Chapter 147: Chapter – 147 (The Black Swordsman(Part 3))

Everyone presented in the scene trembled violently when they heard another Dark Period will come because of them. Almost everyone presented had been in Dark Period before. Even though they were not as strong as they are now. They still experienced the brutality of that period. And those who hadn't seen it, heard about it too.
They were all now looking at Nobles and Merchants with disgust. Let alone Nobles even their soldiers were receiving the same contempt look. They all looked down in embarrassment. Primis words were right. They didn't even become a single bit strong ever since they went under these Nobles.
Then one of the soldiers did something which shocked other soldiers. That soldier forcefully removed the armor which represented which Noble he belonged to before throwing it at the side.

He turned his gaze at Primis and shouted.
Returnee Adventurer 1: NEITHER I AM A TRASH NOR I AM SOME NOBLE DOG. YOU HEARD THAT.
That soldier also didn't like how these Nobles do things. He had also witnessed how his colleagues were hurting Civilians. However, as a soldier he didn't have much say in it. He decided to turn blind eye at it, since he was earning a lot by working under them.
His actions produced a chain reaction effect as one-by-one more soldiers started to remove the armors which represented Nobles.

They all turned to Primis and shouted the same.
All Returnee Adventurers: WE ARE NIETHER TRASH NOR NOBLE DOGS.
All other Adventurers looked at these Returnee Adventurers in appreciation. Primis also nodded at them before giving them a mocking look.

All those returnee Adventurers clenched their fists when they heard mocking in Primis words. Nevertheless, they didn't retaliate since his words were right. Then one of them showed some courage and stepped forward.
Returnee Adventurer 2: Fine. Perhaps actions will convince you, "The Black Swordsman".
That Returnee then rushed and punched the face Noble who he once served brutally.

The Noble fell on the ground, but the Returnee Adventurer didn't stop. He started kicking him. At first, others Returnee Adventurers bewildered seeing this then even they started to do the same. Nobles were not their only target of beat down. Even those soldiers who decided to still remain by Nobles side also became their target.
It was really a good example of street fight. None of them were using weapons, just their fists were doing the thing. Primis looked at everything with indifferent expression. However, he was sneering inwardly.
'Primis: Heh. Now that's what I want to see.'
[HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA. Those idiots didn't even realize what they just did. Or are doing. If they were just words, then they might have chance to return under the Nobles with a simple sorry. But now that chance is completely gone.]
'Primis: Truly a fool. No wonder Nobles call Adventurers Barbarians. They didn't even use their brain. After what happened last month, Nobles and Familias both stand on opposite sides. Do they really think they can join a Familia if they want?'
[Agreed. Noble soldiers currently are the most hated people in Orario after you. Any Familia who let them join them have their reputation go down the drain. Since they take the soldiers who hurt them under them.]

Then Primis looked at Nobles who were down on the ground and receiving the beating. They were using their arms to protect their head.
'Primis: With this, Nobles lost more than half of their forces. And those who are still by their side are only there for money. The trust between them is shattered now.'

While this brawler was going on, Hedin and Hogni looked at everything with pale and horrified face. They were not horrified by looking at fight but while looking at Primis. Hedin is a calm individual with an analytical nature. He always thinks before acting. And Hogni is known for having a troublesome personality, as he often acts cowardly in battle.
However, now Hedin no longer had his calm look and Hogni was shivering more and more.
'Hedin: Dangerous. Very Dangerous. This "The Black Swordsman" is extremely dangerous. The way he manipulates is at a whole different level. First, he displayed his power to show others that they are not his match. Second, he mocks them again and again. Since they are not his match, they can only keep frustration and rage inside. Third, he made them recall the Dark Period which gave rise to the fear in their heart. Fourth, he gave them the target on which they can release all their rage and frustrations. Nobles.'
'Hogni: D-Dark Period is s-something that no one what to s-see. W-When he said that i-it will return because N-Nobles don't want them to b-become strong e-enough to face it. T-There rage i-increased even more. Hence, t-the result.'
'Hedin: He start the infighting between them. Made other Adventurers distrust these Nobles and their Soldiers. Made Nobles lost a lot of their power. Increased the prestige of the Guild. And I am sure Guild will soon come forward to clear his name.'
'Hogni: D-Dangerous. Very Dangerous. H-He manipulated the entire mass w-with just few words. I-I hate to a-admit it but if L-Lady Freya wanted to do t-the same, then she needs s-some time to p-prepare all of this.'
'Hedin & Hogni: We can't afford to become his enemy.'

[Lissos took the advantage of the commotion and ran away with Hyakinthos Clio.]
'Primis: I know. Let them be. They both are still use to me.'
Primis then turned his gaze away from the ongoing brawler to Hedin and Hogni.
'Primis: Now then. It's time to take care of other matter.'
Primis looked at Hedin and Hogni before smiling. Seeing this smile both felt a chill down their spine. Primis smile clearly saying "Do you really think I forget about you?". Then he walked towards them.

Every step sent a tremor in their heart.
[Has Freya lost her mind? Why did she send "Hedin Selland" an Elf to guard Eina who is a Half-Elf? Everyone knows how much Elves hate Half-Elf. Well, if you ignore exceptions like "Riveria Ljos Alf", "Lefiya Viridis" and "Ryuu Lion".]
'Primis: She sent them on purpose.'
[I guessed that. But which purpose.]
'Primis: She must have realized that there's gonna be a cooperation between us.'

[I see. She sent them to test your strength. Hmm. Well hearing or witnessing things by your own eyes are different.]

'Primis: Yes. Since she wants to test my strength then I will oblige and play along. Though, the hard way. I hope she will have many Elixirs in her Familia because her Familia members are gonna need them soon.'
Primis right hand then went behind and grab Elucidator handle before pulling it out.

Hedin and Hogni hairs stood on the end. They both gulped. Hedin then hurriedly adjusted his spectacles and showed a calm expression. Of course, he was trying his best to keep the fabricate.
Hedin: "The Black Swordsman", why do you want to fight us?
Primis: Fight you? Do you both really think with your meager power it will be called a fight in the first place?
Hedin: ...
Hogni: ...
They both don't have any words to argue with. But it still made them both gloomy. They are the members of the Strongest Familia, Freya Familia. No matter where they go, they receive respect. No one look down of them like Primis is doing right now.
Primis: As for why I am going to give both a good beating. Didn't I said, you shouldn't show killing intent towards the one you are guarding?
Hedin and Hogni eyes opened wide. They clearly understood Primis meaning.
'Hedin & Hogni: FUCK!!!!!! No wonder Lady Freya wanted us to guard that Half-Elf. She was clearly related to "The Black Swordsman".'

Primis appeared in front of Hedin in an instant. Hedin hurriedly brought "Dizaria" in front. "Dizaria" is a double edged rhomphaia that's taller than Hedin. It is a first class weapon whose upper half can be used as a magic staff often use by elves to channel their magic power and the bottom half is a long blade that Hedin uses in physical combat. Just like now, Hedin used the blade part of "Dizaria" to receive the attack.

The force behind the attack threw Hedin back with great force. He didn't even have time to stable himself before he collided with the house behind.

Primis didn't even glance at Hedin when his Elucidator met with Dizaria before appearing in front of Hogni. He attacked Hogni at head level. Hogni brought his sword "Victim Abyss" on top of his to block.
"Victim Abyss" is an ominous black longsword, which is actually a curse weapon. Its curse extends the length of the blade invisibly in exchange for consuming more of Hogni's stamina, so that its victims are unable to tell the blades true length.

Even after stopping Elucidator with his Victim Abyss, Hogni fell on his knees. The ground under his feey carved in and was destroyed. His hands have already became numb after receiving the attack. He raised his head while still holding Victim Abyss which is grinding with Elucidator.
GRIND!!!

'Hogni: Too strong.'
When he looked at Primis, a fear started to rose in his heart when he noticed his blood-red eyes in which 3-tomoes were rotating. Primis looked at Hogni with indifferent expressions as the force behind Elucidator kept on increasing.
CRACK!!!

The ground underneath kept on breaking more and more.
'Hogni: I-If this keeps up, I-I won't be able to hold for much. He is just too strong'

As more and more ground kept on breaking, Hogni also started to reach his limit. By now, he had also given up fighting Primis when he realized the disparity between them.
'Hogni: I can't hold any longer-----'

SHINE!!!!
Hogni body started to shine and not only his strength stopped falling but it also started increasing.
Hogni: !!!!!!!!
Hogni turned and looked at Adventurers who were fighting among each other. They had already stopped fighting and drew their weapon while looking at him and Primis. Behind them many Mages and Magicians were chanting magic to buff him.
'Hogni: You guys.'
Primis: Interesting. But do you really think it will work.

The force behind Elucidator increased which overpowered Hogni again.
Hogni: Guh!!!!!
Primis: Trash will always be trash. You all are still just show, no substance.
???: Is that so.
Primis stopped overpowering Hogni and jumped back.

The place Primis was standing exploded. At that place now there's a short spear which was emitting Lightning.

Primis ignored the spear for now and turned to the one who threw it. The person has medium length scruffy blonde hair and blue eyes with a fair skin tone. He was wearing a yellow vest over purple long-sleeved shirt and trousers. Behind him stood six people.
Primis: Finn. Do you really think if Loki Familia came in equation, it will change anything?
Finn: Maybe not. But you are not fighting with Loki or Freya Familia. You are fighting with O.R.A.R.I.O.

Many rushing voices were heard. Primis looked around and saw countless Adventurers from all over Orario arrived here. Many were standing on the ground, and Many were standing on the houses and building. All their eyes are full of determination. They held their weapons tightly while looking at Primis who was in center. Primis chuckled seeing this.
Primis: Heh. Fine then. Show me the power of Orario.
