Chapter 6: First Chat! (2)
[Akito: I don't know how much you guys know but as the first member I was given some information about the dimensional group chat.]
[Saeko: Nothing really, besides the invitation.]
[Hero Killer: She's right.]
[Xia Qingyue: Indeed.]
[Sasuke: Same for me.]
[Akito: Well, I was given a bit of explanation on what we are supposed to do after getting invited. The DCG will give us quests/tasks that we are supposed to complete. We have the power to decide whether to do the quest or not but if we accept the task then we'll have to complete the main task before being able to return to our respective worlds.]
[Akito: As we complete the task our chat group would upgrade and gain new features. For now, all we can do is chat with each other and send files (Which I'll give you all permission to in a minute).]
[Stain: Interesting.]
[Saeko: This seems very game-like and fun. Is there any information about the worlds we will travel to?]
[Sasuke: Do we get something for completing the tasks? Like any Jutsus or increase in strength.]
[Xia Qingyue: So if we can't complete the main mission then we'll be stuck in that specific world forever?]
Xia Qingyue frowned and immediately noticed the most prominent issue. She didn't underestimate this 'Chat Group' and think that the tasks would be easy.
Her 'world' included the Realm Of Gods and yet even with those god-like beings, her world was just considered one of the many!
To be stuck in another world forever was no different than eternal damnation to her.
"Will I be forced to accept these 'missions'?"
Uneasiness gripped her heart.
She softly bit her lip.
There was no point in crying about it, nothing in the world was free.
"Fortune favors the bold huh..."

Akito looked at the questions posed to him and let out a weird smile.
Did he not know the answers to their questions?
Of course, he did.
He knew these people more than they did themselves. It gave him a weird feeling as if he were playing a game while cheating.
But how does one feel when they cheat in a game?
Shameful? Guilty?
None of that shit!
Instead, he was gleeful.
Utilizing the knowledge he had, he could improve leap and bounds!
Of course, he could also just bomb them about how they were fictional characters or whatnot and tell them all about their futures.
But why would he?
Ironically, one might think it was helping others but humans were fragile beings.
There was no need to give them an existential crisis, making them doubt their life and everything they had done till now.
But if push comes to shove and he had no other choice but to help them by revealing their future, he had another option, which was playing the role of a mysterious seer.
He would just babble some of the private information of their past to them while slowly building up their trust. Then he could help them by slowly guiding their actions.
From another perspective, All of these actions were selfish and manipulative but so what?
He wasn't entitled to share the information he had, not to mention he wasn't harming anyone.
"Haha, aren't I a good guy? Not making them question their life and all." He let out a self-deprecating chuckle and started answering their questions.
[Akito: @Saeko I don't actually. @Sasuke Jutsu's? I don't know what those are but of course, there would be rewards, Why would anyone bother doing the missions otherwise? And most of our rewards should indeed help us grow. @Xia Qingyue Yes. Forever stuck and unable to return, but I don't think the missions would be impossible or way out of our league so no need to worry too much.]
Sasuke's eyes lit up reading the message. Finally a topic he was knowledgeable about!
[Sasuke: Justus are techniques in my world that help us perform things like fireballs, windstorms, water attacks, lightning attacks, basically letting us use elements with the help of chakra.]
[Saeko: So fascinating! Aren't you similar to magicians? Ah you probably don't know what magicians are.]
Stain and Xia Qingyue didn't find it as amazing as Saeko because they were used to such things.
[Akito: It is very magician-like, I'm kind of jealous, Is chakra the energy you use?]
[Sasuke: Yes, Chakra is the energy we use and No we aren't magicians (Whats a magician??) but we're known as ninjas.]
[Akito ∆: Wow, you must be a strong ninja! Magicians can do things similar to what you said.]
"... A strong ninja?" His Uchiha pride immediately made him want to say yes but he stopped. They weren't his classmates to whom he could display his pride in being an Uchiha.
Sasuke's eyes narrowed as he clenched his fists with hate-filled eyes, he was just a weakling who couldn't do anything but stare at his brother as he massacred the clan one by one, not even sparing his own parents.
But this would change, with his own strength and the help of this mysterious chat group he would take Itachi's life!
[Sasuke: Not really but I'll definitely get stronger.]
[Akito ∆: Of course, I believe you would :D]
[Saeko: Yeah don't give up and do your best! (ʘᴗʘ✿)]
To Saeko, Sasuke was just a kid who might have troubles of his own, a ninja's life wasn't probably easy, right?
A ninja was trained in many ways and the harships were probably a lot, it somewhat explained why he didn't talk much despite being a kid.
She couldn't help but encourage him.
[Xia Qingyue: Indeed as long as you never give up no one can stop you from reaching the peak.]
When Xia Qingyue saw the latter part of his message it immediately resonated with her and her eyes shone with complex emotions but there was clear determination in her eyes.
She didn't believe she lacked talent.
As long as she never gave up and constantly improved herself, who could stop her from getting her mother back and reuniting her family?
As for Sasuke reaching the peak in his world?
Talent was necessary for that but she could somewhat sense the pride Sasuke had at being an Uchiha. It was probably a prosperous clan in his world and thus Sasuke shouldn't lack talent.
Akito glanced at the responses and smiled. He could imagine how desperate Sasuke must be.
He remembered that Sasuke and Stain had said something along the lines of "evolved my Sharingan" and "Gave me another Quirk?" respectively.
[Akito: By the way guys did you get anything for joining the chat group? I got a martial arts technique.]
[Saeko: Oh yeah! I got a One-Time gift that helped improve my sword skills drastically!!! (I'm from a family that practices the sword and also the kendo captain of my school.)]
[Sasuke: Yes, My Sharingan was evolved.]
[Xia Qingye: I too received an astonishing gift, The Heavenly Spiritual God Veins, Opening all 54 of my profound entrances.]
[Stain: I got another Quirk, It's pretty good.]
Stain hadn't felt so idle in his life. To think he would be peacefully chatting with some random people while bearing the name of the infamous Hero Killer.
He couldn't muster the will to talk about irrelevant things and only participated in the chat when it was related to him in some way.
Looking at the chat group again he felt it wasn't so bad. He felt his stress being relieved even if he wasn't talking much.
He sighed and willed. for the floating screen to disappear,
"Time to search for another prey," He mumbled as a deadly glint passed through his eyes.
...
"Hmm, Stain got a quirk, Sasuke's Sharingan upgraded while Saeko gained proficiency in her sword skills."
"Wasn't her nickname 'Sadist Sword Master'? Interesting, she was already a beast among normal humans in her original world."
But honestly, he was now relieved, his purpose in asking for their rewards was somewhat achieved.
Xia Qingyue mentioned her Profound Entrances were fully opened as a gift, which should've been done by Yun Che after their 'wedding'.
It meant that the plot in her world hadn't started yet either. Since three out of four of the participants were invited before their plots started, what were the chances of the fourth one being different?
So everyone was most likely invited before the plot starts in their worlds.
"Well, I guess I'm not in a hurry to help them with my 'knowledge' but Stain..."
The only variable was Stain.
Was the timeline in his world before Midoriya gained One For All or before the attack at Hosu?
He frowned and thought of the quiet 5th member. While the others didn't take his nickname 'Hero Killer' seriously but he knew the truth.
Stain was a twisted individual with a heroic(?) goal. He wanted to rid his world of corrupt heroes but also eliminated those that didn't really deserve punishment based on his twisted judgment.
Akira, as the admin, had already subconsciously believed himself to be the leader of this 'Chat Group'.
His eyes narrowed as he muttered with a troubled expression,
"I hope you don't cause me too much trouble, Stain..."
