Chapter 34: 32: Battle Between Boys (II)

The mentioned teen answered, "Well since we're in the Shinhwa's territory, we could use your facilities..."
"Alright, then. I think I can do that... Let's go."

Shinji and Wooin get in the Union's Car, while Inhyuk and Jisuk use their own.
...
After a few minutes, they arrive at the Shinhwa's Building and quickly go to the Battle Facility, due to the fiery teens' insistence.
As they go into the Facility, they were greeted by the Shinhwa Chairwoman herself.
"Inhyuk, please explain this situation to- Oh... Shinji Lee, you're here?" asked the Chairwoman with an expressionless face.
It seemed like the Chairwoman expected Shinji to say something annoying since her eyes widened when she heard his reply,
"Jiyoung, I am sorry for the inconvenience..."
But her eyebrow just twitched when he continued...
"-Is what I would have said if I were here for serious business, but those dumbasses were fighting out in the open, and would have used their Abilities. But, since we were in your territory, Inhyuk insisted we take them here, to use Shinhwa's facilities." Shinji said, looking straight into Jiyoung's eyes.
"I see..." nodded Jiyoung in understanding.
"Wha- No! I didn't insist that we come here, you did..." protested Inhyuk, but he just received a pat on the back from Shinji, saying, "Don't worry, Inhyuk! You're not in trouble, but that's what you believe, then okay. I "suggested" that we come here..."
Inhyuk just sighed at the teen's antics, and muttered, "But, since I agreed... I'm partially at fault..."
Shinji was about to say something, but something caught their attention.
Both Jisuk and Wooin activated their Abilities.
Wooin raised one of his hands and aimed it toward Jisuk. Luckily, the latter dodged just in time, since his previous position exploded.
"That was very sudden, you bastard!" shouted Jisuk, sending several blades of wind to Wooin, who dodged, but not completely, as his foot was hit.
He quickly counterattacked with an explosion, but he missed Jisuk, only managing to hit the floor.
Jisuk sends yet another wave of wind toward Wooin, but the latter just intercepts it with his Ability, causing an explosion, which blew the former's glasses off.
...
"Wooin, was it? He's pretty strong! He's really holding his own up against Jisuk." Inhyuk commented, his eyes seemed to squint with curiosity.
Shinji replied, but still looking at the fight, "I know right? With an ability like Telekinesis, you'd think he'd be struggling right now."
"Hmm... He must have learned Dr. Delein's unique style, by drawing power from the surroundings and compressing it, then exploding them in his attack..." wondered Inhyuk.
The man smirked and continued, "His ability also makes it difficult to read, as he can control his attacks in a more advanced way than normal... This is going to be a really hard battle for Jisuk."

Back to the battle...
Wooin used his Telekinesis on his own body to barely dodge an attack that managed to slip from his interceptions.
Jisuk saw this, and immediately sent another wind blade toward Wooin. The latter, seeing no other way to fully dodge, also projected an attack toward Jisuk.
Jisuk's attack shredded a part of Wooin's clothes and formed some scratches on his body. While Wooin's attack hit Jisuk on the cheek, causing a bleeding wound.
...
After a few moments...
'It's so hard to dodge his attacks... Damn it! I'm sure my attacks are more powerful...' Jisuk noted inwardly.
'Then how about this?!'
Wooin sent another attack toward Jisuk, but he only hit the latter's after-image as he sped up tremendously.
After noticing this, Wooin hastily put his arms up for defense, effectively blocking Jisuk's punch.
But... the white-haired teen just smirks once he saw Wooin wince, and sent another barrage of punches toward him.
Wooin attempted to punch Jisuk, but the latter just said, "Heh. Too slow.", and kicked him in the stomach.
Wooin was sent a few meters away, so Jisuk sent another wind blade toward him. He barely dodged it, but that was only a distraction, as another kick hit him.
Jisuk appeared in front of Wooin and punched him, sending him back once again.
"Now, do you know who you're up against? We are not on the same rank." the white-haired teen stated, sending a smirk at his downed opponent.
He was about to continue, but he stopped when he felt the area around his neck tighten.
Wooin rose and looked at him with calm eyes. He quickly cast an attack toward Jisuk, not letting him counterattack. The attack connected with his face, forming another bleeding wound, but this one was much worse.
"You bastard!!!" shouted an enraged Jisuk, as an intense wind started releasing from his body.
