Chapter 168: [Bonus chapter] The Unexplained

The last time I was pregnant, I could barely handle my morning sickness and I ended up sleeping the whole day because I had no idea how to deal with it. Adonis and I had gotten me checked up as soon as our meeting with Ezekiel, Apollo and everyone else finished. 

I was seven weeks pregnant which definitely came as a surprise to me because I thought I would be able to figure it out sooner the second time, but as expected I did not. My morning sickness did come as strongly as the last time but Lucy assured me it would rock my world within a week a two. 

Very reassuring. 

Adonis however was no better than the last time. He was breathing down my neck ever since we found out I was pregnant and that seven hours ago. 

"Adonis," I looked up to him with an unimpressed face, "I'm perfectly fine sit down."

"You aren't hot? Do you need anything?" he stressed as he took my face in his hands and gently kissed my nose.
