"What do you mean? Do you want me to go to the woods and trace the thing?" Lucien asked to confirm.

"Yes, obviously. Aside from that, we can't fight the irregularities and whatever made her body frail until I know what exactly to fight. Usually, we can create the healing potion from 'the cause' itself. We just need to do some little contradiction spell. However, it would be impossible for me to do that if I don't have the exact thing."

"Okay, okay, I understand," Lucien sighed and glanced over the morning sunlight. It was about to peek out from the mountain. The beautiful color of orange was starting to stain the grayish blue sky.

The sun was still bearable on his skin. Even though being a royal vampire gave him a difference, making him less affected by sunlight, the high noon could still make him weak. The morning was such a perfect time for him to find whatever that thing that Blair had stepped on.
