Tirus opened his eyes to see himself high in the sky of the Arctic region, wrapped up in a ball of darkness energy particles.

[A.I. chip is now being upgraded...1%...2%...] Unlike before, the A.I. chip took a really long time to upgarde itself, maybe it was a few days or even months, but Tirus couldn't comprehend the passage of time in this current state of his.
His entire body was enveloped by darkness energy particles which his body and soul were devouring crazily, but there didn't seem to be an end to this sea of darkness energy particles, like moths attracted to flame, they got closer to Tirus in higher quantity every second. Tirus closed his eyes and tired to feel these darkness energy particles, slowly, he started to feel them on a deeper level than he could when he was only at rank 5.
This was the importance of having enough spiritual force and soulforce.
Worldly laws and energy particles were omnipresent. It was just that ordinary beings could never feel their presence clearly due to their lack of spiritual force. The higher the amount of one's spirutal force, the higher their sensitivity to energies of different kinds. If a magus reached the Breaking Dawn realm, this would mean that his or her spiritual force and soul force surpassed a certain threshold, thus allowing them to come in contact with energy particles of all kinds and laws on a deeper level.
Now although Tirus had his eyes closed, he could sense these particles almost everywhere in the surroundings and inside his sea of consciousness.
Inside his sea of consciousness, he could see his point mass that was now like a miniature black and the lotus below the point mass that was slowly turning into pure fire energy particles and then transforming themselves into darkness energy particles, mixing in with the point mass and forming strange symbols on it.
A change oocured in the point mass and it started emitting a sliver glow and the dark symbols on it became more apparent
Soon, the lotus completely turned into fire energy particles and transformed into darknes senergy particles and formed strange symbols on the point mass.
Although these symbols seemed simple at first, but were actually quite profound, forming a perfect synergy between itself and the point mass.
Not only the point mass, but the entire sea of consciousness was undergoing a drastic change. The ends of the sea of consciousness were shrouded in darkness, giving an sense of boundlessness and dread with the point mass looking like a white sun.
Tirus opened his eyes and saw that the concentration of darkness energy particles around him had decreased by a lot.
[Beep! Upgrading process has been completed]
[Beep! Detected host to be in a special state]
[Beep! Host has now awakened]

'I took a really long time.' He thought, a little amused. He felt that he had only spent a few minutes in his sea of consciousness, but so much time had actually passed. He looked at his hands and his surroundings and felt that if he wanted to, then he could turn this entire barren region into a sea of dark flames.
'Maybe it is the power of laws.' He reached a daring conclusion , looked at his body which now looked almost flawless and then murmured, "A.I. chip, show me my stats."

"I actually comprehended 0.1% of a law!" Tirus didn't know what to say, this surprise had made him speechless. This surprise didn't come from the drastic increase of his physical stats but the comprehension of a law.
After reaching rank 6, a magus could start comprehending laws, but it wasn't easy. Most would have no idea on how to properly comprehend a law and so, a Breaking Dawn Monarch who had started comprehending a law was incomparebly stronger than the one who hadn't.
'This is perfect.' He rejoiced and felt the presence of Beth, and all the members of the dark dawn guild who were near him at this moment.
He took in a breath and said, "All members are to return to the guild, aside from the scarlet demoness." He said his in a low voice but the message travelled to the ears of everyone around.
Tirus willed in his mind and found himself behind Beth the next moment.
"Wait, wha-" Before she, who shocked by Tirus's undetectable teleprotation, could finish her sentence, she found herself in his embrace and then inside the inetplanar teleportation facility the next second.
After calming her down, he explained to her how he had comphrehended 0.1% of the law of darkness and the capabilities of the power of laws.
Most magi who started comprehending laws would go into seclusion and wouldn't even bother taking in disciples, so a huge number of magi didn't have a lot of information about the power of laws, however, Beth was lucky as it was Tirus who broke through and that he also wished for her to eventually reach the realm of laws.
"So when are we leaving for the conquest?" She inquired, to which he immediately replied, "Soon."
