As Jayce was walking through the turbulence street with a ragged hoodie covering his body along with the sleeping princess, the surroundings were littered with dead and injured bodies of various people.

The cries of agony and pain rang across the street, not just this location, but the whole Zaun is engulfed with such sound.
Of course, unless fates are meant to be, he wouldn't waste his time helping these people.
And by what he meant by fate is...

He has been spamming the skill "Bandit's secret" along the way, the whole time. If his conjunction were correct, then only "special" people, aka champions, would he be able to copy their abilities. Of course, "special" people are not just any Tom, jeff or Jimmy on the street, so what he is doing is just finding needles in a haystack.
He would only help those people whose destinies are meant to be kept, otherwise, if he wastes his life, labouring himself to help those unfortunates, wouldn't he be exhausted to death..? There's a quote said by a wise man, "To help others, thou must help yourself."
So call him selfish or evil, but keeping his priorities straight is a must.

Yes, there is a new ability to his arsenal! It was from the little boy that had fallen into deep unconscious because of his illness, along with the time he had helped the body with his injuries, he also took advantage of the time to use his bandit's secret on him.

Description: A smart mindset can create miracles.
Usage: Player's mind will enter a special space that separates from reality.
i. Time will down by the ratio of 100:1 (100 minutes=1 seconds), while inside the space.
ii. 10x Inspiration. While inside the space.
iii. Blueprints shop. While inside the space.
Note:
Can only be activated "out of combat."
Any distraction will cause the space to collapse. Severe consequences will follow.

When he got the ability, he was surprised at first glance, because it can distort time! One had to know that time is an advanced concept that not many can interfere with. Those who are able to are within the top powers of the world!
He was lucky enough to receive a reward that allows him to pause time for only several seconds, but that was it. Now you're telling him, that this ability is so overpowered to the point of distorting time!?
Just that alone had already made the ability godlike!
'But what are the other two?' The second one is self-explanatory, if he guesses correctly, then it will allow him to be smarter, and more flexible. What about the last one? Blueprints shop? Does that mean he can buy blueprints? How does that work?
Jayce has so many questions, but now isn't the time to test out the theories. It said that he can only "activate" the ability out of combat. Then, there was the fact that if his body encounters any distraction, the space will collapse within his mind! He doesn't want to risk and be a vegetable when that happens.
'Oh Lord Jesus, I love you!' Jayce exclaims inside. Today had been one hell of a rollercoaster but getting this ability can be considered a small comeback from all his setbacks thus far!

Jayce grimaces at the bird but he could only helplessly sigh...
"Sigh, when can I get rid of this luck..." Getting birds shitting on you 24/7 is not a good sensation after all...
While he was being distracted, several pairs of eyes had already locked on his location. The bird's shit splashes on a person's head created a commotion where they all coincidentally looked at the baggy, hoody figure.
"Hahahaha! It's been a while since I saw someone got shitted on HAHAHAHAHA!"
"Hey Brat, you could only your bad luck this time hehe."
"Get them, boys! The world is ending anyway, let's be the better people and send him out of his miserably first!"
Various menacing people rushed toward Jayce from all directions, making him the centre of attention, attracting even more individuals to participate.
"Sigh, I need to do something about this...." His luck is getting out of hand! A couple of times is fine but having to deal with this. Every. Single. Day. It is draining.
Despite the incoming danger, Jayce has no intention of stopping, he just continues walking ahead.
The nearest people saw his action and couldn't help but be furious.
"Off with your head, bastard!" They all swing their weapons.
"Tcch, annoying...." As the tip of the axe is about to touch his head, his aura surges as it spreads toward the surrounding 2kms radius.

The world seems to lose its colour as every single living being within the radius felt a shockwave that shook the core of their soul, their eyes rolled back as they all fell to the ground, unconscious.

In a certain dark alley, four hooded figures stood there as they stared at each other in silence.
One of the figures reaches their hand to pull down the hoodie, revealing a silver hair man, Indari.
"The mission is semi-successful, I didn't get what I was assigned for, but we succeed, or rather, some kind of horrifying entity coincidently helped us, the kingdom is in chaos at the moment, we must report it to the empire." Indari emotionlessly said, but deep down, he is shivering out of his core. Remembering the weird aura that had forced him to experience what despair felt like. He was forced to kneel on the ground, although it was only for 5 seconds, he felt like it last for an eternity!
"I agree, we should leave and report this to the empire. Adjustments must be made, there are too many variables at this point." Samira spoke out as she pulled back her hoodie. Their understanding of PiltOver/Zaun seemed to be so vague, at least for her that is. From the little girl who has that weird energy to the horrifying aura, there are so many viable that their fool-proof plans that don't seem fool-proof anymore
"Erm...Sir.... madam...but what...about...PiltOver...." A shaky and scared voice came from the other hooded figure, reaching its robotic arms to pull down the hood, revealing the ever so familiar face, BolBok! BolBok has long since lost his majestic and arrogance when he decides to treason against the kingdom, all for the sake of gaining more power.
Now that his crimes are probably already been exposed to the council, his career is already over. His entire life and fortunes are bet on the man beside him. If somehow this investment goes haywire... then he could only live a life of a rat, somewhere far away.
"What about it? It's not up to us anymore to continue with the mission, whatever happens, happen." Indari said, he then turns his head toward the remaining hooded figure.
"What about you, Jhin...? The empire expresses its sincere invitation to you, maybe.... even help you get revenge against the Ionian.... what do you think?" Indari spoke out with a smile. They know and had seen how much destruction this man can create on a whim. Plus, his agendas match their future plan! Invading the Ionian! They would love a man of his calibre to join their prestigious empire!
"hehe, the stage is indeed too small... Deal. Rumours flying around that you guys find a wormhole to the Ionia land...I wonder...." Hidden behind the smiling mask, Jhin spoke out with a mysterious tone. He's trying to have a reaction out of the both of them while dropping major bombs of information.

Samira and Indari got into alert mode as they both pulled out their weapon.
"Too far...? Hehehe." Realizing his tongue slipped, Jhin raised his hand in surrender, but his tones didn't contain any fear, only amusement.
"How would you know that? SPEAK! *click*" Pulling back the safety pin, Samira yells hysterically, readying both of her guns at the dome of his head. Indari didn't say anything, but his eyes are filled with killing intents. One wrong move from his opponent and he will mercilessly strike him down.
"Heee!" And of course, there is this coward, BolBok, running behind Jhin, seeking cover like a shivering rat.
"Well, I suggest, we all should calm down, after all...." *snap* Jhin snaps his fingers, then a strange magical aura fluctuates around him.
Numerous flowers started to appear out of nowhere as the whole alley was covered in them. From under their feet, to them sticking on the walls, even on both Samira and Indari clothes...
"I don't like being pointed at by dangerous weapons.... hehehehe...."
'What the...' Seeing the sudden appearance of these flowers, Samira was slightly shocked, she couldn't sense them until now, and then there is the fact that his energy feels familiar to the little brat she had encountered...
"Arcane!" Indari exclaimed silently...
"hehe, that's right...I'm surprised a lowly-rank officer like you know about Arcane...what a surprise.... indeed." Jhin chuckled evilly, taking Whisper out of thin air as he held the gun nozzle against them.
"Any last word...?"
"Damn YOU! THE EMPIRE WON'T SIT STILL WITH THIS!" Samira spats at him, she tries to move her body, but finds herself incapable of! It's like invisible hands are holding her feet down as she's rooted on the spot.
"Oh...you don't have to worry about that...."
"One..." His aura fluctuates.
"Two..." Purple energy starting to coat the gun
"Three..." Blue energy gathered and condensed at the tip of the nozzle.
"Have a safe trip to hell....hehe"
"Fo-…" Before Jhin could finish his sentence, he found himself covered in cold sweats as a shockwave just phased through the depth of his soul!
*WHOOOSH* An invisible wave of energy swept through the place.
That split second that Jhin was distracted, caused the surrounding flowers to dissipate as he couldn't maintain their power. [AN: SPOILER: Think of when Sugar went unconscious, and all the toys turn back to normal.]
The roots on both Indari and Samira had already disappeared, but they couldn't budge this time either! Well, at least she couldn't.
"It's that aura again!" Sweats flow down Samira's beautiful face, her expression is extremely grim, but for some reason, she fares better than Indari, as he's already been knocked unconscious.
"I have to get out of here..." Seeing her partner fall unconscious, she knew that taking this opportunity to run away from Jhin while he was being distracted is the best time yet. Struggling, she moves her body with difficulty as she takes hold of Indari.
'Flash!' She flashes away from the spot, leaving Jhin alone with the already passed out BolBok.
Jhin snaps out from his stupor as he furiously glances in the direction where Samira took off.
"Damn you!" Just as he was about to chase after them...
"Where do you think you're going?" A childish voice came from behind him, at the entrance of the valley.

*A few moments earlier*
"Mhm, there're actually people who are still conscious within my aura..." Jayce muttered as he looks in a certain direction. One of the hidden advantages of his newly upgraded Haoshoku is that he can monitor all the beings that are within his domain. It's an awesome ability if not for the fact that it will cause too much commotion, otherwise he could use this for any spying activities.
In a certain dark alleyway, he could see 4 hoodied figures. Two of them were familiar faces; one of them was the councillor, Bolbok, and the other was that one lady who had helped Caitlyn out of her predicament earlier.
'Huh...flowers...?' On the ground, the wall, everywhere, he sees countless flowers imbued with Arcane energies as they stick around the surrounding. Then memories started to resurface, and he soon connected the dots.
'Firework...flowers...' his murderous intent surged. Jayce hopes that he's wrong because if that guy is the culprit behind everything, then...
….
"Where do you think you're going? Jayce spoke out as he gazed at the hooded figure in front of him, he didn't even pay attention to the unconscious councillor beside the man.
"The virtuoso, Jhin...."
