Ishtar Familia.

The Ishtar Familia was led by Goddess of Love and Lust. Orario's Second Most Beautiful Goddess, Ishtar. Ishtar was the archnemesis and self-proclaimed love rival of the Goddess of Beauty, Freya. She ruled over a large portion of Orario and managed a Red-Light District called Love District, where she controlled all brothels composed of sexual slaves she bought from many different regions of the continent. As the head of her Familia, Ishtar allowed her women to kidnap and rape any men they found to be attractive without any consequences and did the same by building a harem of brainwashed young men.
Using her Charm ability to seduce men, Ishtar engaged in sexual activities with almost everyone and was not against raping men to get what she wanted. She despised Freya, the most beautiful Goddess of Orario, and was envious of her beauty.
One day when Ishtar was looking for slave her eyes fell on a Renard. She became interested on her when she found that the Renard had a level-boosting magic called "Uchide no Kozuchi". The Renard name was Sanjouno Haruhime.
To overthrow Freya, she bought Haruhime. Her main goal was to sacrifice Haruhime to boost the abilities of her Amazons so she could wage war against Freya Familia and defeat Freya through military means to become the most beautiful woman and control the strongest faction of Orario.

Entertainment District was surrounded by walls. To enter you must pay the price at the Gate to enter. Because this was place was used by many Nobles and Adventurers, the price was relatively high.
