Chapter 40: 38: Klein Brothers (II)

In an alley...
"Jiwoo, what're you doing?" said a white-haired teen.
"That... Maybe that's Wooin's blood..." Jiwoo replied with a somber tone.
Both went quiet, but Jiwoo later broke the silence.
"Jisuk... I'm gonna look around," he said, as he stood up.
"What? No. Just leave it to the Union and Shinhwa." Jisuk retorted.
But, Jiwoo turned to Jisuk with determined eyes, and said, "So we're just going to stand by and do nothing to help?"
The white-haired teen scratches his head, seeming irritated by what he's going to agree on.
"Sigh. Fine... Wouldn't this cat be able to find him using the smell of his blood? That's what they do in the movies, right?" he said, looking at the orange-furred cat.
'That's absurd. I'm not a dog, how could I- Huh?...' thought the "cat", smelling the blood.
"Did that fatty just understand me?... He must be smarter than he looks..." Jisuk muttered.

A bird could be seen flying at a fast pace, its feathers blending in the night sky.
After just a minute, it arrived in a mansion and quickly flew down to a grinning teenager.
"Caw!" {"I found them, Papa! They were running away, but I marked them!"}
"Good job, Scy. I'm giving you a treat later. Right now, we have some criminals to ki- Ahem- capture." the teenager told the bird.
He seemed to consider something, but after a second, he shrugged, and thought, 'Since it's night, nobody won't be able to see me use my ability, especially if I combine it with 'that' Force Control.'
Shinji twirled his finger and a small boat-like ice structure was conjured. He got on it, and with a wave of his hand, it floated and blended in with the surroundings.
He then pointed upwards, and the structure levitated in the air.
"Let's go get those bastards," Shinji told Scotus with a huge maniacal grin.

A man came inside an abandoned house, carrying a singed Union Agent. And, after a while, the man came out alongside his brother and approached a car.
But, suddenly, a blast of air was directed towards the car, destroying it. They turned to look at the source of the attack and saw two uniformed teenagers.
"Huh? Who are those kids?!" exclaimed Duran, the long-haired man.
'Jiwoo... and Jisuk...?' Wooin thought in shock.
"Wooin, we've come for you!" shouted Jiwoo, waving his hands toward Wooin.
"... Are they your friends?" asked Duran.
Jisuk then came forward and taunted the men. And, after remembering the news he got from Inhyuk and Jiyoung, his eyes widened, as he realized that they were the Klein Brothers.
...
"Since you've recognized us, we can't let you live." they said.
"Jiwoo, listen up. I'll distract them to buy you some time while you rescue Wooin. Once you're gone, I'll retreat too." Jisuk whispered to the teen beside him.
He then got into a fighting stance while the wind flew around him intensely.
"We don't have time, so get moving!!! Now, eat this, bastards!" he shouted.
Wind was blasted towards the Brothers, destroying the road in its path. Jiwoo immediately took this chance to grab Wooin from them.
Once he grabbed the teen, he shouted at Jisuk, "Hang in there, Jisuk! I'll get back up!", and sped away with one of the criminals chasing after him.
...
"Where are they, Scy?" asked Shinji.
"Caw! Caw!" {"We're almost there... There! That's him, right Papa?"}
Shinji then looked down, and he saw a red-orange-haired man attacking a white-haired student.
"That's... It looks like they already started confronting them..." Shinji sighed, seeing Jisuk dodge an attack from one of the Brothers. He then dialed a number on his phone.
...
"Scy, look around the area. You should find one of them around here," he instructed the bird, before dropping the structure on the criminal.
Shinji dropped right beside Jisuk, surprising the boy.
"You alright there, Jisuk?"
"You-! Shinji Lee... Yeah... Look, Jiwoo has Wooin but he was followed by that bastard's brother. Go after them. I can distract this one for a while." he replied with a serious tone.
"No, no. I'll take him. You follow that newbie. I sent someone after them, anyway." Shinji retorted.
"N-" Jisuk was about to say something, but Shinji just pushed him away, just barely dodging an attack from the criminal.
"Go!" Shinji shouted, which got a grunt from Jisuk.
The white-haired teen was covered with air and immediately came after Duran, one of the Klein Brothers.
...
"Declan Klein. My name is Shinji, and it's so nice to meet you!" Shinji greeted with a smile.
"You... You're going to die tonight..." he retorted, blood coming out of his head.
Declan pointed his glowing hand at Shinji. A beam of fire came out of his hand, but Shinji was already out of the way, even before the beam of fire was directed at him.
Shinji then raised his hands and Ice Walls were constructed, surrounding the man.
'Should I help this brat?...' thought a certain cat.
But before he could act, Shinji shouted to no one, "I can take care of myself! You should follow Jiwoo Seo."
'That brat...' Kayden thought in shock, but after composing himself, he just ran after Jiwoo.
[A/N: With four people fighting him, that other Klein Brother is going to die, man...]
"Are you crazy, brat?! Who are you talking to?!" shouted Declan, blowing up the walls of ice.
Shinji dodged an attack from the man, and after noticing the cat was gone...
He said, "Now that he's gone..."
'Huh? Why do I feel heavy...' thought the man in confusion. Suddenly, he winced and kneeled unwillingly, as if an invisible force pushed him down.
