Chapter 54: Ayaka's two new girlfriends
Many wondered what happened between Hanayo, Nico, and Nozomi that did something they didn't know, but Ayaka already figured it out. However, she didn't want to tell everyone about that until either one of the three girls earlier spoke and talked about it. But we can rewind a bit around when Hanayo, Nico, and Nozomi discussed something between themselves or do a little flashback to find out what happened to them.
Earlier, five minutes before the discussion was finished. At a certain place not too far from μ's usual lunch spot, three girls circled themselves as they were about to do something near the alpaca's barn that Hanayo always visits as she is the caretaker of those animals at the school. In there, Hanayo has a calm and quiet look and demeanor as if she already figured out what Nico and Nozomi want to talk about with her.
Her purple eyes slightly turned from Nico and Nozomi a few times before she uttered a word from herself and spoke to them.
"Nico-chan, Nozomi-chan. Is there something you want to talk about with me? Is it involving Aya-chan?"
That simple yet heavy question from Hanayo caused both Nico and Nozomi's jolt in surprise, and shocked expressions showed on their faces. They became more nervous when the kind-hearted brown-haired girl raised that question to them. However, the only twin-tail-haired girl swiftly changed the looks on her face from nervous to brimming with confidence as someone known as Yazawa Nico decided to speak a word in response while still slightly nervous.
"Y-Yeah, I do. You know, it became obvious, and I couldn't stand it anymore. Todokami, no—Ayaka has already convinced me about how things will turn out, even though I still have some slight doubt. Honestly, I'm thinking about giving up on this stuff, but Ayaka did the otherwise and convinced and encouraged me. She even accepts me."
Hanayo knew what her twin-tail-haired senpai meant, even though it was unclear since Nico didn't properly tell her. Nico only vaguely tells Hanayo, yet the latter already knows about one of her senpai means, so she nods since the brown-haired girl already understands that. Nozomi also knew what Nico meant but decided to keep silent for now until it was her turn to talk about that.
"I see… so Aya-chan is really accepted you as one of her girlfriends, Nico-chan? Did she properly tell you about things more than that? Did you also agree with what she told you if you also want to have a relationship with her?"
Nico nods since she already knows about that, causing Hanayo to smile happily when she witnesses that. It is a truly hard decision since the brown-haired know that anyone who wants to be one of Ayaka's girlfriends would have to learn about sharing her girlfriend with each other. As someone who accepts Ayaka's weird condition, Hanayo couldn't help but feel incredibly happy since her beloved girlfriend has another person who loves her that much and wants to be on Ayaka's side too.
"Yeah, I agreed on all of those. I don't mind sharing Ayaka with you or her other girlfriends besides us. While there might be some jealous moment or anything else, I still want to be on her's side and spend my time together and forever with her."
"As long Aya-chan accepts you, and there is no one forcing each other, I happily accept and welcome you, too, Nico-senpai. I have no problem with harem since I already decided to accept and be okay with that from the very beginning. Since I felt that Aya-chan deserved to be loved by many."
"I know. Ayaka deserved to be loved by many. Not because of her past or history, but because of her kind of person. She might be similar to Honoka, but there are many differences between them when I rethink it. The more I knew about Ayaka, the more I thought she and Honoka were different. Both have charisma, cheerfulness, and optimism and different kinds."
"You're right, Nico-chan. And Nozomi-chan, did you also feel the same with Nico-chan? Do you love Aya-chan too?"
The brown-haired rice-loving girl turned her attention and looked at the dark-purple-haired girl, who nodded immediately without hesitation. That caused Nico to be surprised a bit, but Hanayo slightly smiled as she already knew that and not very surprised if Nozomi admitted it easily. Nozomi's cheeks then turned into a rosy color as she spoke.
"I do, Hanayo-chan. I love Ayachi with my heart despite the short time we have spend together. I really love her and want to be with her forever and together at her side. At first, I also did the same with Nico-chan; I wanted to bury my feelings deep since you and Ayachi are dating… however when you said that Ayachi has no problem with dating multiple girls or forming a harem. I want to be included in her harem, too. My desire to be with her increased further."
As Nozomi said those with honesty and admitted her feelings with no shame, Hanayo and Nico are impressed. Hanayo could already confirm that Nozomi genuinely loves Ayaka, and she is also not forgetting about Nico. While Nico didn't say similar words as Nozomi, Hanayo knew that her twin-tail-haired senpai's love for Ayaka was genuine and held the same amount as Nozomi and herself.
'Both of them are really love Aya-chan, and I couldn't help but smile happily at that.'
She nodded subtly and looked at those girls before responding as she said something.
"Nico-chan, Nozomi-chan. I have no problem letting you be Aya-chan's girlfriends, too. But we should tell about this to her later. And as you know, everyone except us in the μ's also shows some sign that they love Aya-chan. So sooner or later, we should also have to accept them when they decide to confess their love to Aya-chan."
"I'm okay with it."
"The same as me. But does Ayachi also loves everyone else, too?"
Hanayo nodded at Nozomi's question to confirm it.
"It is, Nozomi-chan. However, Aya-chan seems rather want to wait until one of them bravely tells their feelings to her. Looks like she is okay with the wait and will patiently wait for them no matter how long it is."
