Chapter 125: Where were you?
"Okay, that's all for today! Let's stop", Reyhan whispered in half hearted while Sora who was on cloud nine, came to her senses and looked at him.
"What? But why?" Sora pouted.
"Because your temperature is rising. I am not sure why it is happening.", Reyhan told her finally.
"Oh, sorry Rey, it seems I was not in my senses so my powers started to increase my temperature.", Sora sighed.
Both looked at each other now in their senses and even if they want to go ahead with it for now they have to stop.
"Love, it's okay. I hope at least we achieved something by giving you some pleasure and I got to taste chocolate finally. I would love to do it again and again. Chocolate is my favorite now!", Reyhan chuckled.
"Pervert", Sora sneered still under him. After an awkward silence, both smiled at each other in understanding and Sora got down from bed. Sora was the first one to go to the bathroom for cleaning as she felt sticky. Reyhan lay on the bed while staring at the ceiling.
After some time Sora appeared at the bathroom door. Reyhan's eyes caught and held hers as he got up from the bed. "Rey, I have finished washing, you can take a bath now."
Reyhan looked at Sora who had just taken a bath. Due to the shower, her skin looks more delicate and glossy. Her black hair flowed over her shoulder. His enticing hazel green eyes gazed at her over her bow-shaped thin lips which turned pink. She wore his smallest T-shirt and boxer.
He still remembers the taste of her lips it tasted like caramel. Her crescent-shaped eyebrows inclined slightly when she saw him staring at her without replying. But at the same time, Reyhan nodded. He went to take a bath, now Sora lay down on the bed in a daze. Reyhan who had just taken a bath looked at Sora who was lying on the bed in a daze and frowned unconsciously.
"What are you thinking about, love?", Sora turned to look at Reyhan when she heard him. She almost drooled and blushed when she saw his naked abs and his lower body being wrapped by his bath towel.
"Reyhan...Can I ask you something?", Sora spoke gently.
"Anything my love.", Reyhan was also the same.
"Where were you in the last one and half years?", Sora finally asked this question as it was not of use to avoid this as she wants to know it now.
Reyhan sighed as he was about to answer her and knew that it is time to tell her.
"I will answer you but you promise me you will be okay with it. I mean you will not be emotional about it."
"I am not sure about it...Rey. The way you pleaded with me in the early days to listen to you when you returned from your hometown, I am sure it is something not good."
"Hmm, that is right. I was attacked by many of your kind at the same time so not able to counterattack them properly and I got seriously injured in the process. As my powers are not that cultivated yet and I can rely on my human resources. Later I went into a coma for more than a year due to injuries. Krish took care of me at that time and hid me well so that those will not attack me when I can't fight back. As Krish was not sure when I will come out of it, he did not contact you."
"What?", Sora was shocked. Now she started to feel guilty.
"Hmm, it took me time to heal as slowly my inner power started to channel automatically. So it healed me once I got consciousness back. Maybe it was because of my coming of age. I am not sure. As soon as I came out of the coma, Krish helped me to move from that place because we were in another country not in my hometown. In fact, my family also were in the dark about my condition, except my father."
In between Sora was in deep thought that 'what happened to him' and she was accusing him this whole time to leave her alone because she was angry with him initially. She started to feel guilty but Reyhan suddenly hugged her in his embrace and kissed her at the temple.
"I am so sorry...Rey. I should have...", Sora was about to cry.
"Shh...Don't think too much love. It was not your fault. Forget about it please.", He comforted her.
"I was so selfish Rey, how can I do that to you? I ignored you like you never exist because I was angry but trust me I don't want to be mean...", Sora started to sob slowly.
"Shh, love. I told you not to feel guilty. Initially, I wanted to tell you this to confirm that I did not betray you not for your pity. But later I can see you deliberately avoid me and that too for my sake. So I avoided it. But today you asked me so I told you just so you should know.", Reyhan tried to console her.
"Now sleep, please", Reyhan coaxed her. When Sora nodded and was about to turn Reyhan observed something.
"Wait!", Reyhan whispered. He said nothing and observed her as to why she looked different than what he imagined.
Sora turned to him to see what happened. His sight traveled from her face and moved down to check her clothes. Sora moved back and held the shirt as if to think he might be thinking again what they are avoiding. Reyhan held her hand to move it away and checked the t-shirt and then with a finger pulled down to see something but he did not see anything.
"Where are your hickeys?", Reyhan asked as if his world is devastated.
"What?", Sora exclaimed in shock and immediately cover her neck.
