Chapter 29: Ch29: Beginning of the End

( Location: Vatican City)
In one of the many restaurants in the Vatican city, a varied group of people can be seen chatting between themselves, joking or just listening quietly.
" I'm telling you, if the bastard didn't pull that sneak attack, there is no way I would've lost my Excalibur!" exclaimed Jeanne as the others just laughed at her complaining about the Kokabiel incident.
" Were you alright though? Did any of you end up getting hurt?" asked a worried Asia as she was eating some Burger.
" Oh don't worry about, although we sustained some injuries, it was nothing to worry about. Not to mention we were fighting a Cadre of the Grigori, the fact that we went out of that mission as unscathed as we were counts as a miracle." explained Jeanne as she started petting Asia's head who pouted and tried to get her hand away from her head.
" Well, what about you guys, did you do anything interesting when we went to the Kuoh mission?" asked Jeanne as she stopped trying to reach for Asia's head.
" Nothing, just standard missions and some vampire hunting. The change of dynamic in the vampire leadership had its consequences. As some of the former followers of the Tepes faction couldn't accept being under the leadership of the Carmilla faction. Of course, they are too weak to consider even rebelling, so they instead choose to flee away, making a large influx of vampire activities all over Europe this last years." answered Siegfried, as he was eating his meal calmly unlike the others who were stuffing their mouths or didn't have any appetite.
" I envy you guys though, you got such an interesting mission and were even able to participate in the peace treaty meeting!" whined Lint as she was the first to finish her meal.
" Careful there, envy is still a sin Lint. Speaking of the meeting, I heard you were attacked by a terrorist group called Khaos Brigade?" interjected Dulio, who was enjoying his 3rd meal despite just warning Lint about sins.
" Same goes for you Dulio, Gluttony is also a sin. But yes, we were attacked by a group of Old Satan followers and their leaders, rogue Fallen angels guided by Satanael, another Cadre of Grigori and human magicians." retorted Jeanne before continuing.
"In the end, the leaders ended up dealing with the big guys, with Samuel's monsters dealing with most of the invaders, after which he cleaned all rest in one attack! It was really awesome seeing him in action and not just his monsters beating us up like usual" to her last remark, everyone collectively groaned as they remembered all their 'spars' with Samuel, which are just one sided beating down.
" Speaking of training maniacs, where are Valerie and Ingvild? And Irina and Xenovia?" asked Dulio, as he proceeded to order another serving despite the warnings.
" Hmmm, Ingvild is on a mission into Greece, although she will be taking some time as she wanted to visit something there. Valerie, Irina and Xenovia are all actually in Kuoh as me, Xenovia and Irina are stationed there as church representatives while Valerie came over to visit someone" explained Jeanne, as she looked thoughtful for a moment.
" Huh, it seems they all are busy. Well, guess it's time for us to go too. Pass my greetings to them and Samuel, if you ever pass by him" Said Dulio, as he followed by everyone afterwards as they all left to continue their everyday life.

( Location: 7th heaven: Zebel)
Standing in front of God's system which is in the form of a floating holy book with a cross, Samuel was surrounded by the 4 great Seraphs who were kneeling despite him telling them that there is no need to.
Although the place was shrouded with silence, it seemed that they had just finished a conversation.
" Lord Samuel, can't you consider this again? There is no need for all of this to be done. And even then, atleast allow us to accompany you in case anything goes wrong" said Micheal, although his tone sounded closer to begging. The other Seraphs didn't say anything, just clenching their hands in frustration or lowering their heads to look at the floor.
" My decision was already set, so nothing can change it. In any case, I have already distributed the system between the 4 of you in case of the worse so that the system will continue to function at atleast 80% of its full power" Samuel explained as he looked at the golden wings of the 4 Seraphs.
This used to be only the case for Micheal as he was the only one managing the system, not because he didn't want to give them some of its power and management, but because he simply didn't know how to. Seeing that they didn't answer, he just sighed and said.
" I guess there's nothing to talk about, well then I guess I shall be going. I'm sorry for my selfishness but please understand that this would have to be done sooner or later" With that, Samuel's wings folded on him as he disappeared away. The Seraphs sensing him disappear began to stand up.
" Micheal, we can't let this happen again, we should just follow him, with the other Seraphs regardless of orders" said Uriel, who looked like a buff middle aged person with gold hair and red eyes. There was holy fire surrounding as he said his words, showing how angry he is.
" I'm with Uriel on this one, we can't just sit here and let the same thing happen again." added Raphael, who is looking like a young man with green eyes and golden hair.
Micheal didn't say anything, just looking at God's system, before turning and looking at Gabriel who seemed somewhat calm. Noticing his stare and understanding that he asking her opinion, she said.
" I say we follow the orders. Even if we wanted, he didn't disclose when or where this will be happening" hearing this, all other archangels looked at her shocked. Before they can ask, she continued
" It's not that I care, By father, I really want to agree with you all and rush to help. But we will do more harm than good by leaving, and this level of combat isn't where we can of any help." to that, all archangels looked extremely gloomy.
" But, we can still help him." said Gabriel. At their questioning looks, she just answered.
" We can all lend him our power by using the connection to the Sephiroth." hearing this, they all looked shocked before realising that it's true.
" In that case, we will just stay put and follow the orders" announced Micheal as all archangels nodded and dispersed to do their work.
As for Samuel, he was already in the dimensional gap once again looking at a his preparations. In his main laboratory, there could be seen different containers, all keeping bodies inside them.
' Ezra, how are the rituals doing? Any incompetency?' asked Samuel in his mind.
[ No, host. The data extracted from consuming Lilith with Annihilation Maker, all the DNA samples and records provided from both Zekram and Euclid and the Lemanglaton of Sirzechs's Bishop Mathers, were more than enough to create the unique magical ritual/contract.] Samuel, still in the laboratory left his sense be connected to his beast/fortress, as he was able to feel the giant array spread through the city, but more importantly, the once empty 72 magic circles now each contained a giant flesh pillar.
[ As the host can fell, all 72 demonic pillars were created, each acting as a familiar and a terminal to access the bloodline power of said pillar House. With the initial design in mind, they were all created to be Super-magical computers able to aid in all magic and rituals. With the 9 main pillars, each with the strength of a Satan-class, acting as the commend center: All other pillars are in the ultimate class power level] further explained Ezra as Samuel nodded before looking at the sleeping pods and saying.
' Keep the 6 containers in coma but alive, and make sure they aren't awakened or destroyed in the fight. Especially Rivezim, as he is one of a kind sacrifice and will act as the main component, with the other devil sacrifices of Leviathen, Asmodeus, Beelzebub, Mamon, Belphegor and and the Fallen angel Satannael as side sacrifices.'
[ Understood, what about the back-up ritual?] asked the system.
' Prepare it too, after some thinking and hearing what the Seraphs said, I will be changing my original plan and including all of them. Prepare the specimen I collected. Now that I think about it, who would've thought King Tepes's body and soul are finally going to be useful' thought Samuel.
[ Looking for predetermined races: Vampire, Werewolf, Devil, Yōkai, Fallen angel, Dragon, Snake. The 7 species that revolted against God. All ready.] Answered Ezra.
" Well then, guess it's time to get this done with, once and for all" said Samuel outloud as he and the fortress proceeded to teleport away from their location.

( Location: Dimensional Gap: 'End of the world')
Appearing in the desired location, Samuel flew out of the fortress as he saw both Azi Dahāka and Azathoth busy looking at the giant formation in front of them.
" So, Is everything ready on your side?" askew Samuel, making both Dragons turn to look at him.
" Hmph, what a waste of time, of course its ready. Although, I have to admit, the complexity of this seal is on a realm of its own. That old geezer truly knew his stuff alright. Without the assistance of your knowledge from that accursed tree, we wouldn't be able to solve it in just 2 years." answered Azi as his 3 heads turned back to look at the seal ahead of me with fascination.
Azaroth didn't say anything, instead just transmitting all the relevant information it had.
" Good, so the seal was changed and the world is ready to be created. Well then, let's jump right in I guess." Saying this, Samuel advanced towards the seal and summoned the True Longinus, Sephiroth Graal, AlpheccaTyrant and Incinerate Anthem. Proceeding slowly, he saw Azi Dahāka starting to chant already as countless forbidden class magical rituals were enacted to control the seal, as he slowly inserted the True Longinus into the formation and, like a key, unlocked an opening in it for him and his beasts, who he returned into his shadow, including Azi Dahāka and the Banel garden as he entered the seal and retrieved the true Longinus, causing the seal to snap back closed.
Looking at the endless darkness filled with malicious intent, Samuel was reminded of his first time seeing the Tree of Evil, the True face of his dear Longinus. As he was still activating all 4 holy relics, the darkness and corruption didn't dare come close to him, less of all even touch him, but it was still there. Soon, as he continued his way ahead, Samuel was greeted by the sight of his sleeping goal and enemy.
It's large beast with characteristics coming from different animals like a lion, a leopard, a bear, a dragon, etc. It has seven necks, seven heads, with ten horns, as well as seven long thick tails of different shapes. It also has four stout arms and two legs that are even thicker than its arms. Its main body is that of a primate leaning forward and is covered in black fur and what appears to be scales all over its body. Its size is well over several hundred meters, making it significantly larger than even Great Red, though still smaller than Ophis who is over a thousand kilometer.
" Beast of Revelation, Emperor Beast of Apocalypse, 666, Trihexia and many other names. The manifestation of all evil from Christian mythology. The current bearer of all the world's evil." Said Samuel out loud. Hearing him, and sensing the familiar power signature of its jailer. The beast didn't take any time into awakening and standing up, flexing its necks, limbs, tails and wings as it proceeded to let out a roar upon looking at the intruder.
"* ROAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR*"
As Samuel felt the space he is in shaking a little do to Trihexia's roar, he already began having regrets at entering a fight with a high or top-apocalypse class being with his current arsenal, albeit he is without choice, as he realised he truly can't become any more stronger by staying in this world or not taking a drastic action.
Samuel didn't wait any longer, as he deployed all his monsters who are above High-Ultimate class as the rest won't be of any use.
As countless monsters emerged, from dragons to lightning lions to lava bulls to gigantic monstrosities. All stood behind Samuel, as he took a deep breath, before saying.
" Go all out and don't be afraid of any sort of death of consequences" after which he blasted himself forward followed by the roars of his monsters as all hell broke lose upon this closed space.
