Chapter 3: Chapter 003 : Welcome to Naruto World
My eyelids felt extremely heavy. I struggled very hard to open my eyes but couldn't. After some time I started hearing voices and after some more time I could see a faint light in front of me.

(3rd POV)
A woman can be seen wailing in pain on the bed and the doctor and nurses who are present there are extremely busy.
"Move your hands quickly, otherwise we will lose both mother and child", shouted the doctor at the nurses who were aiding him in the operation.
The name of the woman who is lying on the bed is Sima Senju. Though she is from the Senju clan who are known for their strong body and huge chakra, she always had a very weak constitution which made it impossible for her to become a ninja. Few months ago her husband died during a mission which took a toll on her mind and made her even more weak. The doctors are extremely careful during this particular operation because of her lineage. Yes, the Senju clan. According to recent gossips in the village the Senju clan has suffered great casualties during the last war and is on the brink of extinction. The situation is extremely critical because just for this child's birth the Third Hokage personally came to the hospital and is waiting outside. Hence the doctor didn't dared to make any mistake.
After the operation the doctor was successful in saving the child but the mother who was originally very weak couldn't bear the child birth and passed away but she named her child in her last moments.
(Aizen's POV)
Suddenly someone slapped my butt and a strong pain ran through my body and I started crying.
'Damn it hurts like hell!!'
After crying for a while I stopped and looked around. I saw a beautiful black-haired woman who seems to be extremely frail kindly smiling at me.
"My dear son, sorry mother can't stay with you and watch you grow but you need to stay strong and become a splendid young man in the future. I and your father will be watching you from the heavens", she said in a trembling voice.
"Ma'am have you decided on your son's name?", the doctor asked.
"Yes, I and my husband when he was alive have thought about names for both son and daughter..... His name will be Aizen", she squeezed out the sentence with the last of her strength and then she stopped breathing.
Suddenly I felt a little dizzy and fell asleep.
I woke up from my sleep and remembered what happened.
I didn't have much emotional fluctuation for the death of my new mother as I have my previous life memories and from my point of view she was a stranger.
'Hmm.. Where am I right now?', I looked around.
It seems while I was asleep someone brought me to a house. I am not sure whose house this is because I know that I am an orphan in this world too so it wouldn't be my parent's. While I was thinking this the door of the room opened and a blonde-haired girl with a huge chest entered. I recognized her from a single glance. This girl is the grand-daughter of Hashirama Senju, a future Sannin and the future Fifth Hokage, Tsunade Senju.
(Tsunade's POV)
As soon as I returned from my mission I went to the Hokage's office to submit the report and take my reward. While I was counting the money I got from the mission and thinking whether or not to go to a gambling den an Anbu appeared in front of me.
"Tsunade-sama, Hokage-sama ordered us to inform you that he is waiting for you in Konoha hospital"
The Anbu flickered away after relaying sensei's order. A frown appeared on my face.
'I just came back from a mission and he wants to meet me in the hospital. Did he prepared extra work for me', I thought and got angry. Nevertheless I went to Konoha hospital considering its the Hokage's order.
When I reached the hospital I saw sensei carrying a baby in his arms with a gloomy expression. I don't know why but I had a bad premonition about this whole situation so I walked quickly towards sensei and asked,
"Sensei why did you called me here just after I returned from my mission?"
Sensei looked at me with solemn eyes and said,
"Tsunade your aunt Sima-san passed away after giving birth"
Sensei's words were like thunder to my ears. In the recent few years I have already lost nearly my whole clan and family, only aunt Sima was there with me in the whole Senju compound. Though she was my aunt but in reality she was more like an older sister to me and now sensei is saying that she passed away!
When I was on the verge of tearing up sensei suddenly spoke,
"It is truly unfortunate that Sima-san died but she successfully gave birth to a healthy boy and named him Aizen during her last breath"
I rubbed my eyes and looked at the baby who was sleeping peacefully in sensei's arms. Just the thought that he turned into an orphan as soon as he was born was squeezing my heart dry.
'Why is fate so cruel? What did this child do to deserve such a loss just after his birth', was the thought that came to my mind when I saw the delicate face of the child. I made up in my mind that I will do my best in bringing him up and never let him feel that he is an orphan.
"Don't worry sensei, I will raise Aizen and make sure he never feels the lack of parents", I said resolutely and took the Aizen carefully from sensei's arms and head towards the Senju compound.
"No, I will not let him die. I failed to save my other clan members but I will not lose Aizen too. He is the only family I have left", I said while shaking my head.
I reached home placed him on an old cradle which was present in one of the storage rooms and went towards kitchen to see if there is any milk or not for feeding him. When I got back to the room I saw that Aizen was already awake and staring at me. My expression softened and I head toward him.
(Aizen's POV)
As Tsunade head towards me I had already guessed that I am in her house. It seems that while I was asleep she brought me here to take care of me. While I was thinking this a voice suddenly rang in mind,
