Chapter 2: Death?
Ryley was walking in this unfamiliar road when he sunddenly saw some blood stain on the ground going forward on the road," well this is ominous but from the blood color is looks fresh, well let's find out shall we haha, let's hope for the best", and so Ryley followed the blood trail but was know warry, he was taking his boxing stance, 2 years prior from this Ryley did some boxing and won a provincial tournament so he is a decent fighter. So while he was walking forward he saw some bigger blood stains," I think the victim is close", and finally he found the poor victim," ~sigh~ I guess this poor deer got shot by a hunter, I guess from the bullet mark on its side, but it's weird someone hunting at this hour."
While Ryley was wondering about this bizarre encounter, he heard a gunshot far away," looks like he is close ~sigh~ lets at least find him and ask him not to hunt especially at this hour," and so he went toward the gun shot while shouting for the hunter." Sir! Sir! Where are you god dammit, it can be dangerous what you're doing dumbass. Sir! Sir!" While he was running toward the sound of the gunshot he saw a figure on the ground," ~sigh~ finally, sir you shouldn't be hunting at this hour it can be dangerous, sir are you ok."
The person in question was on the ground but because of the dark he didn't see clearly and so he came closer and closer until he saw the man with the gun beside him intertwined by his intestines and with an eye missing and a blood pool everywhere. " JESUS WHAT THE FUCK!" When Ryley saw the corpse of this mutilated corpse he froze out of shock and fear but after a while he manage to calm down a bit just enough to realize,"wait why is there teeth marks as if he was being eating and this is not a wolf or bear bite but a", but it's at this moment he realized,"THESE ARE HUMAN BITES!!", and at that moment he heard rustling from behind and so he react accordingly and prepared his boxing stance towards the sound and asked" who is there". and at that moment a weird disfigured figure came out of the bushes, it had grey skin he was naked and had his mouth wide open full of blood dripping out and a look that seem none present, it started growling and immediately start running towards Ryley, so when Ryley saw that, he was ready to fight for his life, but little did he know it would be way faster than a normal human and because of that he got surprised and just this little delay gave the weird thing the time to jump on Ryley and bite right in his shoulder and when that happens Ryley shriek and started to hit the weird thing with vigor without stop, "LET ME GO, PLEASE LET ME GO, AHHHHH", and that moment he started to see darkness slowly but he his brain was active more than ever
" No, No I can't die like that no I can't, after what i just saw, it means a new world is in front of me and if I die I wont be capable of seeing this new world that seem more interesting then this boring world, no I can't accept this, imagine all these opportunity in front of me all these new thing to discover and that speed of that thing was superhuman if I can get that speed and even more, imagine the possibility," and so when this thought pass his mind a renew vigor came and he fought even for desperately, but this time he grab the thing flip it over and pull his body up and ripped his shoulder but at this moment the pain was non-existent and excitement was in his eyes. " I KILL YOU AND STUDY YOU AND YOU'LL SEE I'LL BE AS FAST AS YOU!!!!", and so he punched without stoping. He punched and dodged every attempt the thing tried to fight as if he gained reflex beyond this world," HAHAHAHA ,DIE, DIE, DIE, HAHAHAH", at that moment he saw a rock and started to smack the things head in and so blood was splashing everywhere, even in Ryley eyes but he never blinked as if became mad, at some point the things stop moving, but Ryley kept hitting as if there was no tomorrow, after a couple of minute he snap back to himself, "wait what happend, jesus I felt like I lost all control, well at least its dead, AHHHHHH FUCK FUCK FUCK MY SHOULDER ITS HURTS SO MUCH AHHHHH", Ryley finally was feeling the pain of having his shoulder ripped off and so for a couple minutes he rolled on the ground groining in pain, but at some point he stop and started to breath heavly but manage to endure the pain a bit and at that point, he looked at the corpse and the head of the thing was caved in, one eyes was out and the other was completly crushed.
"Well at least it's dead ~sigh~".
