Chapter 3: Reliving

After some time, Draco opened his eyes to see the tired expression of his mother and the proud look in his father's eyes. He realised that he has just been born. He is shocked and felt funny too. One part of him is happy that he can start from the beginning while other felt drained imagining living his childhood again. He would rather choose to start the day when his Hogwarts journey had begun. While he was in his train of thoughts, his father Lucius Malfoy is in his own world. Looking at the pale blond baby Lucius can see the glorious future of his Malfoy family. As the Malfoy family only produce one child per generation, naturally all expectations and responsibilities fell on this little thing. On top of that his son is not only the heir of the noble Malfoy family but also from the almost extinct Black family from his mother's side. Both families belong to the top echelon in the Sacred 28. Coming from two such prestigious bloodlines, Lucius naturally believes that his son would be a dragon amongst men. His Pureblood family would again rise and that fool Dumbeldore will not be able to protect his precious Mudbloods much longer. Lucius naturally resents Dumbeldore and his 'Order of Pheonix' but he still has mixed feelings over that matter. While he may never admit it but he is relieved that You- know-who perished after all he is not a fool. Although that did not come first but he soon realised that the man is only using them and under the banner of Pureblood family, he only has his own agenda of Supremacy. And the fact that his 'Master' was a half blood did not help either. So expectations naturally arise seeing his newborn son.
