Chapter 8: Date...
It has been a year since my first match, life in America wasn't bad, since i was in America in my last life...haha.
We've lost some games while won other while I Myself, Akuma, My name has been growing steadily...
" Devil. "
Only one word they used to describe Akuma, no other was needed, even if his stats only say 14ppg. Those points destroyed teams, destroyed spirits, won games, it was all that was needed.
If he goes in, just pray, there's nothing else you can do. You can put the whole team on him and instead of passing to the open teammates he would break everybodys ankles and lazily score a bucket. As if he was mocking them all, at first they thought he was a joker, someone trying to show off, but they couldn't have been more wrong.
His relationship with Sophia grew a bit as now they were really close, Akuma didn't want to date someone, atleast not now. He knew Sophia liked him, unless she fully confesses then he might date her, not out of pity ofcourse as he does like her too.
But i think that day came sooner than expected?
" Want to go on a date Akuma? " Sophia asked with a bright smile while hugging Akumas arm.
Akuma was a little shocked but still replied.
" Sure, i don't go on dates so don't expect much. " as they kept moving along the park they first genuinely met.
" Where should we meet up at? " Sophia asked.
" Mcdonalds. " Akuma said plainly.
" haha, what did i expect? " Sophia said while sighing.
" I want a Frappe or coke before going on a date. " Akuma said to which Sophia facepalmed herself.
" How long do you think the date will last Akuma? " Sophia asked genuinely curious.
" The whole day?..." Akuma stopped while replying not really sure why he thought it would last the whole day.
" Oh? You did say you never went to dates...i thought we would go to dinner or something." Sophia said.
" Well, only going to eat sounds boring and awkward since you know, i don't usually talk much...To be honest anything could be called a date, as long as you're with someone. Being together right now walking around could be called a date...anyways what time is it? " Akuma said but when he turned to look at Sophia she was shocked i even knew any of that as she was like :0.
Akuma annoyed flicked her head " Wake up " He said.
" Ow, that hurt meany. " Sophia replied rubbing her forehead.
" Yeah yeah, lets go. Since we have time we can go eat. " To which Sophia quickly hugged Akumas arm with a bright smile as they left the park
Arriving at a random restaurant Sophia hesitated to enter, because you know, it was the most expensive restaurant in the fucking city.
" A-Are you s-sure?" Sophia asked hugging Akumas arm hard as she was really nervous.
Arriving at the entrance there was a big line already so Sophia didn't want to wait for a long time but didn't show any sign of annoyance as she just wanted to be with Akuma. But unexpectedly before they walked to the back of the line some shouted.
" Yo, Boss. " A bodyguard called out Akuma.
Akuma turned around as he noticed who he was, Akuma has come here some times when he was bored and randomly picked somewhere to eat.
" Oh, hey loser that i saved." Akuma said which made the bodyguards eye twitch.
This bodyguard almost got fired for belittling Akuma, since the bosses knew his dad, but Akuma told them that its fine, letting him keep his job.
" You don't have to remind me every time you know? Anyways why are you walking tot he back of the line? " The bodyguard asked.
" To wait? " Akuma asked confused.
Sophia was just in the side like a little puppy or kid watching his owner/dad talk to someone they don't know.
" Why do you always do that? You know you can just walk in right? " The bodyguard asked.
" Oh, well. I keep forgetting. " Akuma said plainly making it sound like a joke.
" Sigh, so is this your girlfriend or something? " the bodyguard asked.
Sophia quickly got out of her weird state to reply.
" N-Yes!" Akuma was gonna say no but Sophia shouted over him, Akuma looked at her for a bit making Sophia look to the side avoiding eye contact out of embarrasment.
" Sigh " Akuma sighed as he turned back to look at the bodyguard who was confused.
" Yeah, you can say that." Akuma said making Sophia slightly happy.
' So close but so far. Atleast he didn't say no. ' Sophia thought with a smile.
" Follow me. " the bodyguard said to which Sophia and Akuma silently followed.
Soon arriving to the penthouse Sophia was extremely shocked.
Slowly climbing every floor as the scene just got richer and richer and richer.
Sophia was flabbergasted as she looked at Akuma.
' He's so oblivious but so amazing. ' Sophia sighed.
' I know what she's thinking, im not oblivious, i just don't care. This can count as a test in a way, will she break into a gold digger? ' Akuma thought as he went to sit down with Sophia at a table.
" So what would you like? " A waiter soon came.
" The same as usual please. " Akuma said waiting for Sophia to order.
' Hm, i wonder if they have burgers? ' Sophia thought while looking through the menu.
[ 1,500, 2,000, 1,250, 1,000 ]
' Wtf are these prices. ' Sophia thought while not having the courage to even pick one.
Seeing this made Akuma smile as he got his answer.
" Order the food but make the bodyguard eat it, put it on my card. We'll be leaving. " Akuma said to which the waiter nodded as Akuma grabbed Sophias hand and started leaving.
" W-What happened? Did i ruin dinner? " Sophia asked worried.
" No you didn't, let's just go somewhere more comfortable. " Akuma said with a genuine smile making Sophia blush and silently follow him.
Soon after they arrived at Mcdonalds as Sophia was eating a double cheese burger with fries and a coke, Akuma getting a simple Ice cream with a coke so he can silently watch her eat, nothing weird you weirdos.
Sophia was too busy eating that she forgot Akuma was with her when she looked up she saw Akuma just watching her eat with a calm face while drinking his soda. Sophia got really red embarrassed, seeing her only having her coke left that she had already drank some out of, she picked it up and pointed it at him.
" Want some? " She offered avoiding contact as it was embarrassing and awkward.
' Is her embarrassment clouding her brain or something? Im literally already drinking...' Akuma thought while looking at Sophia with her head down and holding the soda close to him.
' Sigh, whatever. ' AKuma thought as he got closer and took a sip out of the straw.
Sophia looked up to Akuma drinking from her soda as she thought of only one thing.
' Inderect kiss ' As she blushed even more.
The day ending with Akuma taking her back home while Sophia hugged his arm like usual.
( A/N How was the chapter ? Good? Sorry there's still no action. I think we will have action next chapter. How is the relationship for y'all? Do y'all like it? Might make it a harem to sneak in taigas teacher, she's fucking hot. Ahem im just kidding, Okay? Kidding...Maybe.)
