John fired shots but most were misses, and the few that hit didn't do much damage. 'This thing can predict…' Which was why, he put the guns in their places, took out his knife, and ran straight for the centipede's tail. "Stabilize it!"
"Got it!" The hooded man created a whirlwind, trapping the centipede.
Meanwhile, electricity streaked out of the ground- but John just ignored all that. He jumped on top of the tail, running up its spine towards the head.
It was big and scary and poisonous. But to John- it was just in the way.
The centipede, however, created fire and was about to launch but- John grabbed its head and blocked the mouth, slamming the whole thing down on the ground, pinning it.
Fast.
The fire exploded within the centipede's mouth, frying its innards. John started carving with his knife while giving the hooded man a glare. "What are you waiting for?"
"RIGHT!" He focused and created more and more blades. All sliced throughout the centipede's body, destroying it.
Sizzy be like- oh we'll see about that.
OH, BIG NEWS!
I got the contract today. I'll probably go premium by the end of this month. Middle of May if I'm lucky.
If my plotting stays stable (And assuming I don't screw up), this book will run for 6-7 hundred chaps (I sincerely don't want to go on a filler route this time and bloat).
So, I think I should lock from Chap 61 and up? Got any thoughts on that?
