"see on the day this runt "died" there were definitely things that needed clearing," I said as I kicked Peter's face.
"Miss Jackson, order in the court"
"yeah yeah, order. anyways Sirius black is innocent." I deafened harry to not hear for a bit before continuing.
"Sirius Black wasn't even the potter's secret keeper. they switched it at the last minute, and this guy was on the side of voldycunt," I glared at peter.
if there was one thing I hate it was a betrayal.
"do you even know of the accusations you are throwing around," fudge said.
"oh, so you wish I bring Sirius black here for his testimony your right... because in the wizard law book under section 8 paragraph 4 "a prisoner has the right to a court if they are accused of being a follower of voldycunt".
"and since we are on the subject" I grabbed Lucius by his throat.
"how dare you give my student a Horcrux. you say you were under an imperious curse did you? nows your chance to prove it," I pull out a bottle of Veritaserum.
"unhand him this instinct professor Jackson," Amelia Bones said.
I disappeared for a couple of seconds and appeared carrying Sirius black.
I then made it so harry could hear again.
"now then I have Sirius black here as a witness," I said as his eyes fell on peter.
"I'll kill you," he tried lunging at him but I grabbed his collar.
"after you will but right now you have to tell your side of the story" I then whispered in his ear, "your godson is watching."
he snapped out of it and looked around and say, Harry.
"you look like James ... but you have lily's eyes," he said.
"you can talk afterward mr black, right now we have to give your statement to the court," I said as he nodded and sat on the table.
"now then Mr black before I begin would you prefer I use Veritaserum, or question you regularly," I asked as I put the bottle on the table.
"... Veritaserum. I have nothing to hide," he said.
"then does the court also agree," I said looking up and more than half the people raised their hands.
"then drink please," I said as Sirius drank the potion.
"now then can you tell the court your name."
"Sirius black."
"Can you let the court know your birthday?"

"that proves that it's working," I said looking up at Amelia.

"then Mr black can you tell me the reason why you went to kill peter on November 1, 1981," I asked.

"then can you tell me why he was made into the secret keeper instead of you," I asked.
"We thought that he who should not be named would go after me and wouldn't know it was Peter," he said.
"so you went to kill him because he betrayed the potters," I asked.
"yes."
"then on November 1 1981 who killed the muggles nearby," I asked.
"peter. he cut off his finger and turned into a rat and escaped in the sewers," he said.
"then tell me Sirius, when you leave what is your first plan of action," I ask.
"hug my godson," he said.
"then we're you ever a death eater," I asked.
"no."
I turned to the court.
"then I suppose we have a verdict right," I said.
"We do," amelia bones said.
"We the jury hear by pardon Sirius black of all crimes," amelia bones said.
"now then I wish to put Lucius on the stage for giving my student a Horcrux," I said.
(time skip. 2 hours)
"the court Herby declares that Lucius Malfoy should be sentenced to Azkaban for 40 years, and peter shall join him for life," the court declared.
...
"come on you two your going to meet the nicest lady ever," I said leading them through Hogwarts to my office.
"Who... are you," Sirius asked.
"she's professor Jackson. she's really strong, and she's very good at magic," Harry said excitedly.
"We are here," I opened the door and waved my hand the desk in my classroom moved to the side and a table of food appeared.
"dig in. I know you two haven't had much to eat, you guys can use the classroom as you please," I said walking to my office.
"so you do reconnect families," Hestia said sitting on my desk.
"of course, I do I'm not a monster, the kid never had a good parent in his life so I just released his godparent from prison," I said.
Hestia smiled at this information. I got Sirius back on his feet and help him clean his house when I wasn't teaching and finally altered lily's magic to allow Sirius to also be Harry's blood.
I began teaching students ways to defend themselves and opened up a dueling club, and a DADA club.
the DADA club was mainly for the different creatures in the world and how to deal with dark arts.
I prepared for when umbitch would eventually come and set up barriers for my clubs.
soon the year ended and I'll be known as the teacher that broke the DADA curse.
had to say, these kids learned fast.
for the goblet of fire, I had to take a leave as I had to go and protect another dimension from being completely destroyed.
however, I appeared just in time and put my hand on Harry's shoulder.
"what do you think you doing with my student voldycunt," I said my wand at the ready.
"Professor Jackson," Harry said.
"she's the one I told you about my lord," lucius malfoy said.
"ah, Malfoy... I hope you don't mind me dating your wife when you die... she is quite the looker I must say," I said.
"hey harry.... why don't you go back to Hogwarts... the adults are talking," I said teleporting him to Hogwarts.

"there back," Harry said clutching Cedric's unconscious body.
"who's back"
"Professor Jackson is dueling Voldemort in the cemetery," Harry said shocking everyone.
"man even if he's a villain... to have professor Jackson on you... may his soul rest in peace," Fred said.
"Merlin pants, do you think she would do prank #174," George said.
"Merlin I hope she does," Fred said
