Chapter 22: Gathering of Old Blood
It has been a week since Ei secluded herself in the Plane of Euthymia. Inazuma as a whole has been nothing but peaceful, especially after Sara delivered the visions I made.
The visions I manufactured with the help of my research of the delusions and the confirmation I got from the traveler, are more of a Mystic Code or a weapon of sorts. It helps with the gathering of energy from the surroundings, and simplified it like how the original visions worked.
The natives of Teyvat have the ability to control the elements in the first place. From the moment they are born, they have access to it but not control. They are blessed by the world to be more proficient at one element, rarer cases being more like that kid Kazuha and the Harbingers of the Tsaritsa.
The Tsaritsa definitely knows about it for sure, since she's been gathering those who are talented and have visions already, then gave them delusions to control their secondary element. The Archons do not possess the ability to grant visions, because if they can, what is stopping them from giving it to their army? Then where do visions come from?
Like I said earlier, they already have the ability to control it. More on the element they are blessed with, and it matures through time, even if they don't notice it. And it would appear when they most needed it, like how heroes awaken while in a pinch. Of course, there are cases where their control reaches maturity, and it just suddenly appears.
But it has always been the ability that comes first, not the vision. They witness the awakening of their element, before looking around them and finding a vision, which takes me to a conclusion. Visions are most likely given by Celestia to hide the fact that the natives of Teyvat have the ability to control the elements, which keeps the power of this world to the minimum.
The visions started appearing during the Archon War, so they should have started this plan back then. We supernaturals like the yokais, already possess the ability to use the elements, something I believed happened with our higher affinity with the world.
So when the visions appeared we didn't care about it. Noticing that it helped with our control, we decided to just leave it as a decoration. After talking with myself for a while, the person I'm waiting for finally arrived.
"It worked perfectly Lu! I even feel stronger than ever before!" Someone shouted and immediately hugged me.
"That's because you never actually used the gnosis before! If you did, I have no doubt that my beautiful wife can reach that Geo Archon's level!" I exclaimed as I responded to her hug. Not bothering to even ask for her permission, this time, I did my usual thing.

'It definitely worked well as she's nearing grand level potential! But what decides a grand is their skill, not their parameters. If she wanted to get to that level, then she needed to improve her swordsmanship to that crazy samurai's ability with the blade.' I thought for a bit while observing the differences, before handing it to the delighted Ei.
"But there's no way I'll use something made by those bastards above. So everything of this is because of you husband~." She said, then got closer to me for my reward.
"Not now Ei, I prepared a surprise for you." I said as I stopped what she's doing.
"I'm sure you will love it Ei. Don't worry, we have a lot of time for that later. Now close your eyes for me." I suggested with a reassuring smile, to the pouting archon.
"Un." With those words, she trusted me and closed her eyes. I simply did my thing and teleported us somewhere.

"You can open it now Ei." I said to the nervous yet excited girl. She opened her eyes and immediately got stunned, after the two people in front of her. Tears started running down her eyes, as she made her move.
"Sister! Makoto! You're alive?!" She exclaimed, as the twins hugged each other in tears. I only moved to hug the other one, to not leave her out of the reunion.
"It has been a while Orihime, or should I say Kazari now?!" I said with a teasing tone while hugging the teary girl.
"You really didn't change did you?! Always with these annoying pranks of yours! I came here just earlier, barely even recognizing Makoto.... I'm back Sasayuri." Orihime ranted, before returning my hug. After a few silent moments, somebody finally said something.
"Yes, I'm back Ei. You don't know how surprised I am when somebody suddenly entered my own Plane of Euthymia, the place where you hid my remnants." Makoto explained with a smile, then looked at me.
"You're one to talk, when you suddenly asked me to plant some weird seed! I don't remember the time I became a farmer! Well, at least you recognized my new form easily, unlike your twin sister!" I retorted loudly, before teasing the silent Ei.
"Anyone would be confused when they see you! Your aura and personality might not change, but your appearance did greatly!" The kitsune said as she separated from me, and scanned my new look.
"What do you mean I changed?! Aren't I still the handsome man I am from before?!" I exclaimed, while the three just gave me those looks.
"Ehem! I know you didn't ask Ei, but since you already met her then I don't need to hide it. The reason why that new gnosis went really well is because your sister gave her divinity to it, while I helped her get a new body." I changed the topic and turned to Ei.
"Ehhh?! Why did you do that Makoto?!" Ei asked worriedly, to the now somewhat human old god.
"It's fine Ei, I don't really need those powers right now, and I never really like fighting. You need it more than me since I don't experience erosion with this new body, and I can still help you manage Inazuma while in this form anyway." Makoto said, calming her sister's anxiety.
'A homunculi, product of science and magecraft. Creating the body is the easy part, transferring the soul being the hard one. But with a god's soul combined with my latest experience in it, with the visions and the gnosis, it's no doubt a success.' I thought, before turning to Orihime.
"I'll prepare yours later Orihime, you lost a lot of your power right? Then I need to slowly and carefully prepare it." I said to the kitsune, while she only nodded in response.
"Now now, let's save the reunion for later! We are still missing one member and I require your help for it...." I exclaimed with a wry smile.
"I visited her from time to time once I found her, but we never really talked long. Her body is pale, and it's as if she's only hanging there with a thread." Ei said solemnly.
"I went to her stealthily whenever I'm free , after I found her. She's been having nightmares normally, so I helped her with it secretly. I don't even know how she's still fine." I replied to the others.
"That's because I told her I would bring you back one time when I visited, and saw her unconscious on the floor. After that, Chiyo's been trying her best to wait for you." Ei answered to my confusion.
"Then it's more the reason to talk to her right now! We should hurry up!" Makoto exclaimed with worry and determination. We only nodded in response, and I did my thing.
