Chapter 263: Side Story 50: Dio Brando And The Sun
While the devils restored the school, because apparently. They still have classes tomorrow, Sirzechs and Serafall appeared after everything was done.
"So-tan! Were you hurt!? Did the fallen angels give you a boo boo!? I'll definitely declare war on the fallen right this instant if they hurt you!" Serafall patted Sona all over. Even though she got stronger, she still doesn't have that much experience in things.
"Nee-sama... Please don't declare war. And we're fine, the only one that has injuries is Issei-san. And it's because he fought the white dragon emperor." Sona rolled her eyes and has grown weary of Serafall's siscon tendencies.
"Mou, what are you talking about!? Of course I'd wage a war! I'll have Roygun-chan backing me up! We'll definitely kill all the fallen angels if they hurt you!" Serafall huffed and Sona got nervous. Thinking that was most likely not a lie.
"Sirzechs, Serafall. Such a coincidence meeting you here." Gabriel gave a wry smile and she whistled innocently.
"This is all your fault! That guy Koko balls won't go here if you could have just not let them steal the Excalibur fragments!" Serafall pointed her wand at Gabriel and she apologized.
"Sorry, sorry. But there seems to be some desertion and power struggles in Grigori. Sirzechs, Serafall. I think we need to seal the deal quickly." Gabriel had a serious expression and the Satans nodded.
"You're right, if we don't make this public. Then we'll definitely have some more problems. If the alliance of the three biblical factions is known to the races, then they'll be more quiet." Sirzechs sighed and their sisters went wide eyed.
"Nii-sama. You mean, the three factions are already in an informal alliance?" Rias was quite surprised and Sona looked at Serafall for answers too.
"Well yes, we're all in terrible shape. The devils are the ones with the best condition right now. And that will cause some friction. Some unsavory people will be dissatisfied if the grass is greener on the other side after all. Wars have been waged for less." Sirzechs gave a wry smile.
"Yeah, we can't risk another war. The underworld will definitely win. But a lot of civilians and soldiers are going to die. Wars aren't won with just strategic fighters like Roygun-chan and us super devils. Regular soldiers still have to fight." Serafall gave a sigh and Gabriel winced. As she knew that the underworld will definitely body them with 4 super devils.
"So, Rias. We've actually decided to do the meeting here. With the red dragon emperor here and Ein-sama's group as well. Can we extend an invitation to you?" Sirzechs asked Ein and he nodded with a shrug.
"Fine by me, but we're an independent faction. We don't do alliances, so don't wrap us up with that. We absorb entire factions, not create one." Ein gave a chuckle and they got nervous.
"Oh yeah, by the way. Heaven is owned by Ein-sama's faction now... I forgot about that." Gabriel dropped a bomb on the devils and they gasped.
"What!? When did that happen?" Serafall pouted at him and Ein laughed. "Ohh, that. I wanted to make some changes to the boosted gear. I can do it myself and brute force it. But I wanted to see Yahweh's system. So I just took it for myself, no big deal." Ein gave a nonchalant smile and they weren't even surprised anymore.
Sirzechs knew, but Serafall was drowning in work due to her idol work and procrastination. Basically ditching work every time she had the chance.
"G-Gabriel-sama... Is it true that God is dead?" Irina asked with a shaky voice and Gabriel gave a deep frown.
"Yes... Father passed during the war." Gabriel gave it to her straight and Irina fainted from the shock. "Woah, she's definitely affected a lot by that." Issei caught her and was feeling complicated. Knowing that his childhood friend was an exorcist now.
"So god is dead... What will we do now? Is everything a lie?" Xenovia was having an existential crisis and Gabriel didn't know what to do.
"Xenovia-san, do you know our lord and savior, Ein-sama? He has given me so much hope and happiness. I believe that the father Yahweh definitely would've approved of him as Heaven's inheritor." Asia gave a warm smile and Ein's eyebrows twitched at Asia's recruitment spiel.
"You're right... Jeanne-san and Artoria-san are also following him. He must be the lord's spiritual successor." Xenovia nodded in understanding and Ein thought that they didn't understand anything at all.
"Ahem... That's certainly, interesting. But Rias, we'll conduct the alliance meeting here next week after school, okay?" Sirzechs teleported back to the underworld with Serafall who was grumbling about more work.
"Goodbye Ein-sama. And Asia, Xenovia. Please do encourage Irina so she won't lose hope." Gabriel bowed and she returned to heaven.
"This is a mess, so that's why Irina moved out when we were kids. And I thought that she was a boy too." Issei understood now and sighed.
"Hah, we should just retire for the day. Creating that spoon was hard you know?" Ein smirked at Bayonetta and she was still a bit upset that he trolled her.

At the time of the meeting. Michael already arrived at the venue, Sirzechs and Serafall were there too. Representing the underworld.
"Sorry for being late, I had to break it to the organization that Kokabiel died from a stab with a spoon." Azazel explained and sat down on his seat.
After a few minutes, they felt space rip open and Ein entered while carrying Kunou on his shoulders. And Ophis was in his arms like a plushie. Yasaka as well as Amaterasu came with them as well.
"Yo, this here's my representative. Amaterasu-chan, she really likes doujins you know?" Ein introduced her and she blushed like a tomato.
Amaterasu then pinched him on the side and coughed. "Ahem, let us start the meeting please." The sun goddess pretended that nobody heard him.
"So, Azazel. What do you have to say about your subordinate's actions. He would've definitely killed Rias or Sona if they weren't strong enough." Serafall started the meeting with a tough question.
"Sorry about that, but Kokabiel acted on his own. You could clearly know that by the amount of people he had. Grigori didn't sanction his actions. Besides, Vali here was around the area and was prepared to take Kokabiel away if things got dicey. Though he got killed in the end." Azazel sighed and the devils couldn't refute that.
Azazel might be a perv that fell because he asked a human to have sex with him by the order of god. But he was still the leader of the fallen angels and knew how to not be pinned.
"Azazel is correct, Gabriel was also there so she would've definitely done something if things come to shove." Michael supported Azazel and the devils gave up on it.
They talked more about the finer things of the alliance and decided to ask Ein for opinions. "How about you, Ein-sama. Do you have anything to add to the alliance?" Michael asked with a smile and Ein thought about it for a moment.
"Hey, if you guys want to buy some goods I'm selling some for a very fair price." Ein smiled at them and he would be creating another Aesir corp. there.
But the resources would be coming from Ningguang. All the various industrial worlds and aggri worlds in 40k would supply their shelves. Basically robbing the factions for free.
"Tora here will be my proxy. We also sell some potions, Phenex tears are overrated anyways." Ein shrugged and Tora got stars in her eyes.
"Un! Thanks dad, I'll definitely rob them clean!" Tora cheered and Ein patted her head. The faction leaders gave wry smiles, but everyone needs something.
"Wait, before we adjourn. How about you, Vali. You're the white dragon emperor. You'll definitely impact the world." Azazel asked and Vali snorted.
"As long as there are strong opponents to fight. Then that's fine with me." Vali shrugged and Azazel looked at Issei with interest.
"How about you, Issei-kun. You're his counterpart as one of the heavenly dragons. Got anything to say?" Azazel eyed him curiosly and Issei closed his eyes.
"As long as I live a fulfilling life. Then I will be content, though everything that's a hindrance to that will be my enemy." Issei announced and nodded in satisfaction of the thought of having a nice and relaxing life with a wife and a family.
"There you have it, I guess we're done he-" Azazel was about to adjourn the meeting. But the venue exploded and the Satans erected a barrier.
A magic circle of the Leviathan clan appeared in the sky and a brown haired woman went through. "Serafall, fake Lucifer, Azazel, and Michael. I don't think so. The three factions of the bible should be opposed to each other."
She was a part of the old Satan faction and thought that devils were the supreme beings of course. With their typical bigotry and arrogance.
"Katerea Leviathan, you really just barge in here and think that we're a push over?" Azazel snorted at the woman.
"Hmph, a filthy crow like you? That's pretty obvious, no?" Katerea mocked and Azazel sighed. Numerous magic circles then appeared and tons of magicians came in. Magic arrows, projectiles, spells, they kept on throwing it like candy.
"So you came prepared, Katerea? But aren't you a bit weak to be that arrogant?" Sirzechs eyed her and Azazel stepped up.
"I'll handle this, that little girlie over there is a bit too in her head." Azazel went outside the barrier and floated up in the sky with his 12 pairs of jet black wings.
"Hmm, small fry. But I guess they are enough for some exercise." Vali exited the barrier as well and used his balance breaker. Killing the magicians that kept on coming like flies.
"I guess I can't make him do all the work." Issei shrugged and entered his scale mail as well. Throwing balls of dragon energy at the enemies like a DBZ character.
"Nii-sama, let us take care of the small fry." Rias gestured for her peerage to come with her and Sona followed suit.
When they got out of the barrier, tons of spells were immediately thrown at them. One Gasper Vladi stepped up and did a Jojo pose.
"Muda! Za warudo!" He activated his sacred gear, forbidden valor view. Stopping every attack that was in his sight. Frozen in time.
Akeno took out a bag of coins and they got coated by her lightning. She then began supercharging them and like a machine gun, coins that were travelling at dozens of kilometers per second pelted the magicians. Killing tons of them.
Gasper then took out a lot of knives and started throwing them at the magicians. "Wryyyyy! Muda Muda Muda Muda!" He closed his eyes and deactivated his sacred gear. The knives hitting the magicians in fatal spots, killing tons of them instantly.
"Magicians of the terrorists. You are now dead!" Gasper shouted out and slowly walked back, completing his attack.
"Gasper really changed a lot, huh?" Rias gave a wry smile and Akeno chuckled. "Un, Ga-kun is not a wimp now." Koneko commented as she threw pieces of buildings around as projectiles.
"Hah, I guess I should do my part too." Rias used her susanoo that's made of power of destruction and they wreaked havoc at the enemy lines.
Meanwhile, Azazel scoffed at Katerea and took out a golden spearhead with a violet gem. "Look at your mooks getting slaughtered. Why don't you run back to where you came from?"
"Hmph, as if I should fear defeat from the likes of you." Katerea took out a black snake from a jar and put it in her mouth. She then gained a significant power up.
"Ahhh, oopsie. That was one of my snakes from back then." Ophis gave a pretty lackdaisical gasp and kept on drinking her milk tea.
"Yare yare, you're clearly underestimating me. I guess we should do this, Fafnir. Balance breaker." Azazel was covered in light and he donned a golden armor that was similar to the scale mail of Boosted gear and divine dividing.
"Woah, I can feel Fafnir's presence from that guy. Pretty weird." Siegfried furrowed his brows and felt a similar aura to the dragon he slaid. But it was kind of different.
"This is quite the chaotic place, numerous things are similar, but not quite the same. Ein-sama, can I show them my archery?" Karna asked for permission and Ein nodded.
"Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to show everyone my hard earned skills at the bow." Karna bowed and took out a bow made out of fire.
"Brahmastra Kundala!" Karna used his noble phantasm and the weaker servants were panicking.
"Shit! Shit! Everybody take cover!" Mordred shouted out and they began shielding theirselves. Karna released his arrow and the fiery projectile went through anything in a straight line. But then its flames erupted erasing everything in the trajectory in a blaze.
"Celsius cross trigger!" Serafall had to use the sea serpent of the end and her ice magic to create a barrier. Or everything in front of the arrow would burn to cinders.
"Fuck! You guys are crazy! We don't need you to fight you know?" Serafall sweated as that was just one attack from Karna. And he was about to fire more.
"Ein-sama, should I continue?" Karna asked and Ein thought about it for a second. "Eh, just let them fight for now. Amazing skills though, Karna." Ein gave him a thumbs up and Karna nodded in satisfaction.
Serafall and Sirzechs sighed in relief. "Sike! Karna, use Vijaya, I give you permission!" Ein shouted out and Karna raised his hands in the air.
"Foul terrorists, you come here with the intention of an ambush. For this transgression, you will taste the flames of the sun." Karna took out his other noble phantasm as the archer class. The divine bow of victory that was made by Vishvakarma.
He pulled on the bow and aimed it at the sky. A blinding light shone as Karna let loose an arrow of pure light.
The sky was illuminated, as if the sun has shone at noon. The world was blinded by light and its rays bathed everyone beneath it.
"The bright rays of the sun shine upon the world to give it life! With this one arrow, victory is absolute, as I declare! Vijaya!" The light in the sky converged into condensed balls of energy and everything went silent.
"Damn." Serafall, Sirzechs, and Michael just stared at the sky and Ein laughed at them. Suddenly, the battlefield was bathed by light as trillions upon trillions of lasers fell from the sky. Every beam embodies the heat of the sun.
The barrage didn't just stop there, every time it hit the ground. A burst of flames like nuclear warheads exploded and vaporized everything in its radius.
The earth trembled and destruction fell from the sky like rain. If Ein didn't protect the area, then apocalyptic disasters would definitely befall their part of the planet and erase the civilization shortly after.
"Whew, damn son. That was quite amazing." Ein whistled and the other servants nodded. With Gilgamesh wondering why didn't Karna use Vijaya against him.
"Wow, your servants are quite ridiculous Ein. Fighting that guy would be troublesome." Bayonetta was really impressed and thought that battling Karna would be very difficult.
The magicians got erased from existence, but Ein protected Katerea so Azazel could continue his fight. "Go on then, don't mind us. Just sweeping the trash around here." Ein gestured for them to begin fighting and they just stared at him like he was crazy.
"Ahhh, Ein-sama. I don't think anyone would want to fight after that." Sirzechs gave a wry smile and Serafall pinched his side.
Katerea then thought she would definitely die there. So she clung to Azazel's arm with her arms turning into tentacles. Intent on suicide bombing to take the leader of the Grigori with her at least.
"Tch, what an unpleasant woman. Taking advantage of that terrifying attack. I guess an arm's good enough for you." Azazel created a spear of light and took off his arm.
He then threw it like a javelin at Katerea's head and killed her as she turned into dust because of the light element's effectiveness against devils.
"Hah, come on Vali. Let's get out of here, your old man's injured you know?" Azazel exited his balance breaker and beckoned for Vali to let the others clean up.
But he suddenly got slugged by Vali. "So, this is your answer, huh? Vali." Azazel sighed, massaging his temples. He knew that he would go on his own someday, but not like that.
"What's the meaning of this, white dragon emperor?" Sirzechs squinted his eyes at Vali and he floated up in the sky.
"Sorry, Azazel. But peace isn't just for me. I'll be limited in fighting people. And with warriors like that. I don't wanna miss a fight." Vali pointed at Karna and unveiled his 5 pairs of devil wings. Which only the original Lucifer and his descendants had.
"W-what? He's a Lucifer?" Serafall was surprised and Sirzechs furrowed his brows.
"That's right, I Vali Lucifer will take matters to my own hands. Issei Hyoudou, you better become better when we fight again. Because I will be much stronger." Vali disappeared as he teleported and Issei thought things will be more interesting.
"So... Anyone wants to go have dinner and watch some movies tonight?" Ein asked and the servants raised their hands. Amaterasu also came with and Serafall wanted to go.
"You can't Sera, we need to go back to the underworld." Sirzechs pinched her ear and she cried as she couldn't get a nice long break.
