Chapter 270: Fulfilling her wish

"Oh? Tell me." When he heard her, he was puzzled for a second. Suddenly, his lips curled into a small smile when he recalled how Lilly had made a wish before going with the silver-haired woman.

Rima's face flushed red in embarrassment when she saw him looking at her with a knowing expression. She dug her face into his chest and said in a barely audible voice, "I want you to accompany me for a few days before I leave with them."

"Okay. I will do that." Max nodded and smiled wryly. It seemed that he had read too much into it.

'Huh?' Rima realized he didn't understand what she wanted. However, she didn't try to explain herself and simply rested in his embrace.

Because both of them had woken up just a few hours ago from their comatose state, their bodies weren't at their optimum condition. Therefore, they fell asleep in each other's embrace after a while.
