Chapter 104: Chapter 87: Aesir Einheri
Kallen was confused, she didn't know what anime is and just decided to rest for now. He was emanating a soft warmth, her tired and battered body relaxed from it. She then slowly went to dream land.
"Hmm, where did she come from? Europe maybe? It is a shit hole there right now if the time line is the same in my world." He remembered the middle ages and living today in this era wouldn't be amazing that's for sure. With religions being the dominant political power, everyone has to kowtow to the demands of the church. And nobody expects the inquisition, especially the spanish one.
He decided to put her inside his clinic for now and give the woman some rest. "My AI here would contact me after she wakes up. I should leave her here for now." He then went to the underground base to again start completing it. The nano bots made the simple parts and it's time for him to make finishing touches on it.
After a few hours, he has completed a pretty simple but effective fortification. Complete with factories that could mass produce metals and circuits, or anything he wishes that are not complicated like Soulium.
He was planning on taking over the industrial part of the world slowly. Developing tech so humans could transition to a more modern one safely. "Hmmm, I'm off to a great start. And I can bust my ass training as well because the honkai won't go bonkers for a long time. I just need to be careful." He stretched his muscles because of habit and took a bath.
He then decided to prepare food with tons of protein to feed his guest. "She will need it to heal, maybe bring Sakura and Rin here too." He chuckled, remembering the appetite of the 2 sisters. Or they just liked his cooking that much.
Ein was preparing a feast and the white haired woman woke up due to the amazing smell of his cooking. "Wh-what is that? It smells soooo good!" She quickly stood up and followed the aroma. Drooling, as she didn't have much opportunities to eat well while on the run.
"Oya? You're up and about I see. Come on, let's get you some grub missy." He was holding a pan and his torso is naked. This was his house after all.
Kallen was used to seeing men's torso, she was after all a soldier in essence. And the knights would take off their tunics after they practiced and trained. But of course, Ein's body was a fine specimen that is the definition of perfect. Lean muscles that rippled against his skin. Abdominals that were like cut obsidian.
Kallen stared and admired his body while drooling from the smell of food. She then heard him chuckle. "You know that I don't know you yet right? Buy me some dinner 1st young lady." He fidgeted and blushed and Kallen choked from her drool.
"Pardon me good sir! I'm uhhh... Just hungry, yes!" He raised a brow and just stared at her, she then noticed her words that made it worse. "No! I don't mean it like that!" She started to panic and it amused him to no end.
"Hmmm, I understand. It's been rough in the church huh? So much so that you'll unleash your carnal desires on this poor little me." Kallen deadpanned at him. After all, he was 2 meters tall and built like an absolute unit. She could only reach his chest.
"Okay okay, you were just too cute. All panicky like that, so? What's your name missy? I'm Einheri, call me Ein." He started plating up the food and changed the mood of the conversation.
"Thank you sir for helping me. My name is Kallen Kaslana, we're in the far east right? I never expected to see someone like you here." He looked western and it was a godsend for her that she could talk with him easily.
"Oh, I was lost here you see? Had a couple of hiccups along the way. Now, have your fill Kallen. I made those myself, looks good right?" He gave a satisfied smile and Kallen's eyes shone when she looked at the food.
She tasted a dish and was blown away. "Waaaa. This is amazing!" She started to gobble them up, she was starving and the food was simply in another level.
"Slow down Kallen. It won't run away you know?" He chuckled and put a hand on his chin, watching the girl eat like a whirlpool. The food on the table disappeared quickly.
"What's your purpose in coming here Kallen, you're from the church right? You a missionary or something? They do get some hostility here." She hesitated for a moment but this gentleman did help her. "I'm on a mission, and it is of utmost importance. The oath of my house depends on it."
He nodded and didn't pry. Everybody has secrets. "Okay, do you have any idea on where to stay? I have spare rooms, and you can stay here for now. I live alone anyways." He shrugged and Kallen thought that Ein was very generous.
"Thank you Ein! Your kindness will not be in vain and the lord will bless you with happiness." She smiled sweetly. "Bless me huh? Sure, let's go with that." He smiled wryly.
They then met up with Sakura to inform them of a new tenant in his house. "Kaslana-san. Please be wary of this man, he is not what he seems." Sakura remembered that Ein fondled her breast and legs. And she wanted the beautiful woman to avoid that fate. "He is a pervert." She whispered to her and Kallen got surprised.
"Oi, oi. I already told you Sakura, I was checking your heart and correcting your posture. I am an enlightened person, worldly desires do not plague my mind like mortals." He willed a long beard and stroked it like a mysterious expert.
"Woah, how did he do that!?" Kallen thought that it was a neat party trick and he looked like a wise man. "Hmph, bad man." Sakura's ears turned red when she remembered his touch on her. "Anyway, be careful of him Kallen. He might put his grubby hands on you."
The nun didn't believe her, he was a nice man and healed her wounds without payment. Even treating him to such delicious food, such a person who can cook like that shouldn't be a bad person. That's how Kallen's mind worked, she was quite simple after all.
After that, they separated and Kallen was roaming around. Trying to find a place to seal the accursed box forever. "I need to get rid of this thing. Or everyone here would suffer just like in Europe."
She was in the outskirts of the village and saw a honkai beast. "Honkai!? Here as well? Foul beast, you shan't take lives in this village!" She prepared for battle, but Ein's turret activated and basically vaporized the thing. The honkai energy then seeped inside the ground, absorbed by his base to power it up.
"Wha... What happened?" The dust settled and she was still shell shocked. Seeing the scar on the earth, it sounded like a crack of thunder and then the beast disappeared like magic. "I need to ask Sakura or Ein about this." She returned for now, wanting to satisfy her curiosity.

Vill was in an underground workshop. Building weapons of mass destruction and counters to the flame chasers, especially Kevin. "I knew that guy would be a loose cannon. He is surely alive somewhere inside the sea of quanta. He will regret using Himeko's core like that." It was the Kevin killer mk. 5 that was talking.
Kevin had a falling out with Su and project regulator was needed in order for Kevin to stop his madness. Infecting people with honkai energy so the top 0.1% that would survive won't be plagued by the honkai. He didn't know the vision that MEI had when she created project Stigma. Leading to Su sinking him inside the sea of quanta with the seed of Sumeru.
"He's probably even worse than Mobius in that aspect. Well, I will await his return from the sea." While the expert took over and spoke. She felt a psychic wave from Aponia again. "His location is in the far east?" Vill then looked at her satellite and saw him there. She also noticed the beacon that he put up and face palmed.
"Not such an expert now are you? Well, he would be delighted to see my new magic! We haven't created stuff with him for a long time. I miss him." Her playful personality of the magician spoke.
"Ein... I'll come for you, wait for me there." She then called Phyllis that was behind the scenes in trading, she created an economic empire that controls even continents with its money alone. The little cat had to, it was her desire to be the number one merchant with Ein. And she finally did it, Aponia also located him.
"Phyllis, did you receive her message? Ein is located in the far east in Japan. Let me know when you will arrive, we will be travelling." She wanted to come with Phyllis as she is probably the most affected from his apparent death and disappearance, right behind Eden.
"Nya!? Did you find him? I'll be there in the base in Thames, wait for me Vill. Let's finally meet him together again." She teared up and was happy.
"Don't take too long. Or I'll leave you behind okay? We can't let Aponia get there before us, you know how much she worked and waited for this day. She even tolerated the church which she despises." Aponia hated religions to their core, especially the ones like Schicksal. As they serve false gods and took advantage of people. Especially the children but she is too busy in finding him that she couldn't help everyone that already had pre determined fates.
They then prepared to go to the far east quickly. Excited in meeting their lover once again.

Kallen arrived at Sakura's home. "Hey, I saw honkai beasts here and they were suddenly attacked by something, do you know what it is?" Sakura was confused. But she did get that Kallen must have seen Ein's turrets in action.
"Ahhh, the accursed beasts? Ein made a defense system here in the village that would target them once they are located. We actually live in peace because of it." She smiled and was happy that she could spend more time with Rin, and ironically him as well. Making her ears red from the thought.
Kallen was surprised and gasped. "What sorcery is that!? It came from nowhere and all I heard was a crack of thunder. Then the beast disappeared and the ground was torn asunder!" She exclaimed, never seeing something like that before.
"You haven't even seen him in action before. He is a monster, he can kill those beasts with his bare hands without breaking a sweat." She remembered when he was eating those things like rice crackers, making her shiver with his piercing slit pupils that stared at her.
"Are you telling the truth? I mean, he looks strong but it's hard to believe. Those honkai beasts are very durable." She thought of the emperor class beast that her father fought back then. He had to use the zweihander form of the judgement of Shamash to kill it and he died due to the power of the relic.
"Umu, I saw it with my own eyes. He can pop those beasts like a watermelon between his hands. Not to mention that he is also a master of the blade, watch this." She entered a stance and drew her sword. Kallen watched and only felt wind on her face.
"What was that supposed to be?" She asked, because nothing happened. Then a thick tree slowly slid off of its trunk, Kallen's eyes were about to pop off their sockets. Witnessing a surreal sight that is in her opinion, much more impressive than anything she saw in her life.
"Tch, I still can't do it cleanly. How does he do it?" Sakura got frustrated and Kallen raised a brow at her. "He taught that to you I assume?" The pinkette nodded and scoffed. "Yes, and he did it while using a stick. Slicing dozens of trees in the forest cleanly, even thicker than this one."
Kallen then had an idea, if he was so strong. She could be her master in combat! "I see. He is very amazing then. I need to find him, thank you for the idea Sakura!" She then left like the wind.
"Hah, she must want to be taught by him. I just hope he won't show her something ridiculous and destroy the surroundings." There were already tons of places that were torn apart by his turrets, and adding an enthusiastic girl with dangerous techniques or powers will be disastrous.
Ein made a doppelganger of himself using the energy from the sea of quanta, in which all particles of himself were existing at another point in space. Currently, he was in a standoff with himself, and he gave the clone some independence so he won't fight himself like an idiot.
"This village ain't big nuff fer the two of us pardner." He said to his clone. "Yer right, there could only be one of us right 'ere." They tensed up and in a burst of speed, clashed against each other with pure physical might. Making fissures on the ground, causing earthquakes that shaked Japan except Yae village.
He then entered an exchange of blows in which they both dodged and countered every strike. The clone decided to break the deadlock and made a portal at the back of his head and sent a small burst of energy at it, trying to snipe him.
Ein felt it and countered with his own portal, transferring the beam back to the clone. "Falcon. Punch!" He gave a burning uppercut to the chin while it dodged from the beam he redirected.
"Agh! Impressive." It stabilized itself before it flew away. "How about this then. Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku!" It went near him and gave a feint. Then unleashing a spinning kick that formed a tornado, accompanied by sharp winds and a hail of ice blades inside, while oxygen accompanied by hydrogen burned outside, creating a whirlwind of flames. Consuming every tree in the surroundings.
Kallen saw the beginning of the fight, and she was surprised by seeing a clone of himself. "What kind of sorcery is that?" They then clashed, and she felt the vibrations and shockwaves of the combat. "Woah. He'll kick my bum for sure." A magnificent explosion released hot air like a typhoon. Blowing Kallen and the tornado away.
"Kirin!" Shouted the clone. "Divide!" Ein put his hand out and the lightning dragon went smaller. Then it disappeared like a bubble that popped. "Half dimension" He then twisted his hand and space followed.
Everything in his line of sight started to shrink. And if the attack is completed, those affected will get halved. "You're pretty good." The air vibrated and they both started to accumulate honkai energy. "Wait, wait! Stop!" Kallen shouted and they both looked at her.
"Hah, what the hell are you doing here Kallen?" x2, they spoke in unison. And then the clone disappeared, Ein releasing the energy to maintain it. "Ummm, I heard from Sakura that you were strong, I didn't know you were that strong." She witnessed a cataclysmic battle, and it entered her mind that because she was in the east, he might be the apostle that they were looking for.
"So? You want to be the very best or something? Become the pokemon master and capture them all, or in your case. Save the world?" She gasped. He read her like a book, he had a hunch that she was one of those.
"Do you know our oath? It is our duty to protect the weak and fight evil in this world. So can you please train and teach me?" She spoke with great emotions and she thought he would be moved by the Kaslana creed.
"Uhhh... It doesn't work like that Kallen, sorry to burst your bubble. What if I refused to help you? It is your family's creed right? So I'm actually not obligated to help you. What then? Go and storm the place where you stole that box to help the unfortunate, get captured and die a dog's death. Then you will be forgotten as time continues to flow, Kallen Kaslana will be remembered not as a martyr and savior, but a heretic that stole something important from the church, the end. Not even able to save a single soul."
She flinched. He hit everywhere that hurts, and worst of all. She just met him, it was like he knew her for a long time. "It would be fine if you were doing it for yourself, but you wouldn't. And will you be happy if you did it?"
She immediately thought that she would. "Yes! It is the Kaslana creed! We die, but never yield. I'll gladly give my life away to protect the ones that need it!" She prided herself as a true Kaslana.
"See, you won't be glad. because you're dead, idiot. And if you do succeed, then you'll probably be incapacitated or wounded enough that you can't do it again. Isn't your creed wrong? Shouldn't it be I'll never die and yield. And we will protect this world from evil. Because what if the last of you guys die, then evil reigns." She can't rebut against it and was forced to rethink her oath.
"That's... Then what's your belief then if you think mine is so wrong?" She took an L hard and lashed out on him. "My belief Kallen? Is to kill anything and everything that stands on your way to true happiness. Especially in this world, if somebody or something is bothering you. Then that means you aren't using enough violence. If it ain't working, then you're missing something. Find it, and tear them apart, limb from limb. Worked out for me so far, nothing is perfect anyway. So of course there will be exceptions." He shrugged and she just looked at him, aghast.
"Wh-what? You'd murder anyone who gets in your way?" She asked just to be sure. "Yup, pretty much. Why stand in someone's way in the 1st place? Let them do their thing and just advise them, if they don't listen and you want to stop them. Then you should prepare for conflict." He said casually and Kallen started to sweat from his simple but brutal creed.
"Then. Then what if it was someone important to you?" She thought that he will definitely not be able to answer this. "Then you beat them up until they can't get up. Break their legs, arms, spine. If they're still alive, then that's good enough, I can just heal them up again. It works because I am privileged to be able to Kallen, unlike you. The strong can do what they want, and everyone follows. You don't have that luxury Kallen, you feel alone in your endeavors right?"
She nodded and gritted her teeth. Silently agreeing with him, because if she was that strong. Then Schicksal won't have the choice to oppose her creed in the 1st place. "What should I do then!? The people I've sworn to protect suffer every day... They die of hunger, disease. Extorted by the church and succumb to poverty! My best friend lied to me, betrayed me even. But what can I do? I'm far away from home and there's nothing that will change even if I return." She cried while speaking. Frustrated and lost, her purpose and dream felt unreachable.
"Well, is that your real dream? To save the world from pain and suffering? How about yourself? You said it yourself, that's your Kaslana oath. You lack individuality, only you can forge your own path. And the 1st step, is to create realistic goals girl. You can't even help Europe, what more of the world. I already tried that and it won't make you happy at all."
He put some of his memories of mass slaughter, killing every honkai beast in sight. Then the titanic battles with the herrschers which scared her stiff. It was god like, and whole landscapes changed from their clashes.
"Is that... Is that really what we will have to fight? I've been the legendary captain of the valkyrie order for quite some time now... And none of us can fight those, even if we wield the relics from the past." She could only shiver from even thinking of fighting a herrscher. While hordes of honkai beasts attacked, even multiple emperor class appeared in droves and groups. She started to realize how insignificant her existence was in protecting the world.
"Well? Do you really have what it takes to become that strong? To bear the weight of the world on your shoulders? The responsibility of billions of people all over the world, you can't even comprehend the amount of lives can you?" He tested her resolve, Ein thought that Kallen would be a good agent to enforce peace as a public figure of his future company and organization.
"I... If I can't do it, then who can? That's who Kallen Kaslana will be, the strongest one. And the one who can save this world! So please! I'll do anything! Help me overcome my weakness." She bowed to him and he smirked.
"Well, what's in it for me? You've got to bring something to the table Kallen. You must've forgot the natural law of the world? I give you something, you return that back with what I deem acceptable." Kallen did forget and started to get anxious.
"Ein. I told you, I can do anything! So please help me." He was getting tired of it and she is so stubborn, so he went in for the finisher. Going to her back and hugging her waist and shoulders, he whispered to her ears. "Hmm~ even if what I want is your luscious body?" He bit her earlobe and sent electricity directly on her nerves.
"Hmmm!" She was surprised and started to pant. 'I must give everything for what I want. And besides, he must be a good man at heart.' "Then I am yours to take, please just train and teach me until I can protect the world." She started to get red and was embarrassed, because his touch felt amazing. But he sighed and separated himself from her.
"Okay then, you're so stubborn you know that? Let me scan your body 1st so I can give the best training regimen." He put a hand on her head and mapped out her entire anatomy. But he found an ICHOR, and it was from Parvati.
"Wait a god damned minute. Open your eyes and look at me." His eyes turned to slits and Kallen's blue orbs were mesmerized by his draconic eyes. "I knew it... You're a descendant of Kevin!" He couldn't believe it, another big coincidence that was as big as seeing Sakura's and Rin's reincarnations.
"Kevin Kaslana? There aren't anyone with that name in our family though." He sighed and dismissed her words with his hands. "Well, he was my comrade you can say. You're pretty lucky Kallen, because I can do this." He inserted 2 fingers on her back and chest.
She gasped and was horrified, she then calmed down when she didn't feel any pain, just some uncomfortable movement inside her body. "Ummm, Ein. What are you doing? It's honestly scaring me."
"Shhh! Can't you see I'm working woman? Wait and you'll know." He then completely recombined the ICHOR of Parvati to her genes. And fortunately, it was pretty easy as she also had a stigmata. The stigmata also prevented her body temperature to fall down below zero, only at room temp.
"What changed?" She asked, feeling a surge of energy in her body that wasn't there. Her skin then started to turn blue and her eyes became slits as well. "Wh-what!" Her voice was also inhuman.
"You're now one of the 14 flame chasers Kallen, humanity's strongest warriors. Though you're weak as hell compared to your ancestor. No worries, I'll turn you into a killing machine!" She smiled wryly at his enthusiasm. "No thank you."
"Come on, you won't kill anybody for real." He rolled his eyes and she laughed. "I'll make you and Sakura a weapon. A weapon to surpass metal gear!" Kallen could already kill anything in the franchise at this point. But weapons complete the look.
"So, what do you use?" She thought long and hard about it, but of course. Kaslana's use the gun kata best. "Hand guns and probably a sword." He then began designing it in his head.
"Hmmm, how about twin rail guns that would fire bullets made from neutron stars, and should it contain anti matter inside. Explosive and incendiary rounds are always welcome. Oh, your sword should be rebellion. I'll teach you the swordmaster, royal guard, trickster, and quicksilver styles." He'll make her a souped up Dante. And it will be glorious, Kevin would be so jealous that he will impart the forbidden moves.
"I don't know what that is. But I'm pretty sure that I'll be stronger. So let us begin! Please, pretty please!" She was excited and begged him to start their training.
"Little too excited ain't cha? Go call Sakura 1st, and deactivate your genes or everybody will call you an evil god or something." She imagined her powers being toned down and her honkai features receded. Going back to Sakura's house Kallen ran faster than ever.
"Hmm, that bastard Kevin seems to have adopted a last name. I also need one, how about... Aesir. Yes, it fits just right and I'll kinda make a pantheon, how about the power rangers? Or Ein and friends, certainly beats Mei's MANTIS. Sounds evil and too insecty." He then saw Kallen pulling Sakura with her, a huge smile on her face.
