Chapter 5: The Heiligh Kingdom.

Back to the topic, the Orcus Great Labyrinth mentioned previously is one of the Seven Great Labyrinths. An ancient synergist and one of the influential members of the Liberators named Oscar Orcus created it over 2,000 years ago.

Conquering this Great Labyrinth and clearing its trials grants the challengers one of the Ancient Magic called 'Creation Magic.'

Creation Magic holds the most significance in the creations of Artifacts, which are special magic tools with various effects and utilities.

People called those items Artifacts because no one in the modern era of the world of Tortus could create them anymore. It was because no one has the Creation Magic.

Even though no one has the Creation Magic anymore, many still try to recreate Artifacts. However, those ambitious people could only produce something lesser than Artifacts, called Magic Items.

Though those Magic Items were failures, they still became widespread in the modern era of the world of Tortus. However, compared to the Artifacts, Magic Items have far worse quality and efficiency.

Back to Rob and his dilemma, he had some advantages compared to the Hajime in the original story. However, he still hesitated to follow Hajime's hardcore path.

Rob couldn't help but hesitate. After all, he knew that Oscar Orcus created his Labyrinth as the hardest among the Seven Great Labyrinths.

Anyone who wants to obtain all Ancient Magic skills should challenge it last with the help of other Ancient Magic skills obtained from the other six Labyrinths!

In the end, Rob decided to save the topic for another time. 'Let's think about it later. After all, I haven't figured out the cheat power I get as an isekai protagonist,' he said to himself inwardly.

At the same time, Rob could see the bright light ahead of him. He and everyone else were almost at the exit.

Arriving outside the church, the sight of the blue sky and the endless wisps of white clouds bathed in the sunlight surprised the summoned heroes. Ishtar looked on proudly as they all gawked before urging them onward.

As they all made their way forward, they came upon a massive circular pedestal surrounded by a fence. They walked through an archway and stepped onto the pedestal.

Engraved within the stone floor was a large magic circle. On the other side of the fence lay a steep drop to the clouds below.

Most students huddled close to the center of the pedestal. However, they could not restrain their curiosity, so they timidly glanced around their surroundings.

As the summoned heroes looked around, Ishtar began to chant, "Faith is the key that opens the road to heaven - Celestial Path."

The magic circle began emitting a blinding light as he finished chanting. Then, the entire pedestal began gliding down toward the ground as if attached to some invisible cable.

It appeared that Ishtar's chant had been an activation signal of sorts. Meanwhile, the pedestal functioned like a fantasy cable car.

The students started clamoring in excitement as they saw their first display of magic. There was even an uproar when they all passed through the sea of clouds too.

Rob was also excited when he saw the first display of magic in his life. It finally sunk in his mind that he was in a world where magic was commonplace. 'I want to be able to use magic as well!'

Nevertheless, once they all arrived on the other side, the summoned heroes plus one body snatcher could finally make out the ground below.

Directly below was a small kingdom. A castle seemed to jut out of the mountainside, and a city spread outward in a circle.

It was their destination, the capital city of the Heiligh Kingdom.

The magical cable car seemingly ran from the Holy Church down to the roof of one of the castle's towers via some aerial pathway. Once the summoned heroes, the old priest, and Rob landed atop the royal palace, servants escorted them to the throne room.

They all passed by knights, butlers, maids, and others along the way. Everyone who passed them gazed at them with a mixture of awe and wonder. It seemed that most people in the castle were aware of who they were.

Rob could not help but feel anxious and annoyed. He was a somewhat shut-in weeb, so he disliked being the center of attention. Thankfully, people couldn't notice him due to his thin presence.

As Rob mentally thanked his thin presence for keeping him off the excessive attention of the castle dwellers, he followed everyone at the back of the entourage.

Soon, Rob and everyone else found themselves standing before a pair of massive double doors with numerous beautiful designs of engravings.

Two knights stood beside the door, one on each side. They soon announced the summoned heroes' arrival to whoever was waiting within, after which they swung the doors open without waiting for a reply.

Ishtar leisurely passed through the entrance, clearly at ease. All summoned heroes timidly followed Ishtar, except Kouki and his group.

As Rob saw the casualness of Kouki's group, he couldn't help but feel somewhat envious.

Anyway, a long red carpet stretched to the far wall inside the room. At the end of the room lay a magnificent throne.

Standing in front of the throne was a middle-aged man who radiated an aura of solemn dignity. He was the king of the Heiligh Kingdom, and he looked similar to how the anime depicted him.

Next to the king was a woman. When Rob saw her, he couldn't help but gape at her.

Her long hair, tied back in an elegant bun, was blonde and looked like threads made of gold, her fair skin was smooth and unblemished, and her face was neat and symmetrical.

Her blue eyes seemed as if they would suck your soul, her button-like nose looked perfect there, and her luscious pink lips made you want to ravish them. Her body was slender and busty with ample boobs, a slim waist, and 'thicc' thighs.

Even though it wasn't visible, Rob was sure that she had plump and shapely buttocks because she had such breedable hips.

Her lavish gown accentuated her arousing curves, wrapping them up snugly. She also gave off a mature charm that even the top-quality girls among the summoned heroes lacked.

'Wow! A hot MILF! Just my type!'

Rob couldn't help but shout inwardly. He was not ashamed to admit that he had a hard time tearing his gaze away from such a fine specimen. If not for his thin presence, everyone would see his inappropriate look towards her for sure.

Nevertheless, standing next to the queen were a little boy and a girl with blond hair. The boy, who was the younger of the two, seemed no more than ten years old. Meanwhile, the girl must have been around fourteen or fifteen.

The princess was such a lovely young lady with fair skin, glimmering blond hair tied back in a ponytail, and a young, attractive face. Her eyes were green, filled with determination and strong will, her small nose was cute as a button, and her lips were pink and lusciously glistening.

She wore a tiara on her head and a luxurious pink dress with a blooming skirt. Her dress also exposed her seemingly frail shoulders, which surprisingly could carry all the weight put there.

Overall, the princess was cute. However, Rob wasn't very interested in her because his interest was mainly in her more mature and seductive mother.

By the way, Rob noticed the princess' eye color. They were green, and he remembered she should have blue eyes like her mother in the novel.

As such, Kousuke concluded this world was following the anime, in which she had green eyes.

Putting that aside, let's ignore the little prince and move on.

On the left side of the carpet was a line of soldiers, all clad in armor and uniform. On the right was a line of civil officers. Altogether, there were probably around thirty people waiting in the room.

Once the summoned heroes were directly before the throne, Ishtar went to stand beside the king and offered his hand. The king took Ishtar's hand reverently and kissed it with the slightest brush of his lips.

A flurry of self-introductions followed after that.

The MILF Queen's name was Luluaria, and the princess' name was Liliana.

Meanwhile, the king's name was Eliheid, and the prince's name was Lundel.

Their surname was S. B. Heiligh. The 'S. B.' in the middle of their names stood for the name of the Heiligh Kingdom's founder, Sharam Barn.

After that, it was time for introductions for the knight captain, the prime minister, and other important personages.

By the way, the young prince's eyes were glued onto Kaori, while Rob did the same with the young prince's mother and sister all the while.

Even though Liliana's body hadn't developed at Luluaria's level yet, she still looked like the younger version of her mother.

And seeing those two so close together, Rob couldn't help but think that getting 'oyakodon' was a possibility in the future!

Nevertheless, once the introductions were over, a feast began. The summoned heroes could finally enjoy the cuisines of another world.

Some appeared to be similar to those on Earth, but some were not. At least, the ones that didn't exist on Earth looked appealing enough for the earthlings. Thus, even the pickiest summoned heroes dared to try them out.

Once the summoned heroes tasted the local cuisines that didn't exist on Earth, they had to admit that the foods were surprisingly tasty. Granted, the best chefs working in the castle had prepared the foods for them.

After all, the earthlings' status as Summoned Heroes was important. Their importance was no different from that of well-known religious leaders on Earth.

Why were they compared to such extraordinary figures? They were just teenagers and one young adult who didn't seem like one, weren't they?

The answer is, of course, it was because of how the native humans of Tortus saw and perceived the existence of the summoned hero!

From the perspective of the humans of Tortus, Ehit had summoned the heroes from another world to save them. It wasn't wrong to call them the Apostles of their revered God.

Therefore, Humans of Tortus saw the summoned heroes as more of a religious icon than mercenaries. In addition, their status gave them privileges, even more so in the Heiligh Kingdom since the Holy Church had a strong influence.

Nevertheless, once the summoned heroes finished their meal, they met the instructors who would train them. They discovered their instructors were from the ranks of active duty knights and court mages.

After the introduction with their instructors was over, the summoned heroes followed a maid to their respective rooms. However, they stopped at an intersection.
