~! What do you think, Ryuu-san?" She asked the other maid which was Ryuu, an elf who happens to be a former adventurer and a very powerful woman.
"..." Ryuu did not speak even after Syr's question. The elf seemed to be lost in her mind.
"R—Ryuu-san, are you alright??!" Syr exclaimed in worry.
"O-Oh yes I'm with you. I apologize for the inconvenience... I-If you'll excuse me..." Ryuu replied.
When she looked at Ryuu, Syr's face transformed into a smirk and a smug face, "Maya-sama~ look at what kind of expression Ryuu-san has on her red face~" Sur teased the blushing Ryuu.
Maya let out a sigh, "Jeez Ryuu, don't tell me you're in love with Nox-sama..." She said, tired.
Ryuu was startled after hearing those words coming from her boss, "I-It's not like that... But I have this strange feeling and I just don't know what it is..." She said, confused while her cheeks became redder by the second.
"Maaaa~ I didn't expect Ryuu-san to be into forbidden love~. Love between a God and an elf~" Syr teased her even more. "S-Stop it please, Syr-san..." Ryuu said, desperately trying to hide her face from embarrassment.
